Pros: I liked that our room was spacious and clean. Staff were really pleasant and liked working there... Greeted us each morning.
The outdoor patio was a nice touch. Plenty of seating. The pool was not as warm as we thought. Small for a big hotel.
Cons: A downfall was having a broken refrigerator Especially with an infant (3 months). Storing breast milk was an issue the first night. I had to call and remind the front desk for a new fridge at 5:30am. It arrived around 10:30a. Luckily we got a new fridge, however, it was inconvenient to freeze breast milk then thaw for each feeding.
Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of warm food choices.
Pillows were too soft uncomfortable, and almost felt worn out.

Pros: We loved every detail of our stay. Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Must visit the rooftop bar!!
Restaurants were cute and good food
Bar upstairs was cool with all seasons porch
Staff was friendly
Cons: Open air shower (looks cool but it's cold)
No cell service in building
Valet is a bit pricy
Toiletries were sparse (my lotion was half used with a hair on it)
Views not good from room (HVAC units and alley)
Pros: Intensive training on staff, was very evident where I was approached by every person that worked in the hotel with a smile and inquisitive in nature to see what I might need. Was there for four days for Summerfest and had recently stayed at a Kimpton in Austin on rainy Street and enjoyed it. I was able to the enjoy the upstairs rooftop bar for a very short period as it was too busy . Complementary bicycles were a very nice touch, as I am putting them at two of my rental properties now for clients that come and stay .
Cons: Not having coffee makers in the room is a mistake. I understand the need to possibly get people out of the rooms too co-mingle down in the lobby, yet it's imperative that the first thing I do when I wake up is have a cup of coffee while I shower, news , prepare . I do this at every hotel I stay and this is the only hotel that has not offered it, and I know that's coming through some type of other reasoning either to generate coffee sales or to make the lobby appear bustling. I do not like the open shower which was the same in the Austin hotel. I like to slide a door shut or have a curtain as I feel rushed to get out of the shower because I am feeling like I am getting water all over the floor, which was somewhat the case. I'm not sure who's design idea that was but not crazy about it .
Pros: The staff was very friendly and tried to help the best they could
Cons: Our rooms were not ready at the check-in time. We had booked two rooms and we were able to get into one room an hour late and the other two hours late. At the price, It was unacceptable.
Kimpton Journeyman Hotel features a rooftop terrace and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Discovery World. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout or grab a bite to eat at Tre Rivali, which serves American cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are 2 bars/lounges and free bike rentals, and rooms at this upscale hotel get the details right with premium bedding and bathrobes.
Pros: Ask me what I didn't like I loved everything
Pros: I do like the atmosphere and location of this hotel.
Cons: They forgot to freshen up our room. We came back after being out for the day to find the bed not made and no fresh Towels.
Pros: The Club option is nice...quite a refuge from a horrible room.
Cons: Couldn't check in until 5:00 despite the 3:00PM check in time. Tub and sink had hair in them. Bedding was ripped.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with tons of character and charm. Good service, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. Hotel lobby bar and Blu were excellent. Complimentary breakfast in the Cafe offered good food and full choice of anything on menu. Onsite amenities such as spa, shops and additional restaurants offer an extra touch.
Cons: For the price of the rooms, wifi was not free. Given the necessity in today's day and age, not to mention that it is complimentary in many more basic hotels, this was a big let down. Especially when service in the tower is spotty for mobile without Wifi. It felt like a nickeled and dimes amenity. Clientele felt a bit uppity.
Pros: We booked a last-minute room at the Pfister and loved our stay from start to finish. The room was beautiful and clean with a great view, service was stellar, and the location could hardly be improved. It doesn't hurt that the hotel is where we stayed after getting engaged! Great experience and we will definitely stay again next time we're in Milwaukee.
Cons: Pretty much perfect.
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel
Cons: We had the $200 room. No fridge or extra sink. I thought it was a little lacking for a luxury hotel. I guess we should of upgraded.
Pros: Old school charm and service
Cons: The decor, the people and the vibe.
Pros: Beautiful historic hotel. Comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Loved the ambience in the lobby. The room we stayed in was clean with a great view is the lake.
Cons: Have to pay for wifi in this current age of free WiFi everywhere.
Pros: The hotel is clean, excellent amenities, friendly staff and good good location. I'd stay again and recommend it to others.
Pros: Amazing hotel. Everything was 5 star.
Pros: It was great, and the spa was excellent. The view was good from the room.
Cons: Was surprised Internet was not complimentary.

