Pros:We only stayed here for one night but were very pleased with the comfort of our room and the friendly staff. We will definitely stay again!

Cons:BLOOD STAINS on the bed along with a horrible smell. I could not stay at this hotel, nor did I feel safe having my family there. I left after telling the front desk my concerns. I was not able to get my money back and was only offered another nasty room.
Pros:I can't think of anything except the am staff that checked us out.
Cons:We do not advise anyone stay in this hotel even under the most desperate of circumstances We booked a king room and were downgraded to a queen room because of our service dogs being considered pets so they "had to put us in a pet room". The room was filthy. We have pics of the bugs and beetles dead in the room along with beads from a broken fake pearl necklace. Under the bedside table there was taco bell leftovers that had been there long enough to petrify. The sheets were not clean there were holes in the pillow cases cigarette ashes on the floor, and the towels were all yellow from nicoteen stains as if they had been there to quite some time. I know we did not use them, so they are probably still the same ones up in the towel racks. We were in room 120. .
