We have now stayed twice at hotel and have found staff helpful and atmosphere very relaxing n/a

Staff were charming and very helpful. Location fantastic and bar extensive Hotel is a bit dated and not worthy of 5 star

Really good location for West Quay shopping Only grip was that the pillows were really hard and uncomfortable

close to the red jet and cruise ports and good food T.V did'nt work, very hot in the room, no room service just a few things that if put right would make an excellant hotel

room decorated very nicelly with luxury touches in a very nice refubrished 19 century wearhouse. Very nice coffee maker in the room, comfortable bed and the Italian food at the restaurant was great the hotel is part of a restaurant downstairs and have no proper lobby, looks more like a pub with rooms upstairs. The room was very hot but a very noisy fan provided. People coming from the restaurant stayed talking laudly and smoking under my room window until late hours, not ideal if you have to wake up earlier next day. Wireless internet did not work .

Staff were friendly, good having restaurant underneath the hotel. We arrived late so this worked out very well. Think that breakfast should be included within the rate charged for the room.

I most enjoyed the hospitality of the owners. I got a bigger room than that I'd booked. Nice restaurant and also nice breakfast.

Food and menu choice was excellent and staff very attentive and helpfull. Fullers Hotel so beer choice very good. Large room so not crampted.

Comfortable clean room . Being on the top floor away from bar, kitchen noise etc. The breakfast table did not appear to be totally clean. also the room was noisy with excessive sound from chairs being moved.

I needed to cut short my stay to only 1 night at short notice, Reception very helpfull and understanding, no question of me paying for the cancelled night even at short notice....Very Impressed and will return

In all honesty could not wait to leave Bed covers covered in stains and blood, carpet dirty with sticky substance on it

It was convenient for attending a concert at the Guild Hall. Car parking! You should not have to pay to park at the hotel. Arrangements should be made for customers to stay free of charge.

Modern, clean and good value for money. Not really - rooms were simple but fine for what was needed and paid for.