Pros: The Iron Horse Hotel has a very industrial, contemporary decor that is AMAZING! Every detail is considered!!
Pros: Whole experience from check in to check out was incredible. Rooms were very large, extremely comfortable, well appointed and stocked. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all of our requests
Pros: My wife and I stayed at the Iron Horse Hotel for a short weekend getaway from Chicago. We loved the hotel. The food at Smyth was great; don't miss the goat cheese appetizer and pork belly. The bar was also a really nice touch; the decor was all dark leather/wood and the cocktails were great. The staff for the entire hotel were some of the best I have seen and I stay in hotels 3-4 nights a week for business.
Cons: The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the dog policy. We live in a high-rise in downtown Chicago that allows dogs, so we weren't expecting to be bothered by a little noise. However, there were multiple occasions when dogs would be crying and howling (most likely from being left alone in an unfamiliar room) early in the morning and late at night. This wasn't the best for our romantic weekend away, but wouldn't stop me from visiting the Iron Horse Hotel in the future.
Pros: I stay in hotels all over the country and this place was one of a kind. If you like motorcycles, staying here is a no brainer. You're a short walk away from the HD Museum and the feel and decor of the hotel has a rugged-modern vibe. I didn't get a chance to hang out at the bar but it looked like like a upbeat scene. Their signature restaurant was excellent.
Cons: That I didn't have my Harley with me!
Pros: comfortable bed and great shower. excellent location for getting about town.
Located in Fifth Ward, this romantic hotel is within 1 mi (2 km) of Great Lakes Distillery and BMO Harris Bradley Center. Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World are also within 2 mi (3 km).
Pros: Staff was amazingly helpful. Simply over the top! Took a real interest in making sure they met all of our needs. Remembered who we were. Said hello every time we walked in the front door.
Pros: Loved the view, high ceilings, comfortable bed, room/suite size
Pros: The room and hotel was great looking and modern and the area was amazing!
Cons: The bests were a little too firm and stuff, the pull out sofa had a bar that went right where your back would be so keeping it folded up was more comfortable for my friend. The breakfast had potential but the eggs were extremely watery
Cons: They overbooked us so we were moved to a different hotel that was less convenient. Not a great experience but it could have been worse.
Cons: The hotel cancelled our reservation an hour before we were set to arrive, and this is after we received a reservation confirmation that morning. We were left scrambling to make alternate arrangements at the last minute and while on the road.
Pros: Room was comfortable and large. Location was great.
Cons: Was told breakfast ended at 9, at check in we were told it ended at 10. Minor inconvenience.
Pros: We liked the river being so close so we could go outside and sit on the benches there along the Walk. It was easier to walk to the events we were attending because the Residence Inn was located close enough to them. The Staff was friendly and professional and helpful. The AC was excellent!
Cons: The sofa bed was so rough on my cousin's back he was very sore the next morning. There were never enough towels so we had to ask for them several times and for the money we paid to stay there, the towels were thin, very non absorbent and rough on the skin. There weren't even any toiletries provided that even the cheap hotels have in their rooms! When the cleaning person came in, she/he removed the dirty glasses and cups in the sink and never brought any back. We actually would have preferred to NOT have the cleaning crew come in. We kept the room fairly cleaned up and could always call for whatever we needed. One bottle of water, a bottle of soda and a bag of chips cost $8 at the hotel desk so bring your own drinks and munchies!!

