We loved the hotel, it's location and surroundings. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open either night of our stay (Saturday & Sunday). Also that the bar closes at 8:00pm (the same nights) when the hotel was not within walking distance of any restaurants.
the views from our balcony
Very nice resort setting. Sparkling wine during breakfast... we ended up buying half dozen bottles after breakfast. No price listed on dinner menu. There are some good pizza places nearby (4km) as alternative.
Gorgeous hotel in beautiful setting. Would highly recommend. It is a little difficult to find.
everything apart from the evening mene the menu at night was the same for the 7 nights we were there
Rooms had a great view of the lake and mountains.
Camere belle, spaziose con SKY e vasca, Ristorante molto buono e con prezzi giusti con cameriere straniero veramente bravo (se ne vedono pochi così bravi !!!) rete wirless al secondo piano con segnale quasi assente
The hotel is just perfect for the price given. I'd say 5 star luxury and quality for 4 star price. They even serve champagne at breakfast. Highly recomended.
mostly everything The air conditoning was not cold enough and it was 30 degrees outside at midnight
Lovely building and grounds. Big comfortable bed and well furnished room. A great evening meal in the restaurant with very attentive staff. Good selection of food for breakfast, and a good recommendation for a venue for lunch by hotel staff.
Hotel was brand new, so everything perfectly clean and working and perfect. Spa facility is nice, two steam rooms, two saunas, assorted other stuff. Nice lounger on the roof, good view over the lake from the rooms.
very clean, beautiful view across lake iseo, close proximity to telgate and lovere
Staff very friendly, rooms to a good standard, excellent spar
The hotel is relatively new and clean. It has a lot of potential, the rooms and bathroom are large and light. The hotel has a lot of potential (location, space), but the interior architect either had no budget or was incompetent. No personality. Should have known this, but a Thai Spa hotel doesn't fit the Italian scenery. This hotel has no personality whatsoever, not even a Thai one. Staff is young and friendly but unexperienced and can make no decisions (only the hotel director could receive payments, not very practical for checking out...). Reception staff also has little knowledge of the region. Breakfast was not ready (at 9h30 ?!) and was served in the bar (apparently, there were almost no other guests). For a Spa hotel, a standard room costing 150 Euro p/n, it is unacceptable you have to pay 11 Euro extra for the use of the pool. For the sauna I would have understood. This hotel is now only for business purposes (and still...), but don't think about spending a romantic holiday in it.
Fabulous hotel with great staff, the only problem is the lack of taxis in the lake area making it difficult to get around if you don't have your own taxi.
Large luxury rooms - friendly and efficient staff - quiet surroundings Excellent base for exploring surrounding villages The swimming pool is not free of charge fo Hotel guests
Very good value, staff friendly, would recommend to anyone no
very nice hotel, totally renovated, good restaurant in the hotel, beautiful view. no.
The bedrooms were comfortable with small private balconies and very good power showers. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurent was passable ,as Iseo was a good fifteen minutes walk away it has a monopoly.
Not much. It was too "corporate" for our taste and offered - and no doubt priced accordingly - too many facilities which one could not possibly use on a one-night stay. Too many "gadgets" - air-con, fridge etc in the room which kept buzzing and whirring all night. Incomprehensible key-card system for door and lights which kept plunging us into darkness. Awkward to open sliding door onto balcony.
The location and the lack of other Btitish visitors. A real "Italian" treasure!
Very good hotel and Iseo is a nice little town. The hotel restaurant was a very pleasant surprise serving excellent food with good service in affordable price.
Proximity to Iseo, night porter enrique is the one person who knows about service. Shame there is not more like him in this hotel. Not proper double room but twin beds pushed together. No iron, but a very poor 'ironing service' which was costly and slow and only a few hours early in the day. After midnight nowhere to get a drink. Pool too shallow and all the loungers taken by people who werent even there for most of the day. Rooms a bit small. Restaurant food was poor and service not great either.
A comfortable stylish and clean hotel with a lovely garden, swimming pool and great ambiance. 10 minutes walk from the lovely old lakeside town of Iseo
Quiet hotel and in walking distance of the village.
Very polite staff, very classic design, beatiful gardens, free Wifi and free parking and free buffet breakfast were fantastic. A little far from city centre
Great beach facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. Dining room was adequate as was breakfast. Overall good value
Lovely grounds, wonderful breakfast with many homemade or homegrown products. Very friendly staff
Directly on the Iseo lakeside. Swimming pool. A bit far from the center of Predore. You need a car. As already well mentionned on your site, breakfast is uninspired.
