My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The blanket and comforter were as thin as paper. The towels were of similar quality. The AC unit was coming apart. The continental breakfast is cereal and toast. The front desk staff was super friendly.

Pros (+) Me and my mom liked the cleanliness of the facility. Being that we were there researching the housing market in the area we just needed a place to sleep.
Cons (-) Some things that could have been better were the beds. I felt the springs in the mattress due to the extreme softness. The room could have used a separate sink but all in all the room served its purpose. The WiFi also could have been a bit stronger. We had to continue to toggle between LTE and turning our devices off. It also could have been our service provider (Sprint) which we heard is not the ...

Cons (-) Breakfast, continental, was inadequate. It was the "American" definition of a continental breakfast, not the more fulfilling, international idea.

Cons (-) The staff was rude, there were roaches in our room, breakfast was a joke, AC didn't work, smelled bad. The sink faucet wasn't connected to the sink. There was mildew. Someone's hair was in our shower. Disgusting. Terrible experience.

Pros (+) The location was very convenient to our son and his family. It was also close to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
Cons (-) The website stated that the motel had been newly renovated, that was NOT the case. The lobby was a construction zone, the breakfast area had been gutted and was unusable and the room had not been renovated.