Pros: The staff is very friendly! Always going above and beyond to help. The airport is literally within walking distance. Prices were reasonable for downtown Milwaukee
Cons: The pillows on the bed are not comfortable. They could really be upgraded/replaced
Pros: Great breakfast and excellent customer service.
Pros: Excellent shower, best pillows of any hotel, great bed. Appreciated the many good breakfast choices.
Cons: Very limited food choices in bar.
Cons: We booked the room at the Hyatt because it was only a few dollars more than the Super 8 with park & fly included. We got in late that night after a 6 hour drive only to be told that we weren't allowed to use the park & fly because we had booked with Kayak. No advance warning, just a "you're not good enough for us so figure out where you're going to park before you have to be to the airport for 5:15 am." We had prepaid so we weren't even able to leave & go to the Super 8. Never again & we're going to warn everyone we possibly can.
Pros: Clean, convenient
Cons: The early evening staff needs to remember to advise travelers to call once they have landed to have the shuttle come pick them up.
Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport offers spacious guest rooms that feature contemporary decor with stylish furnishings including the Hyatt Grand bed, state-of-the-art media and work center with a high-definition 42 inch flat panel TV.
Pros: comfy bed and pillows
lots of towels
Cons: popcorn ceiling
lack of shower tub(?)
remote didn't work (sometimes)
no free parking ($20 valet)
Pros: Walkable distance to shopping and restaurants, and other downtown attractions. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious!
Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, room amenities, very polite and friendly staff
Cons: Only negative is a mandatory 20 dollar per night valet fee, but that may be standard for the downtown
Pros: The valet attendants were wonderful. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, remembered us as we grabbed our car multiple times, and were quick with getting the car. We were there for the Hal marathon and one of the attendants probably saw as many miles as we did getting the unusual line of people's cars at 6 a.m. He kept his smile on and joked around as he left multiple times to get cars.
Pros: The staff and facility were first class and made our stay most enjoyable.

Pros: Great breakfast, comfy bed, and nice sized room. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from!! Will definately stay again!!
Pros: Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, delicious breakfast.
Pros: Clean room, very comfy bed and bedding. Very convenient location to Miller park which was the reason for our stay. Excellent continental breakfast. Very courteous staff. Appreciated the noon check out time...most hotels are 11 a.m.
Cons: Air conditioner unit rattled continuously when on which was all the time since the temperature was near 90. The curtains did not block the sun, (too short and did not wrap around the side of the window) causing me to wake up way too early. Very heavy chemicals in the pool area really bothered my eyes. Could definitely use a ceiling fan or 2 to improve air circulation and ventilation.

Pros: Breakfast seating area was big enough that even during busy times there were seats available.
Cons: In room coffee maker spewed hot steam straight out the front as it finished the brewing process. Told front desk, and it was suggested that I was probably doing something wrong.
Pros: The room was great and the whirlpool in the room was awesome!
Cons: The front desk staff was grumpy, unhelpful, and not present when we needed them to be there in order to check out.
Pros: Great staff and room was as expected.
Cons: Cups for juice at breakfast are really small....I used two.
Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: Bumping us down to king rooms and had to purchase an extra room because of it!!
Pros: Really liked the breakfast.
Cons: The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. Very little sleep. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Every time it cut in it woke the person up in the King bed.
Pros: Very clean, awesome to get a fob from desk to go to Anytime
Great friendly staff and uplifting environment. Great free breakfast!
Pros: beautiful modern hotel!
Cons: they charged my credit card for incidentals upon arriving and didnt tell me they were going to charge me and still 3 days later the charge is still on my credit card and hasnt dropped off.
Pros: The breakfast
Cons: There is no vending machines, I paid 5.00 for 2 waters..... and 15.00 for ravioli, titi pasta, and spicy noodles all tasted stale and where out dated
I would totaly stay at this hotel again. Everything is well done, the room was comfortable, staff nice, and excellent breakfast.
Pros: The hotel is new. All the spaces are well done and it feels very nice. The location is great. The area seem nice with all newer hotels along the block.
Cons: The only real negative is the lighting on the hotel. The whole building is uplit at night. This is beautiful from the outside but when the light is shining up through your window its less nice. The led appliances in the room also really bright.
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful during stay at hotel
Cons: Age of hotel had slight odor from carpet in hallway and rooms
Pros: Only had one Restruant near hotel. More option is a plus as far as restaurants.
I was not provided what I was promised. I was promised free parking and a shuttle to and from the airport. With the shuttle to the airport on its way to pick me up (in less than 5 minutes), I was told that they no longer provide parking and even if it was available it was $20 extra. I was also told that it was Priceline's fault that I was promised something that they do not do. So, in my opinion Priceline and the hotel misrepresented what I was buying. In the end, they charged me $20 extra and they did allow me to park there. Fortunately my son was there to handle all the details, so I did not miss my plane.
Pros: it was clean.
Cons: It was not the hotel that was the problem.

