Experience was mediocre as they didn’t clean our room in the three days we stayed there. The hotel reeds an update.. Its location is ok but needs to take a car almost everywhere. Rooms needs an update and needs a safe and USB ports at least.

I was disappointed that the pool was offline; however, the next door Marriott property had a larger pool and it worked out great for my laps! The front desk staff could not have been BETTER! When they found out we were in town for a funeral, they greeted us each day asking how we were doing, how the events were going, etc. I was so impressed by this staff member [whose name I did not secure : ( ]....

Joseph, Dec 2019 - Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek
Pros (+) The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons (-) The maid threw away valuable medication and cleaner that was by the toilet on the floor. It was not empty or in the trash. The other thing is the wifi issue....We have never had to pay for wifi except on a cruise line out at sea. As a result, we were n...

Pros (+) Nice lobby, sitting areas. Fridge & microwave in room. Comfortable beds, room was clean. Pool and gym area for those who want that. Good location near shopping mall and restaurants for dinner.
Cons (-) Elevator out of order so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. A glass of wine was $14.00. No coffee in lobby until 7am. We had to be on the road at 6:30 so had to stop to McDonalds.

Pros (+) This Courtyard by Marriott location has been exceptionally fantastic, got me a comfortable suite that was well-maintained. The staff was very courteous and all strive to go above and beyond every time. Also, the Bistro actually has good food in this location -- better than most of their further-north counterparts.
