7.1 Good
Pros: I’ve stayed here maybe 15 times, I really genuinely enjoy my experience; the location, breakfast, rooms.
Cons: I checked in and the staff said I was upgraded, hmm, I thought, that is what they say every time. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was on the 7th floor facing a street and there were ear plugs next to the bed. Ear plugs! Because the windows are so thin you can hear every car driving by at all hours of the night. Two nights of terrible sleep. Beware of upgrades to room 722!
6.5 Good
Pros: Near a shopping market, with many restaurants and a Safeway supermarket. Easy parking, large parking garage nearby.
Cons: Room is noisy, especially if you get a room on the side of the nearby expressway. You will hear loud car noise throughout the day. The heater is also noisy.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Plenty of free parking.
Cons: The work desk didn't have a single electrical available nearby, not even one. I had to unplug the phone to use that outlet for my laptop. The safe in the room was not working. I stayed there 3 days and it was not fixed. If you are on the side facing the street (Montague Expressway), the car noise is very loud. Noise insulation from the windows is very poor. I'd stay somewhere else. There is another Hyatt hotel on First Street which is usually better (their wifi is worse though).
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Near our rlatives and clean. Hospitable front desk!
Cons: Room furniture was aging, arrangement ofkitchen and closet made space seem small
7.7 Good
Pros: I have stayed at the Hyatt a few times now. I love my stay, great location. Great atmosphere.
Cons: The mattress and pillows did not help me sleep. I had back aches for a week after my recent stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean spacious room. friendly and efficient staff. great location. breakfast and happy hour included. free parking. only complaint is the internet. its too slow. cell phone signal inside the building isnt very good either.

6.8 Good
Pros: Friendliness and helpfullness of front desk.
Cons: Housekeeping did not show up 2 of 4 days, even with complaints. I notified them that I would be out of the room from 6am until noon while I had dialysis and would need to sleep all Wednesday and Friday afternoons. No action, not even clean towels!

Cons: Did not like the staff. Not helpful or accomodating or even warm.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Nice failities
Cons: Needs a hot tub/pool
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, convenient to have a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, again, staff was very welcoming, pleasant and made it a very luxurious experience.
Cons: Only thing we didn't care for were the rough towels. The robes were pretty dated and hard as well. I know towel rotation and use is very hard to keep up with, but is also very important in keeping the luxury experience for customers. Otherwise, great place to stay.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I chose this hotel largely because it was an inexpensive option near Levi's Stadium. It definitely saved us quite a bit of money because there is an inexpensive bus that takes you right to the stadium for $8 round trip. The hotel itself was great! The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early and borrow a phone charger. It was fairly clean and had a charming boutique feel. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were very focused on helping me get what I needed and when I needed to add extra days they made it happen easily. I have always loved this hotel and now that it is changing to a a Hilton in a week or so I hope it stays the same.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and the room was nice for a short stay. The lobby and common areas were very nice. Front desk staff was very nice, fast, and efficient.

