Pros (+) We did not stay in the room much but everything was very tidy and all staff we interacted with were polite and friendly :)
Cons (-) After a hot shower there was a very loud, high pitched noise. I believe it had something to do with the hot water refilling Also, the little market in the lobby could be better stocked, specifically the drink selection

Pros (+) We had a great time, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well appointed.
Cons (-) The only issue was with the elevators, there were only 2 for the whole building and there were too many people to handle the traffic load. We routinely waited for an elevator for extended periods of time.

Cons (-) Not much variety in the breakfast buffet, especially for someone don't eat meat/eggs. It is an expensive breakfast.
