Somebody entered my room while I was sleeping, fortunately I had the door stopper on, otherwise they would have entered the room. I felt very insecure and couldn't go back to sleep before and after a long flight. I called to complain (it takes forever for receptionist to answer the phone) and they said "we are sorry". Pros (+) Couldn't really tell what I liked about the place. They didn't have proper permits with the city to be operational so I was moved to another hotel that was not as luxurious but was near the venue I would be attending that weekend.