Cons: The only issue I had was with the bathroom, the door had a huge gap at the bottom and no lock, the toilet looked like it was out of a public bathroom, and the the shower pressure was deplorable that it made showering challenging and long.
Pros: Great stay! Thanks Dan for the great service!!
The fitness center was good-I wished there was a lap pool.
Cons: The computers in the business center were slow and hard to get into the internet at times.
Pros: Ambiance and location were great. The corner room on the 15th floor had a great view.
Cons: Elevators could be quicker.
Pros: Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: Expensive parking. Could've parked somewhere else in the city for much cheaper. There were a lot of business people there and no family attractions such as a pool.

Pros: Nice clean room
staff is exceptionally well-trained and friendly
Food was very good at two of the restaurants I was able to dine at
the catered meals were good, maybe a little better than average, although the waitstaff could have been a little more attentive to clearing plates of finished diners.
Cons: Although you can tell they have great smoke cleaners, the amount of smoke encountered in the casino is still noticeable, and the only way to the restaurants is through the casino!
The checking out process needs some help - I haven't had to physically check out at the front desk in years, unless I wanted to. Usually there is a receipt under your door the day of checkout.
Potawatomi Hotel & Casino features a casino and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory and Miller Park. After visiting the 24-hour fitness center for a workout, you can grab a bite to eat at one of the 7 restaurants or unwind with a drink at one of the 7 bars/lounges. There's also a terrace, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer flat-screen TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: The room was recently updated and the set up was great.
Cons: The fridge wasn't working and there was actually some old half drank water bottle in it. And no ice machines on floor.
Pros: Friendly staff, great selection of food in the lobby.
Cons: There was no hot tub, only a pool.
Cons: There basically is no room. You feel cramped from the moment you arrive and realize you cannot pull up to the door and cannot park. Very casual staff. Maybe the 30 year olds like things this way. We do not. We will not be back.
Pros: The showers are nice.
Cons: The blinds are really poor. You need thicker blinds to keep the light out.
You can't keep the blinds open and expect to have any sort of privacy.
The door from the shower to the rest of the room does not seal, so coming out of the shower is freezing.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding rooms.
They say the mattresses are firm. There are not firm.
Pros: Courteous staff, great decor, and clean room.
Cons: The amount of endless noise in the hallway ALL night. Several parties were screaming from outside to someone staying on our floor.
Pros: I liked that it was near a lit of fun bars and restaurants. I also thought it was fun and had a very cool look to it!
Cons: Beds we a little hard.
Pros: Cool rooms
Cons: Kinda dirty guys. House keeping woke me up and I had already called for late check out. Not cool
Pros: Loved the design, decor and features. Hip & modern without the overkill. Comfortable beds and spotless rooms.
Pros: Friendly staff, modern and comfortable accommodations, free water in the room. Great location, valet parking was mid-priced at $25 per day. We chose Aloft because I've stayed at the properties in other cities and had a similarly pleasant experience. And we had to find a place with a swimming pool. Aloft ion Milwaukee is well worth it.
Cons: not much to dislike as we stayed for one night and the experience was very good.
Pros: The location is excellent, great views of the river and right next to the river walk. Within walking distance to some really great restaurants. Quiet, and the room was very comfortable!
Cons: No parking lot, so you either pay to park or pay for valet service. Also, no free breakfast so we had to pay almost $30 just to eat breakfast.
Pros: Location was close to everything including an awesome row of bars. The rooms were nice and spacious and the staff was friendly.
Cons: Parking is limited to pretty much only valet but they were at least quick in getting the car. The biggest issue is noise. I could hear the people in the room next to ours having conversations without any difficulty. This place was popular with bachelor and bachelorette parties which meant the noise at night was extremely loud and went into the early morning.
Pros: The staff was friendly. The property was awesomely located. The place was clean. Everyone was on board to help and make sure people enjoyed their stay.
Cons: The honest to goodness only issue that I had throughout my entire stay was the wifi kept crashing on me. Other than that it was perfect.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious all three days! Front desk staff was very pleasant.
Cons: The chlorine smell in the pool area was extremely strong.
Pros: Clean, helpful friendly staff
Pros: Clean place with a nice staff and comfortable room
Pros: The room set up was nice and it was a good value for the price. My only conpliants are super easy fixes for the next time around. I would recommend it. Liked the breakfast too!
Cons: The bathroom hadn't been swept well so there was yucky hair on the floor. The room smelled a little weird when I walked in. There was a light on the building right outside my window. Easy improvements. Sweep, do a little shop vac magic around outide of room. Spray some spray. Room 204 I believe.

