Pros: I got a great price from kayak on a rental car at Enterprise. Enterprise in Milwaukee was fantastic with excellent customer service.

Lousy customer care
Pros: I liked that I could go online and secure a rental.
Cons: I didn't like that there was an attempt to take money off my card for the rental ahead of time even though the site said that I could pay when I picked up the rental. I didn't get the rental cause I needed a major credit card. The site doesn't tell you this. Had I had enough money in my account for the rental and then couldn't get the rental I don't know how much time it would have taken to get my money back. The agent at Enterprise said that they don't know what is on Kayak or price lines site and could not help me.

Excellent service as always
Pros: The staff at Enterprise are always great and I was given a free upgrade when I arrived to pick up my rental. I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone!

Simple with extra
Pros: The people were very nice and organized. They knew who I was when they saw me. I upgraded for free as they did not have a model I reserved. The vehicle was in good condition and pretty new. Drop off was even easier. I pulled in stopped, they took the keys and away I went. I didn't even half to fill up with gas.
Cons: I had to pick some trash from some spots. Not a big deal. Very clean otherwise.

Pros: We arrived on a late flight, and went to get our car at 11:00 PM. I wasn't sure if we had rented a large enough car to hold all of our luggage + a car seat. The woman who helped us to our car was so patient and understanding and offered other SUVs and vans she had available. We ended up staying with the Full-Size car we originally had, but she walked around with me for about 15-20 minutes telling me about the sizes of the other vehicles we could choose from. She was so helpful! When we returned the car it was as simple as pulling up into the garage, smiling and handing the man our keys. We always rent with Enterprise, and this is why. Thank you!

Cons: Was told the Low pressure light was on when they gave me the car but told not to worry as it was only off by a pound. At the time I thought no big deal and I was in a bit of a hurry but found while driving on the freeway that was very uneven that it was hard to tell whether or not I had a flat tire because low pressure indicator was always on. I did actually Paula at one point to check the tire because of the way it was responding to the road conditions. They should definitely make sure if that light is on to correct the issue before releasing car. Overall though it was a nice car.

Terrible Customer Service!
Pros: I didn't like anything about this location.
Cons: The manager was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. She didn't seem interested in renting me a vehicle so I took my business elsewhere. Avis did a wonderful job at taking care of me and providing me with a lower rate.
Cons: I was very confused about how to do the drop off at 5:30am at the airport. No clear instructions or help available.

Really nice brand new van
Pros: The van we rented was brand new, only 77 miles, with the dvd system. It was very nice and well worth the money for use for traveling with two teenagers! This was my first time using Kayak and it was very easy. I will use it again.

Fraudulent fuel charge
Pros: Car was nice
Cons: Returned car after filling up with fuel. Later billed approximately $50 fueling fee. Working on contesting, but told needed date and time information of when I filled it up. Warning to others, take a picture of your fuel gauge and odometer when you turn in your car!

Ez to change itinerary
Pros: Return flight cancelled as I left for airport. Called customer service and had drop off switched to ohare. Only $50 fee.
Cons: Longest lines at car rental pickup for combined budget/avis location . Needed to stop at parking garage window to pick up keys .

Cons: Even though it was a newer car with about 12K miles, I could tell there was a slight smoke smell covered up with air freshener. It wasn't terrible by any means, I've smelled much worse. Great vehicle overall, great experience driving to Green Bay.

Pros: I didn't like ANYTHHING about my experience.
Cons: First off when I got there no one was at the AVIS car rental counter. It was me and another person standing there, the the lady behind the counter says "there is only one line".. What the hell in another rental agency line.. Mind you there are like 15+ other people standing in line. ONLY 2 people behind the counter who were just rude and not friendly at all.. I had to leave and never got my rental. If I'm spending my hard earn money for negativite expierence your out of your mind..
Cons: We arrived at the counter, after a long shuttle ride from the terminal, and were told that Ace does not accept third party credit card insurance and that we must buy theirs - at $25 a day! We cancelled our reservation on the spot but were still charged $25 on our credit card. Never again.

