Pros (+) Staff was great except in restaurant where they neglected us and didnt provide food as per menu (so we went to other restaurants for rest of meals during week). Maintenance people were awesome, coming quickly for issues and handling them competently and quickly...electric had not been setup in the new rooms. Elevators were really fast. Shower head was wonderful.

Cons (-) Restaurant service was very slow, staff friendly and attentive. I do not think housekeeping cleaned on our second day. Did bed and fresh towels, but that was it.

Cons (-) I had booked a room with 2 beds expecting that my husband would sleep with one child and I would sleep with the other child. We arrived to find all the rooms with 2 beds were taken and we got a bed and a pull out sofa. It was fine but not super comfortable and not what I had booked. We had driven 8 hours that day and it would have been nice to sleep in a real bed.