We used the hotel as a one night stop and it was very relaxing with good facilities. The restaurant had a very good atmosphere as well as good food.
The hotel was located next to the lake, allowing easy access to the port enabling you to freely travel around and explore the little towns and villages around the lake, and of course not forgetting Iseo itself. The staff were really friendly and hospitable, thanks Alberto. Have been to the resort before but stayed in Sulzanno, would definatly recomend Predore and its adjoining neighborough Sarnico and would recomend staying at this hotel as i will definatly be staying here again in the future ;-)
unlimited access to the spa very uncomfortable shower, no lake view from the room
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden by the lake was wonderful. If anything, the description of the facilities on your website underplayed the attractions for staying at the site during the day. The breakfast was uninspiring, but again the service was always cheerful and attentive. It was a drawback that the hotel was outside the village, and the bus service was infrequent and did not run in the evenings.
The swimming pool / beach facility is outstanding. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were very modern and comfortable Air conditioning system is too damn complicated ;-)
Great pool, linked by under-road walkway. Though it is used by public so busy at weekends. We wanted a hotel near Iseo, and though it isn't as the crow flies, you have to drive round the lake (at night) which takes around 25 mins. Should have looked at the Map more closely, as we first thought we could walk it. Only a couple of retaurants in the village.
The staff has been very helpfull. The hotel is just not a 4 star hotel (rather comparable to two stars in France). The price is therefore too high.
excellent staff there shud have been a fitness room
Friendly staff, good location The garden was not as beautiful as I heard from previous visitors (maybe because the swimming pool was not finished yet). My singelroom was not at the lakeside and had only one small window.
The hotel was very clean, friendly and well positioned, just a few minutes walk into the beautiful town if sarnico/paratico.
Hotel located in small town. In my opinion it is good choice if you have car and want travel in area between Milan and Venice. Great lake and view, good restaurants near to the hotel.
Location excellent, facilities on the whole quite good Internet service whilst free was good but service was intermittent
Felt very welcome, fantastic views, clean rooms, very comfy beds. Set in lovely surroundings, pool was immaculate and well maintained, as was the gardens and area surrounding pool. Breakfast choice was good. close to a few shops. Very close to a few bars and restaurants, some overlooking the river. Short walk for a ferry trip. I have nothing negative to say.
Lovely peaceful location next to the lake with fantastic views. Great swimming pool .Very friendly and helpful staff.
The staff are fantastic and look after you so well. The Breakfast was excellent. The pool and the views of the lake amd mountains from it.
Quietness and security.Excellent pool area.Drive in parking free. Good breakfast. Staff highly trained and helpful.Very comfortable beds. No complaints
A nice informal hotel well situated for lake views. Would recommend it to my friends. The free use of the internet was well appreciated.
lovely view from the room and stunning food
The view lake There are some few small details (like the cheap carpet in the room or the accessories in the bathroom) that are not completely in line with the structure. It could be much nicer.
It was cold in the breakfast-room, and we Norwegians do not like twin blankets to share!
Awesome view. Average food. This facility was probably awesome in 1990. Still worth the stay. Bathroom was a bit beat up.
superb views bathroom toiletries limited quality in this price range of hotel ,,,plastic sachets
The staff was warm, welcoming, helpful and genuinely friendly. Our children (aged 6 and 8) were also very welcome. The garden view room with aircon was tremendously spacious for a family of four. The two extra beds fitted in nicely without making the room crowdy. The bathroom was also a nice surprise - lots of room and shiny white tiles. The cleaners did an excellent job! Our garden room with a small terrace was really nice and quiet - the three different wedding receptions during the weekend did not cause any commotion, luckily they were a bit further from our room. The hotel organised a spot on custom made "taxi/limousine" service whenever we wanted to go to Iseo centre. Excellent pool and jacuzzi + marvellous views! Will return. The bees by the pool and breakfast area were numerous.
The view from our room and the breakfast room
very relaxing, lovely staff, amazing view of the lake from room, great food!
Idilic setting No bar service
Everything was perfect! The location is outstanding, the staff always willing to help and very professional but the hands down winner has to be the food which was absolutely incredible. I am not usually one to leave reviews but I had to make exceptions for i due roccoli!
Wonderful staff, panoramic view, uncrowded. Good restaurant; The menu was limited, but very well executed using finest ingredients often sourced locally. Lack of room service, although when we arrived later than expected they arranged supper in the breakfast room, so I am sure that room service could be arranged. No bar service.