Cheapest rental car in my area
Pros: Was no problem for me to extend the reservation another day. Employees were very nice. Lowest price I could find for unlimited mileage. Do remember to bring your car insurance card, even if you think it won't cover the rental. The employee checked for even the tiniest damage before I took the car, and I returned it dirty due to driving through bad weather, so I was worried I was going to get charged. However, there were no additional charges upon return.
Cons: Was really part of Mayfair Rent-A-Car, at least in the Milwaukee office. This made it a little hard to find. They were going to charge me $5 for gas because the needle was not past the Full mark, but I said I filled up just around the corner and I filled it up until it was spilling out. No charge once I mentioned that. I did get a speeding ticket in the car and the registration was nowhere to be found, which made the officer unhappy.

Pros: I liked that she upgraded me to a truck because it snowed.
Cons: I don't like how they charged me to clean out pet hair. When I have a Dr. Note saying he has to be with me, and that's normal wear and tear, when driving.

They did not let me pick up my reservation.
Cons: They told me I need to provide proof of address (like an utility bill) and a pay stub from work in order to pick up my reservation. My visa and driver license was not good enough. Really! Who carries that stuff with them? Ruined my weekend.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Our son who was going to be driving the vehicle wasn't with us, so they gave me a cell phone # that I could text a picture of his driver's license and copy of insurance card to. They also offered us an upgrade (with a charge) since the vehicle had been returned early.

very slow and inconvenient service to air traveler
Cons: The operation is offsite, you have to call and get a pickup, there's only one person working there, and it took a half hour to get the car. Dropping it off was equally time-consuming. Also, they shut down at 8 pm, so we almost got zilch.

Pros: Friendly staff. This location seems like a local business rather than a big chain. They had a nicer car available than what I requested on Kayak and they offered me an upgrade for free.
Cons: You need to leave extra time for the shuttle which was pretty fast, but if you miss one you need to wait 15 minutes

Pros: For my experience in MKE it was a good option. I had family come in to town on short notice, and there was a large festival in town. They rented with a larger brand, but was told they could only keep the car for a day without the price jumping up to a very high amount ($87 a day for an economy car). Through Kayak I found the ACE Rental, for ($60 a day) we were able to rent for them a fully loaded luxury car. Not that we needed that, but again the only thing they had. But, still nearly $30 a day cheaper and four times the car. Overall, I was happy with how this worked out.
Cons: The rental agency is located in a Ford Automotive dealership. This can make locating the agency a bit difficult. But, the staff was friendly which makes up for it.
Pros: Nice car. Clean and plenty new. Drove well. Dropoff was easy. Girl who worked the counter was pleasant, but she spoke really fast and I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times (and I'm from NY!!!).
Cons: Girl at counter said the gas was cheaper at payless, so dropping the car with 3/4th empty would be better than filling it up before returning it. She charged me $38 and there's NO WAY that it was cheaper that way so I DEFINITELY felt duped. I told her there's no way it'd be cheaper but she said it would be. THAT is a problem. Short of that, the only real issue was finding the car; it was a bit of a maze but not too bad.

A Good Deal
Pros: We got a very good rate. No hidden fees or pressure for useless "services". When we arrived, some other rental desks were packed with long waits. Payless had only us as a customer, which was nice and quick for us. But I worried that it might not bode well - why didn't they have other customers? But service both for pick up and return was quick, the car was great, clean, and a good ride. Quieter than our more expensive car.

Bad customer service at the counter
Pros: The Payless customer service representative behaved like she had never worked in sales. In short she behaved like a jerk, short answers, bad tone, very inquisitive. Maybe having a bad day but that is not an excuse to behave badly with customers.

Pros: The price was good!
Cons: I had to wait about 40 minute to pick up my car since no rentals were available at the time, although it was 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time.
When I returned the car, the computer system was not working so I still haven't received a receipt or confirmation of charges a day later.

Twrrible experience, will never rent from here aga
Cons: Smelled like smoke during initial inspection even with the no smoking policy, radio signal barely worked, electrical outlets did not work, car needed realignment, dirty with hair all over the head rests, cigarette burn holes all over back seat, exterior damage check was done in the dark so we were unable to properly assess for damage before rental, when talked with people at service counter the excuse was that their managers were new as well as didnt care and the service agent was unable to do anything about our complaints. We will NEVER rent from payless again