6.2 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet heating/cooling system.
Cons: Internet stalled occasionally. Freezer portion of refrigerator barely worked and needed defrosting. Highway access mediocre. Only one treadmill. Closed captioning on television did not work.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Terrific and diverse breakfast compared to other hotels at this level. Very quiet. Upscale deco and room appointments, but functional. Particularly like that the room was reader and personal electronics-centric, with nice built-in AC outlets on both sides of the bed stand in addition to adjustable reading lights on the outside of each bed's headboard, so that the person sleeping on the outside to the center lamp could also have light to read or whatever without having to employ a headlamp. Very nice upscale shower and bathroom with the minor caveat listed in critiques. Green flush options always nice to see.
Cons: Adjusting the shower head away from yourself while the water heats up was a a little less than optimal and would have been impossible from anyone much shorter than about 5'4" (average height for American women). The valve that switches the water from the main head to the handheld head was way up there out of obvious view.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a typical buffet for this class of hotel with cold and hot foods that met my needs. Quick check-in and check-out Good value for the price
Cons: Booked two rooms online but the rooms were charged different rates. The manager on watch could not correct the charge. The Front Desk immediately corrected the charge the next morning. Room was dim especially by the desk. The desk lamp was too focused. Needed a broader beamed lamp by the desk. Did not have an easy chair to watch TV. Watched from the bed.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Decent staff, good bed, not terribly expensive for the area. Breakfast is all right, with eggs-to-order being the highlight.
Cons: My room faced a porch where people talked on the phone and smoked at all hours, and the door didn't block noise or smoke. Pros: Comfortable Room and able to good a good night's sleep. Breakfast room was a good size. Buffet style service- waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, banana bread muffins, country potatoes, sausages/bacon or both, and made to order omelet, greek yogurt and toppings. We could usually skip lunch.
Cons: Need to approach hotel slowly on El Camino- Entrance driveway is close to the entry for Route 85S - If you miss it- need to drive and make some U-turns on El Camino to get back.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean room, friendly service, above-average breakfast, fast WiFi, nice layout.
Cons: Can't think of any complaints.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. Great cable TV channels, more than I've ever seen and it was free. Staff were always friendly. The free breakfast was good with made to order omelets, oatmeal with all the trimmings, breakfast potatoes, meat choice, waffles, cereals, etc. I stayed Sunday through Thursday and the price was unbelievable for this area with what it offers. I've recommended it to my friends and coworkers. Also the bed was super comfortable.
Cons: The free internet was really fussy but I'm secret happy about that... It kept me from working and I actually relaxed instead. People complained about the noise-- my room faced the freeway above the wall-- I didn't really hear much and put the ac fan on only and I heard nothing-- so that isn't a complaint.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The dacor is cheap but effective, much as the facility itself. The mattress was good enough, and they had pillows of variable firmness. The wifi was fast enough for my needs, though I was dropped once.
Cons: If you are harder of hearing, this is _the_ place for you! Nice amenities, though much of it built as cheaply as possible, and one has to run the Air Conditioning fan (from which, ours did not blow cold air) to generate the white noise to override the televisions and conversations from our neighbors above, below, and on each side, as well as the traffic noise from 85. I hope I'm still as effective, though slow, when I'm as old as the elevator is now. Forget the shared balcony. There's no sound-proofing in the French Doors, so you hear every annoying syllable your drunk neighbors emit, as well as every hybrid accelerating down the 82/85 interchange ramp right below and behind the property.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Zico is sweet and like getting away to a Greek island. The hotel was beautifully set up to get away from the city bustle I'm used to. I enjoyed the comfy beds and close dining areas around the hotel.
Cons: The walls are thin so we got to hear rowdy kids at night and loving couples too. So the other hotel visitors were the issue not the hotel it's self.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Friendly Staff. Clean, comfortable room with a better breakfast than one expected.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: What we liked the most was how new the hotel was and everything smelled new. Great price for a very nice room.
Cons: We stayed a few nights and the first night we didn't sleep well only because we had foam pillows which was too hard and too high. We spoke with the front desk the next morning and she said we can request feather filled pillows instead and we slept much better the next night. So make sure you ask for feather. Also in the room we were 4 adults and the room only had 3 sets of towels.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Modern, clean.
Cons: $10 a day parking fee

4.0 Okay
Pros: The guy at the front desk was helpful Coffee wasn't bad Kayak wants me to use 100 characters. There wasn't 100 characters of "good" at this hotel.
Cons: 1) WiFi was unusable a good portion of the time 2) "Hot Breakfast" was pretty much a joke 3) There was a constant smell of very strong air freshener - which means they are definitely trying to mask SOMETHING 4) Finally, upon checking in to my room, I found a layer of filth in the tub. I don't mean dust, I mean it looked like someone rinsed out a pot from a plant. I hope it was just dirt.