Pros: The staff at the hotel were amazingly friendly, helpful, and seemed to truly care if we enjoyed our stay. A gentlemen name Lamont, allowed my 7 year old niece and I enjoy the pool an extra half hour after closing time. Most staff got to know my niece and I were staying there for a few days just the two of us while her parent worked, they live in Milwaukee and I was visiting from Colorado. A nice gal at the front even asked about our Geocache searches etc. Food was fabulous as well!
Cons: I really wouldn't change anything it was right on!
Pros: The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle service was easy to use.
Cons: Breakfast not included
Pros: The room set up was nice the bed and pillows very comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. Hotel adequate for quick 1 night stay in an emergency.
Cons: Hotel is not downtown as claimed. Riverfront view deceiving per website pictures. The pool was 3.9 ft and staff I asked didn't even know they had a pool. Fitness room not open. Room trash can was not emptied. Only saw one staff member explain amenities hotel had to offer. When asked about hotel amenities was instructed its was a brochure in room this was not the case. No microwaves in room or hotel period. Even for a sale price of $100 a night not worth the stay should have been a $60 a night rate. Will not stay again pictures and description of hotel not accurate. Look elsewhere if you want to swim, be in the actual downtown area, warm up food and knowledgeable staff.
Pros: The hotel is being renovated and you were forced to walk through the area bring worked on and the only ones without Hard hats were the guests.
Cons: Having to walk through a construction zone is dangerously. The hotel should have been shut down during this portion of the renovation
Cons: Major major renovations. Initially thought it was closed. Could not find the lobby easily. Restaurant closed. Construction started early; luckily I was already awake and ends late. Had to walk through construction site. Guy with propane torch on ladder right above my head as I was leaving. The construction job would have been shut down if in Califiornia. Hotel should be shut down or they should give out construction helmets to guests.
Pros: The view from my room was spectacular due to all the fall colors along the river and from the Anchorage for dinner. The bed was fantastic, and on par with a Hilton regular traveler, so it was nice to see this location has kept those amazing beds. Hopefully their renovations don't change that. I had a King room, and it was spacious. The restroom is the only part that needed true attention. The hallway noise is notable, and the walls are typical of most places in that you can hear most noises above a conversation level. The facility is undergoing a major renovation, and I was privvy to enjoy one of the last meals available from the Anchorage. My waiter/bartender Brian was FANTASTIC and a wealth of information for local attractions and the man truly knows his alcohol...I'll probably return there after the renovations are completed just to see what they did with removing the beautiful fish tank and that amazing brass bar rail with the elephants. I felt the room charge was okay, and fully expect it will be more when I return. Hopefully the renovations will make it worth it and that Brian will still be working there for dinner/bar service! Great location...
Pros: Although the hotel is under renovation, the guest rooms on three of the floors were not affected. I thought the room was clean and comfortable, and there was ample parking. I would stay there again.
Pros: Room was clean and hotel was generally quiet.
Cons: Claimed that a data entry or data transmission error from Kayak or Booking.com caused the loss of our reservation. It took more than 15 minutes to find and correct the error while we waited. The entire first floor is under construction, including entryway, lobby and hallways. Patio was closed except for lunch and dinner.

Pros: comfortable bed, big room, clean & updated bathroom
Pros: The staff were all very pleasant, the decor divine (elegant/classy). And the breakfast was GREAT! Nice convenient location, easy access to shopping and theaters galore. I love visiting Mikwaukee, there's so much to do especially downtown. What a treat!!
Cons: There was an odor in our room occasionally (the only thing I can akin it to was raw sewage). While it wasn't continually present it did waft through a couple of times and I was left to wondering what the heck it was or where it was coming from. I didn't address my concern with the staff, as it wasn't a continual odor and reminded myself it is an older building (it's on the National Register of historic places) and these things cans/do happen. My bed however was slightly lopsided and that made for a little bit of uncomfortableness. My only other concern was the amount of panhandlers out on the street near the building. While that's not the hotels fault, I do feel their staff should make certain at all times their guests are not bothered by them especially when walking to the surface parking lot which is about a block away.

