We got there close to midnight on a Wednesday with a young child - the front desk staff wouldn’t share parking options except for their paid parking, called the room twice 10 minutes after we got in as were trying to put the baby to sleep, and could not give us a late checkout the next morning, on a Thursday because the hotel was “full” when che...

Awesome location. Not the best hotel for children, but clean. I was informed in the reservation that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. Came on Christmas day and it was too quiet. Almost no personnel. Restaurant had 1 plate on the menu. I only saw elderly couples. No families.

Pros (+) Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Facility is starting to show its age. We were in a handicapped accessible room that was not terribly accommodating for individuals without disabilities.

We were pleasantly surprised at the value for the money. Crabtree mall is nearby. Ordered pizza from Jets fort kids. Quiet property with bat in lobby. Pros (+) We came to this area because we were dropping someone off at their university and this hotel was a great choice! It was beautifully decorated and we got the best bang for our buck for sure!
