Pros: Very beautiful! The staff were nice and very helpful. The food was delicious!
Cons: The only problem I encountered was that the pillows were too hard for me to be comfortable. We got there too late to ask the staff for other pillows- I'm sure there would have been another option available if we were there early enough to ask!
Pros: I don't like saying everything was great but this is one if those rare places where in felt welcomed and all was just great!
Pearl of the Sea Luxury Bed & Breakfast features a marina and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Anastasia State Park and St. Augustine Beach Park. Guests can indulge in deep-tissue massages or aromatherapy, and international cuisine is served at The Pearl Restaurant, which is open for breakfast and dinner. An outdoor pool and a poolside bar are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale bed & breakfast offer up nice touches like rainfall showerheads, bathrobes, and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: Loved the location...walking distance to most of sites in area. We love the staff...very helpful on sites to visit. At end of day we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. One night it rained and we sat on the balcony.
Cons: Nothing to do with the Inn, when walking back at night the road is uneven. Be careful.
When you stay at St Francis Inn, you'll be in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Old St. Augustine Village and Lightner Museum. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and kayaking, parasailing, and surfing/boogie boarding are nearby. There's also a garden, and rooms offer MP3 docks and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: This hotel's staff have been extremely friendly, beyond helpful, they offer free continental breakfast, free wi-fi, discounted parking, elevator usage, and the room has that romantic feel.
Cons: Not a thing.
the room and staff were great... will be back again for sure...
Pros: quaint hotel in the heart of everything we wanted to do...
Cons: parking for hotel guest was over a block away... good thing it was not raining when we were there...
Fun area close to everything. Breakfast was typical cold buffet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Pros: Open air shopping area was fun. location was perfect near bars, shops, water and the fort.
Cons: Staying above the chocolate shop was too tempting. Also sugar hyped children ran up and down the steps. Fortunately they crashed early.
Nice people an help full.
Pros: It was right in the beginning of the town village. Close to everything an it was cozy.
The room was very clean and had the old St Augustine flair. We loved staying here and will again!
Pros: The room overlooked the old town shopping area and had great porches and rocking chairs. The staff was very friendly and came right out to unload the car and give us the parking pass for the garage. Our bags were immediately taken to the room.
The staff was friendly and attentive. Good job of cleaning rooms. No worries about things left in the room while out. There were lots of noises from the late night partiers that made it somewhat difficult to sleep but for the most part the room was quiet and comfortable.
Pros: The location to what we wanted to do.
Cons: Room could have been bigger for the price paid.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Noise from nearby tour buses
Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location within walking distance of nearly everything.
Cons: Rooms older. Very clean but very limited. Breakfast minimal more like a snack.
A very quaint and quiet Inn. Amenities are awesome. Loved having a small refrigerator for storing the fudge we bought next door.
Pros: It is located in a perfect spot with walking access to shopping, the fort, and Ripley's. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we return.
This has everything you would expect of a class 'A' operation.
Pros: Charming staff,Great location, and just an overall enjoyable experience.
All I can say is it's well worth it if you want a romantic place to stay in a romantic town.
Pros: It was really clean and accommodating. It was right on the main walking street in downtown. Very easy to walk out, hang out, and get back. The views were amazing. The staff was incredible. I was pleased thst they texted me when they couldn't leave a voice
Cons: The initial parking to check in was confusing. We circled the block several times until a staff member came out and directed us to park in the median. Also, the shared balcony wasn't great due to the smokers.
Pros: The staff was very nice and quite helpful. Room was beautiful and bed was comfy. Look forward to staying again!

Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and free perks include full breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Nice touches like bathrobes, designer toiletries, and pillowtop beds with premium linens are offered up in all rooms.
Pros: The inn was in a perfect location and perfectly kept. But the best of the stay was the perfect hosts who provided the perfect amount of engagement and assistance. Will go back many times in the future for sure. It was all just PERFECT.
Cons: Breakfast was not to the standard I would have expected for the price.
The room lacked space to store travel bags so they were in the way.
Staff was not available for help at 9:00p even when I left a message on their reservation phone number.
When you stay at Penny Farthing Inn, you'll be in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Flagler College and Lightner Museum. Free perks include English breakfast daily and WiFi. All rooms offer fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, and DVD players.
Pros: It's a great place, very clean, easy proximity to everything even downtown given the size of St. Augustine, that's not even a ten minute cab ride with traffic. Hotel is quiet, not very updated but it's not that kind of town. Free coffee around the clock and always someone on staff to help. Overall about a 4.5/5.
Cons: Just needs to update a few immenities - gym is pretty sad, could really take advantage of the 4th floor balcony with like a happy hour or something
Pros: Staff was friendly. There was an actual hot tub in the room. Bed was comfy. Shower was huge. Everything worked out.
Cons: Had to pay for breakfast.
Pros: This was a spur of the moment trip and I LOVED the hotel! Staff was wonderful and very helpful. It was just a short walk to the beach! I only spent one night but would definitely go back again! Saint Augustine is one of my favorite places in the world. I recommend this place!
Pros: Maureen at the front desk was super friendly! Lots of good advice on what to do in the area.
Close proximity to the beach
Breakfast was delicious
Large pool area
5 minutes from downtown St. Augustine
Cons: On par with pricing with other hotels in the St. Augustine area, not exactly a deal
No smoking, possibility of a $200 smoking fee charged to your account
Pros: My girlfriend and I had a great weekend here. The hotel is beautiful, and the room is spacious. The jacuzzi tub in the room was the selling point for us, though. Comfortable and spacious.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the use of harsh, daylight/cool white light bulbs throughout the room, rather than the more comfortable tungsten/warm white I would expect from an otherwise couples-oriented vibe.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and location is short trip to down town St Augustine . Would stay there again if rates are still good...
Pros: The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Room is always clean.
Cons: Not too fond of the restaurant that's there. We eat pretty healthy and they didn't have many healthy options. Also, we wish there was room service for the nights we spent inside.

