Wonderful
Rebecca, Jul 2024 - Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe
The hotel and its amenities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel is connected to a mall with many food options, a Starbucks, a movie theater, and shops. Santa Fe is not a close neighborhood to the city center, it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get there, but Uber rides are not expensive. Santa Fe is a quieter neighborhood, so it is a trade off!

Cons (-) I didn't like that they would take my US dollars.. I stayed at the airport hotel for a long layover, but they wouldn't accept my dollars.. I mean Hilton is Worldwide, and in other hiltons in South America take dollars. So I had to go out and change my dollars to Mexican pesos All the while having my 2 toddlers waiting. And it was midnight. Anyways, take pesos if you're going to this hotel, because...

Bruce, Mar 2016 - Hilton Mexico City Reforma
Pros (+) Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very clean room with a great view. Spacious room.
Cons (-) Very noisy ventilation system. The fan in the ventilation system made an incredible racket. Staff said it could not be fixed though they tried. Lights in the bathroom were delayed fluorescent bulbs which made being in the bathroom a dark experience.