Friendly atmosphere Pillows on the bed too few and too hard
The hillside location overlooking Lake Iseo was very nice. The rooms and buildings were all modern and up to date. The food at the restaurant was worth the price charged.
Enjoyed our stay, excellent comfort, good views of lago Iseo. No
Location of the hotel & restaurant are great! Very friendly hotel people. Breakfast was fine but somewhat limited. No fresh fruit. The hotel room itself also missed some common tools/attributes, like pen/paper, hotel/location directory/information, only very limited shampoo, no razor and hairbrush etc. Dogs are allowed which can be a problem when they bark.
The whole experience was fantastic - so much so that we booked an extra night. Views over Lake Iseo and the mountains beyond, from the breakfast room/terrace, restaurant and our room. Staff were great - helpful, pleasant and with plenty of good advice on what to do and see. Very good fine-dining restaurant was great for one night - too expensive for us in the longer term but there are good restaurants in the nearby town, including a great fish restaurant near the lake front. A car is necessary, but parking is easy. Overall great value and recommended without hesitation. Nothing we didn't like, but a warning - the hotel is not where the map Google Maps/Earth?) on the Booking.com and hotel websites say it is. The hotel is several hairpins further up the hill, so a longer climb than you might think - still a nice walk to the town though.
Excellent food and great choice of local wine; good local restaurants also nearbye.
the location is lovely and the atmosphere very peaceful. The staff were very helpful The view is wonderful
Fantastic lakeside views. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Shower was a disaster. No mounting on wall to hold shower head. Also air conditioning was set too high, with no individual control in room. Temp in room was around 25 degrees. It would have been much more comfortable at 20 degrees.
Great breakfast and service Room was very comfortable but there was no hook to hang the shower head on, it had to be held up to shower properly
I really enjoyed my stay the Hotel is beautiful and we had a great stay. The only down side is that the room walls are so thin you can hear everything from next door. Not good at all when your looking for peace and quiet, espically for this price.
The views from the rooms and the garden terrace were absolutely spectacular all day and night. Wonderful staff, gorgeous breakfast buffet. The perfect place for a quiet weekend away. All of our family and friends loved it and many are already planning to return. Thank you for everything!
friendly staff, fantastic location on the edge of the lake, well-renovated, clean... parking can be a problem, and Sulvano itself is pretty limited as a village (but the ferries will take you to nice places without problem, so...)
The feeling of being well looked after but also not intruding on own space. Calm atmosphere but not too quiet.
very nice location, friendly staff, beautiful hotel
The staff at Rivalago where fantastic, the setting was stunning, the breakfast first class. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to relax and feel pampered. N/A
It is the most beautifull place from Italy! The staff is great! the view and the room are excellent! For sure I will come back!
a perfect place to relax; perfect setting; perfect service
Very friendly and warm welcome combined with an excellent location and comfort. This is a very nice place to stay.
We staid for the second time at Rivalago. It is a perfect stay directly on the lake of Iseo and close to the island of Monte Isola where you can relax, walk and it has a lots of restaurants, but no traffic. We had a room with a view to the lake, phantastic. Breakfast buffet is really excellent and you can also have it outside close to the lake. Small, but nice swimming pool. Really nothing negative. The only well known challenge are the parking lots for the cars. Dependent on the size of your car you really may have a challenge to get it into the parking lots. May be here the hotel staff could be more recommending to their guests on how to park the cars into which slots. For instance a very small car could be right away parked into the more narrow slots to leave the bigger slots for the bigger cars when coming back from a day excursion.
lake view lack of tea/coffee making facility in room
This hotel is, unfortunately, not up to the expectations one might have of a 4 (or even a 3 star) hotel. The location is really bad, very close to a busy road and a railway, in an awful village some 3 kilometers from Iseo (which is a nice place, by the way). Furthermore, the room didn't even have a bath and was rather tiny, not to mention the furnishing. Also, the 'breakfast' was rather minimalistic. The personnel tries to make something of it, but this hotel is unfortunately really disappointing.
Excellent location, beautiful lake views, only 25 mins from Bergamo
Close to the lake, quite fresh built place. Nice Breakfast on the terrace close to the lake. Room 118 (84EUR/night) is without lake view and with both windows looking to the main road and railways which is running close along the road. During the day and evening noise from the road and passing trains are annoying. Impossible to open the window due to that. Girl at the reception was not polite at all, even for Italy. Service in restaurant during the breakfast was great.