Cons: Size for a room with two queens size beds should of been a bit bigger.
Cons: Nice and clean, no problems
Pros: LOCATION, CLEAN, STAFF GREAT, BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE
Cons: ALL WAS GOOD
Pros: Good hotel, clerk at check in really didnt want to be there.
Pros: Location, great breakfast and very courteous staff.
Pros: Breakfast was a full breakfast. Cinnamon rolls were great. Rooms were clean and ready on arrival.
Cons: Sound proofing between the rooms not that good. We were there during a Holiday break and although the neighbors were not partying the excited kids noise came thru the suite door.
Pros: I would have rated this hotel a 3.5 stars. It was clean and the breakfast was above average for an economy hotel. Also the Ripley's red train will pick you up and drop you off. You don't even have to drive all the way into St. Augustine. It was great.
Cons: There was not adequate parking for the holiday. I would imagine this is not a problem most of the year, but during the holidays there was only one spot left for us to park in.
Pros: It was clean and the staff was friendly.
Pros: The location is convenient and the room is clean.Friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast is not as expected. Swimming pool is indoor and small.
Pros: The staff was great and had all the amenities we needed. Not far from historic ST. Augustine.
Pros: Clean rooms and great service. I emailed ahead of time and asked if they had an infant crib that they could put in our room. They were more than happy to accomadate us and the crib was waiting for us when we arrived. Wonderful complementary breakfast.
Cons: No problems. We were very happy guests.
Pros: This hotel was great! we arrived early and they were able to get us in a room right away, staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and updated. I will be staying here again when we go back! Hotel was just a short 5-10 min. drive to downtown!
Cons: if I had to pick something wifi was alittle slow but nothing big
St. Augustine Hotel's Old City Charm Delights Guests With breathtaking beaches thrilling attractions historic sites booming businesses and more St. Augustine is an unforgettable place. You can easily experience all the
Cons: Breakfast, Costly Valet Parking, very small room for $430 / per night, amenities in room similar to Motel 8 hotels. Definitely not a Hilton Hotel model I would be proud of.
Pros: very good location foe seeing the sights.
The price was reasonable.
Cons: Could not get to our room because of construction in the hall and rooms on both sides of our room. Power tools and lumber laying across the hall. Dust and dirt everywhere.
We asked the woman at the desk when checking in to move us to a different part of the hotel. She said that she would be "happy to cancel our reservation and we could go somewhere else"
I asked to speak to a manager and was told that was not possible, the head housekeeper did come out to say that the construction on the room next to us would end at 4PM that day, It did not.
Reception, dinning room and bar was closed for renovations. A nearby room was turned into the breakfast room and a temporary reception area was placed in the back, and a portable bar was set up in the evening serving beer and wine. What kind of wine, we asked the server; Red and White.
This type of customers service may just keep me from going to a Hilton in the future. Management just didn't care.
Pros: The $24 parking + tip was an experience. Never stayed in a handicapped room before since I'm not handicapped. The $15 free continental breakfast + tip was superb.
Pros: The Hilton Bayfront is an amazing hotel. The staff was awesome and our room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to everyone I know. It's location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the historic district. walking distance to almost everything.
The unique Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel combines a reverence for the history of St. Augustine with the modern day luxuries and amenities guests expect in a Hilton. The hotel's intimate size and feel are reminiscent of a boutique hotel, and yet it offers the extensive services and facilities that are usually found only in much larger hotels. The charming, vibrant Spanish Colonial Period structure consists of a "hollow square" design, in this case, 19 different buildings set around an inner courtyard and connected by an interior corridor. The buildings were inspired by the Second Spanish Colonial historic period, with wooden balconies, cedar-shake & tile roofs, with different elevations and colors that allow it to blend in with its surroundings. Virtually all Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel rooms offer stunning views of Matanzas Bay or the city of St. Augustine's historic district. Situated in the Historic District of "America's Oldest City", the Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel is within walking distance to many of the area's finest restaurants and most popular attractions. Horse drawn carriages and the Historic Trolley transport visitors from the hotel through the streets of the old city. Historical points of interest include the Spanish Colonial Castillo de San Marco National Monument, dating from 1672, the original Government House and the magnificent Victorian structures of the period built by Henry Flagler including Flagler College formerly his grand hotel. The hotel’s facilities include an outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, business center, concierge service and a guest laundry and valet service. The Menendez and Ponce rooms, 800 square feet each or 1600 square feet when combined, can accommodate meetings of up to 125 people or of banquets up to 100. The 250 square foot Board Room can accommodate 12 and offers views of the bay. The Aviles restaurant and Lounge within the Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel features creative global cuisine with touches from the region surrounding Aviles, the sister city of St. Augustine in Spain. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and diner and includes an outdoor dining area. Be our guest at Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront hotel and "Experience History from our Point of View". Travel should take you places!
Pros: The pool was nice and so was the room. Nice big bathroom . The hotel is in a pretty good spot. Most attractions are within a short drive and there are a quite a few restaurants within walking distance
Cons: The bathroom was dirty even after I asked housekeeping to clean it. The floors were badly in need of vacuuming
Pros: Most friendly personnel
Cons: Choices for dinning
Pros: The location and services (coffee bar, light food) were excellent. The staff was courteous and very eager to please. The pool area and workout room were well maintained. One block walk to a beautiful beach and walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Housekeeping staff needs to vacuum better

Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean comfortable room in a great location.
Cons: I didn't like that I was sent to the wrong room and then given a new room and when I arrived at the second room the keys didn't work. I had to go back and forth to the counter 3 times and had multiple long lines to wait for. I also didn't liked hat because of the 45-60 minute trying to figure out my room I was delayed from our Valentine's Day dinner. Was very embarrassed on what should have been a romantic evening. Thanks.
Cons: Rained out all weekend
Pros: Went to St Augustine for a wedding with my wife and our 21 year old son. From the moment we arrived we were welcome with a friendly smile and later in the evening we stopped at the beautiful bar for a nightcap and met a friendly, professional and knowledgeable Bartender. The accommodations and food were fantastic. Will definitely comeback

