Pros (+) Staff goes above and beyond. Even the maids ask how you're doing and tell you to have a great day.

Cons (-) Housekeeping did not show up 2 of 4 days, even with complaints. I notified them that I would be out of the room from 6am until noon while I had dialysis and would need to sleep all Wednesday and Friday afternoons. No action, not even clean towels!
Pros (+) They were very focused on helping me get what I needed and when I needed to add extra days they made it happen easily. I have always loved this hotel and now that it is changing to a a Hilton in a week or so I hope it stays the same.