Pros: I loved the location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a late night snack in the restaurant and the burger and salad were delicious. It's an upscale neighborhood and I felt very safe walking around. A lot of things to do within walking distance or a 2-3 minute drive. The hotel decor was very Art Deco. Most of the rooms had a kitchenette.
Cons: The room was small and the bathroom needed a little updating. They only offered queen size beds and my husband and I are used to a king. No where in the advertising was the fact that to park in the gated lot (which was very nice) was an additional $15.00. It wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. It would have been tough finding parking on the street on the Saturday night that we stayed. No fan in the bathroom! May not seem like a big deal but after a couple of showers the room was hot and humid.
Pros: Old charm, but well maintained.
Cons: A minor problem with a leak in the shower
Pros: My kitchenette was all new with new dishes, oven, gas stove, microwave and mini refrig.
The room was clean as well as the bathroom.
Nice sheets and the room was warm (I stayed during a blizzard.)
Cons: My sister's room was not as nice. The kitchenette in her room had old cabinets and appliances. Her bath was great with the exception of the toilet which was old and could have used a new seat.
The Knickerbocker on the Lake offers a great location, putting you within a 15-minute walk of Milwaukee Art Museum and Charles Allis Art Museum. You can visit the spa to indulge in massages, body treatments, or mani/pedis, and American cuisine is served at The Knick Restaurant, which is open for lunch and dinner. A bar/lounge and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Rooms are really spacious, clean, comfortable, pretty, and quiet. Front desk staff and bartenders in lounge were great.
Cons: The parking garage is a hassle. We had problems with the machine getting in and out. We also weren't able to take the free shuttle because we got skipped in line twice, but it wasSt Patty's Day and shenanigans will happen.
Pros: Excellent in every way. Super clean and comfortable rooms, very nice restaurant, bar and coffee shop, great fitness room with machines and free weights (thanks for those) and the friendliest and most competent staff you'll find anywhere. Great place!
Pros: Rooms were very spacious.
Cons: Breakfast was not included. Gave lame reasons not to provide breakfast. Left side of the building was leaking. No pools. Will never visit nor let friends visit here.
Pros: The room was nice and the bar/lounge area was also nice
Cons: The location was in the bad part of town
Front desk staff was rude
The check-in was a hastle since there are two ambassador hotels across the street from one another
Room key didn't work first night coming back in to hotel
Shuttle van was a cargo van with squealing brakes
Pros: Nice rooms, spacious and well arranged. I'm guessing they never move the furniture at all when they clean because there was all sorts of trash and food under the couch an TV stand. Soft beds, lots of pillows.
Pros: The room and bathroom were very large
Cons: Overall, the hotel seems a little shabby. The blinds in the bathroom were dirty and sticky. One of the elevators wasn't working upon check-out, so after waiting 10 minutes or so for the other one, I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs. It seems expensive for what feels more like a motel than a hotel.
Cons: Dirty old hotel.
No vending machines, unhelpful staff. The area around the hotel was not in the best location.
Pros: Staff, shuttle service
Cons: Location, outdated, overpriced, no vending machines, dirty rooms
Pros: Beautifully restored Art Deco hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. Room very large. Free shuttle to any location downtown which was convenient. Great proximity to Marquette University.
Pros: Beautiful interior, non-homogenized aesthetic, helpful staff, great central location, tasty food on site and a complimentary shuttle available for those working in the area.
Cons: Neighbors could be easily heard at times, but it is an older hotel so that kind of comes with the territory.
Pros: I loved that the consiarge Eric helped me out with setting up our room. He was great!! Food also was great from Envoy. Everything was wonderful.
Cons: One of the front desk people ( Connie I believe her name was) she was very crass toward the person that had dropped some items off for me the night before we checked in. Also the box that was on front of the TV did not work when I hooked up my laptop with the HDMI cord.
Pros: The room was bigger then expected, which was nice
Cons: We had to pay $20 to park and they had snow on the roof of the parking garage, so we got stuck along with 5 other cars and had to help push each other out

Pros: Easy to get to the Brewer Game. Avoided downtown area with Summer Fest going on since we didn't want to go there. Close to Wauwautsa and fun beer garden at Hoyt Park. Very clean hotel. Quiet even though they were full.
Pros: Friendy staff, clean facility, decent gym
Cons: not much around the area for food/entertainment