Pros: All staff we encountered were very welcoming and helpful, especially Meredith and Holly at the Front Desk, Ron at Valet Parking and our cleaning person.
Pros: Rooms were beautiful and clean.
Pros: This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Casa Monica. It is a great property in an excellent location. The hotel is getting a bit on the rundown side. Our sink faucet sprayed water all over the counter which was a little messy.
But the charm and ambiance will make Casa Monica a hotel choice in the future.
The hotel bar is very good and well staffed. The food there is great after a long day walking.
The rooms are charming and the beds are very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and the high ceiling and western view over the pool deck was very nice.
Staff is first rate and the cleanliness is too notch.
I know there are some renovations underway and I think some of the older features are being brought current. Just not a 5 star this time.
Cons: Pluming was a little bad . Slow draing tub . Low water pressure

Cons: No towels in room, just an oversight I guess. Dirty cleaning rag on floor of our room. All rooms except ours had a bathtub. I really wanted a bathtub. They could have asked us, the place wasn't full.
Centennial House offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Castillo de San Marcos and Lightner Museum. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast available daily. There's a garden, and rooms offer jetted tubs and flat-screen TVs.

Pros: Rooms were very modern and clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool area is beautiful.
Pros: The staff were friendly . Good breakfast , good pool
Cons: noisy aircondition
Pros: The pool was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The breakfast included things like chocolate chip pancakes and cheese grits. The staff at the front desk was friendly and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Pros: It was clean, clean & most of all clean! Close to tram pickup.
Cons: Housekeeper showed up at 8:30am!! We miss you seed it every day we were there. Check out is 11, why is housekeeping coming so early when we're sleeping?!
Pros: The location was great, picked originally was planning to bring a pet turned out to be a great place to stay
Cons: No exercise room
Pros: Breakfast and Pet friendly
Cons: Service and price.
Pros: Clean rooms, hardwood floors, really good price for the clean updated rooms, fantastic included breakfast (not just your average cereal and toast... We had sausage, pancakes, eggs, home fries, cheese grits, etc.)
Cons: No elevators, ice machines were far away (downstairs, around the corner and behind the building), shower only
Pros: The complimentary breakfast provided was very nice, even had fresh fruit!
Cons: The location was a bit out of the way. We like to walk everywhere so it was a bit of a walk to get to the "old town" section of St. Augustine, maybe a two mile walk?? If you don't like walking a taxi ride is inexpensive, about $8.00 one way from the hotel to the "old town", we chose this mode of transportation at night.
Pros: Clean rooms and a good breakfast. I would definitely stay again
Cons: Walls were thin so it was very loud inside the rooms. Heard neighbors and people walking outside room throughout the night

Pros: The service and cleaness was amazing the room was super nice and big overall a perfect stay
Cons: Didn't have any complains
Cons: Sink didn't drain properly. No fridge. Too expensive for offerings
Pros: Mattress was very comfotable, staff was very nice!
Pros: I was only staying overnight and for the money it's a very nice hotel. People from the front desk were very attent and the room was very clean. It's not so close to downtown (5-10min drive) so if you have a car and don't mind the driving, I think this could be the hotel for you.
Cons: Walls are very thin. It was football night so you could hear the people from the room next to us cheering up and screaming. Thankfully once the game was over they went quiet.
Cons: No hot water in morning

