Pros (+) The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. The beds are comfortable. The place is generally quite cozy, as well as clean. The USB outlets are a nice modern touch.
Cons (-) Pretty much my only complaint is that the hotel is very close to the John Wayne Airport and you get woken up promptly at 7am by the first departing flights, which continue to make noise until around 11pm. Otherwise the hotel is nice and quiet.
