Pros (+) The staff that cleaned our room provided extra towels and water when they found out out that we were traveling with an infant. They did this even before we got to know them. After we left a small gratuity each day, the cleaning staff would even leave us a thank you note. It was such a wonderful experience! We also love the fact that a major bus stop is available right below the hill where the hote...
