Javier Ignacio, May 2019 - Harbour Grand Hong Kong
Pros (+) Impressive hotel, in terms of infrastructure. The breakfast place is impressive, as well as the food selection, it’s very fresh. Staff is kind and speak great English as expected.
Cons (-) My only complain: the room carpet! It need a renovation quickly. It damages all the room look&feel, as well as the overall experience as its showing signs of wearing out and looks just kind of filthy (even though it might be “clean”).

Tamyka, Feb 2018 - Hotel Madera Hong Kong
Pros (+) We were delighted to learn the barista at Cafe 1997 on level 3 had spent five years in Melbourne. The team really knew how to make a perfect double shot flat white and although I visited several other chains and independent coffee houses throughout my stay, no other coffees came close. Thank you! The rooftop bar has spectacular views over to Hong Kong Island and across Kowloon. We got to see the l...

Pros (+) Good staff, excellent facilities. The upgrade to a Junior Suite was welcome.
Cons (-) A little bit out of things, although they is an MTR station 5 minutes walk away. The area around the hotel isn't the smartest, although it seems perfectly safe.

Sarita, Jan 2016 - Harbour Grand Hong Kong
Pros (+) This is definitely a luxury hotel; it looks and feels like one from the amenities in the room to the lobby and the available restaurants in the building. The location was great because of its proximity to the MTR station, which is one of my personal favorite things about Hong Kong so I didn't mind. It's not within real walking distance of tourist attractions or downtown in Causeway Bay or Central,...
Cons (-) We had a great stay, but a lot of it was due to promotions. Our room had free wifi and we had a special rate since I booked far ahead of time. The wifi signal could be stronger, and the TV channels were a bit limited. There was construction next to the hotel, which somewhat took away from the otherwise nice view of the harbor. The view did have a highway between the room and harbor though, so don'...