Very pleasant hotel, room looked straight out over Lago d'Iseo. Just too far from Iseo to walk to the centre.
the room and the view on the lake the road and railway line behind the hotel, the too small terrace in front of the lake
Very relaxing, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, good food and a beautiful location.
I will never forget opening the window in our room and looking out over the lake and mountains beyond and seeing the water lapping at the hotel wall
Sitting by the pool on the side of the lake, eating at the hotel and doing day trips around the lake.
The personnel was very affable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Parking is near the hotel. The sauna did not work. It was very cold о in the room .
The hotel has been refurbished and is now very comfortable, even carpeted corridors, unusual in Italy. Large elevator. Easy parking on hotel terrace. Balconies overlooking lake. Easy walk to centre of town. Very lavish breakfast buffet, should suit anyone. Safe in room.
Friendly staff, good facilities and location. The pool is very nice, we had to ask for extra towels. Nice breakfast. The staff good have more information about sightseeing etc. Overall a good value.
great place for relaxing, very short way to the lake and to the city centre, wonderful landscape, nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast
Very clean and tidy Very functional - not overly cosy
stuff was very nice, responded to all our needs and gave useful suggestion about where to go and what to see. pool was not open during its working hours.
A friendly hotel a short walk from the lake. We were offered a choice of rooms on different floors when we checked in. Breakfast ok.
What a pleasant stay!! Great room, great service, excellent breakfast. Which bad points?
The location(close to leke), the room, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, lake view, environment, value for money, parking
Abundant and good breakfast, spacious room and a little pleasant swimming pool. There's no pavement outside the hotel to go to the lake front, so you have to walk on the street.
This is a very nice hotel: Clean and large rooms, friendly staff, nice pool and quiet. It lies in a non touristic village near the Iseo lake. I would recommend it to everybody.
clean rooms with nice linen poor air con also wanted to use an iron told they were not allowed to have one on site this is a hotel we thought there should be at least one iron and ironing board.also coffee for breakfast on both mornings was cold and proper bread for the toaster would have een good, the air con in the public areas was also very poor we chose this hotel because it said it had good air con.
This is a good Hotel part9icularly appreciated was a swimming pool. No
Room, cleanliness, peace More diverse breakfast
I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room and the pool was lovely... the breakfast is very much worth it! also when the aircon didnt work in our room the staff immedeatly transferred us to a new (bigger ) room. free parking in the back...interesting modern design... no maps available of the surrounding, hardly any touristic information provided by the staff. probably not reacheble by public transport from bergamo, we rented a car.
nothing the hotel is not a 4 star hotel and overpriced also it needs renovating in all a very bad time. the resturant was well over priced with a very bad and rude service
The location is spectacular. Lake Iseo is fantastic. I feel Hotel Sebino is a 2* hotel ina 4 star location. Looks a bit run down.
Fine site. Since early morning on all hotel there is a smell from kitchen.
Views of Iseo Lake, its in a small town closeto lake garda and Malan if you wish. Hotel Sebino is friendly and comfortable this was our second stay at this hotel, due to being close to Monza F1 track.
Location was fine, the size of the room was OK, but to many problems to fix the good, Our Friends had problems also. Staff HUGH Problem the woman that is at the front desk immediately started yell at us for no reason she refused to admit that we had a room even though i saw my name on the room list of hers i showed her my passport, so i left and went to a tourist business and she let me print out my reservation confirmation went back to the hotel and she still would not give us our room until a man that also does not speak English looked at my papers and smiled and gave us out key, STRANGE women, then the next morning got a cup of coffee and did not get a saucer for the cup she came screaming again at 6:30am in Italian and put the saucer on the table and with load arm movement complaining about to other customers,, YOU MUST SPEAK ITALIAN & saucer for cup
Responded to my request for a balcony room with superb view of the lake. Unable to park next to hotel, to be fair free parking was available at the Ulivi Hotel 500m away.
Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the hotel was clean! We were (I don't know, how many places), but, we think the price and service was real.
A very warm welcome from the staff, and a very beautiful and romanic setting. Our room had a nice view (which we requested). Parking lot was closed, which became trouble for us. (I was very kindly told where to park, but the next day there was a public market, and my car was in the middle of it! --110 Euro fine) There was also some road noise, but that was not too much trouble.
Modern and clean bathroom, a great view on the Iseo lake, "wood" everywhere in the room. A rich frigo bar in the room, but quite high prices...
we got lake view which was great No parking available near the hotel due to construction in area. Hotel provides free parking at near by hotel.