Pros: Everything about Jaybird's Inn was great. Great room, great staff, great restaurant, great food, and great prices. I will start there again next time I'm in St. Augustine.
Cons: Loved everything.
Pros: We traveled with a one year old... the staff were extremely helpful. The room was newly remodeled and nicely I might add. The a//c great, the location for our purpose was good, the restaurant next door was also a plus...breakfast super....warning if you order the pancakes....you will need a doggie bag.
Cons: Parking a little tight. Pool is adequate but small.Overall good.
Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Some of the staff are not as nice
Pros: I read many reviews before deciding on the Jaybird Inn. We were pleasantly surprised. The remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was helpful.
Cons: Not really a walk to downtown
Pros: The room was huge and recently remodeled. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great hotel!
Pros: We weren't sure about Jaybirds when we pulled up. I had booked the room based on reviews and was surprised to find an old school motel. Boy, were our expectations exceeded!!! Helpful desk manager, nice clean room with local art photography on the walls and one of the best diners I've ever eaten at is attached! The bartender is very knowledgeable about the area. We continues our road trip up into the Carolinas and stayed at a variety of places, but jaybirds was my family's favorite!
Pros: Friendly staff, especially Shirley. Priced right, good location, would definitely stay there again.
Pros: The layout of the room is exactly like every other motel. But this is the only similarity the Jay Bird has with others. The entire motel has been renovated and it feels like it has been recent but I think they simply do a fantastic job at maintaining what they've done. The room was nicely tiled throughout with what looks like upscale tile and the decor or the wall which the beds sits at, helps make the room look very upscale. Just like something you'd find in New York or California. The bathroom is just as nicely renovated. A walk in shower the size of a tub with a "rain shower" type shower head placed nice and high for tall guests. I'm surprised they don't charge more than they do for these rooms. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this motel to anyone!
Cons: The younger staff referring to me and other guests as "Buddy", instead of "Sir". I thought this as very unprofessional and not fitting to the standard the rest of the motel.
Pros: We stayed for 4 nights for a much needed restful vacation, Jaybirds Inn was perfect, very clean, beds and bedding very comfortable and the location great as well as helpful staff. Would recommend it and actually planning another trip back before the end of the year
Cons: Would have liked some healthier choices for breakfast.
Pros: Everything was good, nice place
Cons: Poor breakfast
Just 3.5 mi (5.7 km) from the airport, Jaybird's Inn puts you within a 10-minute drive of Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park and Flagler College. The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a bite to eat at Jaybirds Restaurant, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A bar/lounge and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like rainfall showerheads and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: For golf fans, this is a great location. The hotel was beautiful and close to the Hall of fame and great courses.
Cons: The restaurants were pricey.
Pros: Will stay there again assuming time permits.
Pros: The hotel itself is amazing and the location is fine.
Cons: You have to pay for internet and certain amneties
Pros: good service, excellent accommodations, fantastic golf courses
Pros: The staff were accommodating, and we were treated to a complimentary dessert and sparkling wine as a treat for the last day of our honeymoon. The room was nearly perfect excepting a broken.smoke detector. The fitness facility was amazing.
Cons: The resort clientele appeared below the standards to which the hotel aspires. In addition, the check-in process was slow. The contemporary or "virtual" terminals were not sufficient. Finally, the resort would benefit from a few more onsite amenities such as a second restaurant or bar area and indoor pool. As a member of the Marriott family, excellent models abound.
Pros: Beautiful place. Clean rooms.
Cons: booked the hotel but we're placed in the villas. Down the street and away from hotel conveniences such as restaurants and bar. . Booking said 12:00 check out villas had a 10:00 am check out. Pull out bed instead of two doubles.
Pros: Loved everything about this hotel. For the price, this hotel was off .the charts,
Cons: No complaints whatsoever
Pros: Bartender was very friendly, Check in was very courteous and helpful.
Cons: Hot tub was not hot at all! For the price of the room, Wifi should be included, no reason to pay $14.95 per day when wifi is free in lobby.
Was told there was a sauna, NO such luck, Room was used for storage.

Pros: Very clean and updated. Good location between beach and downtown. Pool area very clean also. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Very small room. Difficult with small children, no where to sit other then the bed. Limited parking. Very close to main road so it's very noisy at night. AC unit cuts on and off about 500 time a night and is also very loud.
Situated near the beach, this motel is within a 10-minute walk of Walker Charters and St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum. St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park and Lightner Museum are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: super clean!! fun, modern atmosphere! comfortable & beautiful room! great staff:) complimentary coffee & infused fruit water in lobby was always nice!!
Cons: it was NOT close enough to the 'historic district'!! $12 cab ride there & back:(

Cons: Jacuzzi, cozy atmosphere, well maintained Building and very clean, free breakfast
Pros: The rooms were spacious. I liked that it was very close to shopping & restaurants, within walking distance. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub.
Cons: It was myself and my young daughter and there were lots of doors slamming & loud talking in the halls until 1-2am. I also woke up the next morning to a small roach crawling across the night stand. I didn't like that you could only use the elevators, the stairs were for emergency only. I hope this will change with all hotels who don't allow access to the stairs unless it's an "emergency". As someone whom is terrified of elevators it was very nerve racking every time we had to leave the room.
Pros: Got me checked into my room earlier than checkin time with no problem.
Pros: Couldn't beat it for the price.
