Cons: I didn't like the fact that i did not stay there long enough! This hotel & the city its located is so comforting & nice. Best stay ever.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast had a nice variety with a waffle maker and omelet bar. Happy hour is a great break and a nice touch. The front desk staff were nice and the room was well made. WiFi was reliable and quick. Parking was included.
7.4 Good
Pros: The stay overall was great. Clean, big room, & bathroom. They even provided some good channels on direct tv to watch while staying which is a bonus.
Cons: While checking in, receptionist was not friendly and did not go into detail of why I was getting charged 200 deposit.
2.0 Mediocre

10.0 Excellent
Pros: friendly staff
9.1 Excellent

7.1 Good
Pros: I’ve stayed here maybe 15 times, I really genuinely enjoy my experience; the location, breakfast, rooms.
Cons: I checked in and the staff said I was upgraded, hmm, I thought, that is what they say every time. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was on the 7th floor facing a street and there were ear plugs next to the bed. Ear plugs! Because the windows are so thin you can hear every car driving by at all hours of the night. Two nights of terrible sleep. Beware of upgrades to room 722!
6.5 Good
Pros: Near a shopping market, with many restaurants and a Safeway supermarket. Easy parking, large parking garage nearby.
Cons: Room is noisy, especially if you get a room on the side of the nearby expressway. You will hear loud car noise throughout the day. The heater is also noisy.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Plenty of free parking.
Cons: The work desk didn't have a single electrical available nearby, not even one. I had to unplug the phone to use that outlet for my laptop. The safe in the room was not working. I stayed there 3 days and it was not fixed. If you are on the side facing the street (Montague Expressway), the car noise is very loud. Noise insulation from the windows is very poor. I'd stay somewhere else. There is another Hyatt hotel on First Street which is usually better (their wifi is worse though).
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Near our rlatives and clean. Hospitable front desk!
Cons: Room furniture was aging, arrangement ofkitchen and closet made space seem small
7.7 Good
Pros: I have stayed at the Hyatt a few times now. I love my stay, great location. Great atmosphere.
Cons: The mattress and pillows did not help me sleep. I had back aches for a week after my recent stay.

Pros: The free breakfast is great every time we stay here. The rooms are big, location is perfect, and the bartenders make good drinks.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff goes above and beyond. Even the maids ask how you're doing and tell you to have a great day.
6.8 Good
Pros: Friendliness and helpfullness of front desk.
Cons: Housekeeping did not show up 2 of 4 days, even with complaints. I notified them that I would be out of the room from 6am until noon while I had dialysis and would need to sleep all Wednesday and Friday afternoons. No action, not even clean towels!
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location is good. The room was comfortable enough.
Cons: Did not like the staff. Not helpful or accomodating or even warm.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Nice failities
Cons: Needs a hot tub/pool
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, convenient to have a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, again, staff was very welcoming, pleasant and made it a very luxurious experience.
Cons: Only thing we didn't care for were the rough towels. The robes were pretty dated and hard as well. I know towel rotation and use is very hard to keep up with, but is also very important in keeping the luxury experience for customers. Otherwise, great place to stay.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I chose this hotel largely because it was an inexpensive option near Levi's Stadium. It definitely saved us quite a bit of money because there is an inexpensive bus that takes you right to the stadium for $8 round trip. The hotel itself was great! The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early and borrow a phone charger. It was fairly clean and had a charming boutique feel. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They were very focused on helping me get what I needed and when I needed to add extra days they made it happen easily. I have always loved this hotel and now that it is changing to a a Hilton in a week or so I hope it stays the same.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful when it was found out that the website I had booked through hadn't communicated with the hotel fully and they had to go digging for my reservation. But I got a room, it was very nice, even if a bit cramped, but that didn't detract from my stay. The grounds were very nice. I enjoyed their exercise room, it was more filled out than most hotels. I just wish I had had warmer weather to enjoy the pool and more time to enjoy every other feature of Hayes Mansion.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are really nice with a large and comfortable patio seating area and swimming pool.
Cons: The furnishings in the room were old, old, old, and poorly decorated.
7.3 Good
Cons: I had called ahead to make sure I coukd check in late, but when i got there, I couldn't find the front desk person (or anyone) for 5 minutes, then when I finally found her, she found my reservation, but couldn't tell what rooms were available & so had to call her manager, and long story short, it was just over half an hour between when I walked in the front door and walked into my room. She said it was her second day, which I can only imagine is really overwhelming, so I was trying to be patient, and I've had good experiences every other time I've stayed there, but i have to say, this one left a sour taste in my mouth.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Relaxing, outstanding and kind staff, outstanding rooms, homey
Cons: I recommend for any visit, especially relaxing romantic weekend
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff incredibly attentive
Cons: The shortness of our stay
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything from the room/bathroom was spotless incredibly clean . beautiful place to stay. Absolutely no negative comments to say.also GREAT STAFF! Very helpful and on point..even if I have to go out of my way to stay here again it would be worth it.very quite also.no traffic noises etc.will be back for another stay asap!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Driving up the residential street and coming upon the entrance for the 1st time gives you a feeling of stepping back in time to another era. The attention to detail and the beautiful wood trim all around gave a feeling of a very special place.
Cons: I had only one night to explore the mansion and surroundings.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Used condom wrapper in the drawer. Need i say more.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds Nice rework of what was there previously Nice pool and hot tub Good lounge Ample parking Comfortable bed
Cons: Difficult to get to (in the middle of a neighborhood) Staff wouldn't print me a receipt (big issue on business travel) Pool / spa could be open later
5.1 Okay
Pros: Loved the pool!!!
Cons: We did not get what was advertised. The balcony over looking the rose garden was no balcony with a view of the parking lot. The Jr, suite does not have a private bedroom. Staff upon check in were rude.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Great grounds and plenty of character; a relaxing venue with history and luxury.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here 1 night in room 121. It was a suite with easy access to the swimming pool. The back door lead right to the swimming pool. The pool looks bigger in the picture but it's still a excellent size. The staff was great and Sunday brunch was delicious. Good hotel to relax and get away from the regular 9-5.
Cons: The only thing I can critique is we were there on a Saturday and there's was nothing special for dinner. The bar food was ok and room service food was ok. No restaurants walking distance but no big deal. Everything was releasing
7.3 Good
Pros: Beautiful grounds, and classic old style hotel. I was in town for a school reunion and could of stayed at a hotel downtown close to the reunion site, but choose the Dolce Hayes Mansion because it is unique, and classy. I didn't have time to take advantage of the retaurant on site or the pool area, but I did stroll the grounds and the adjacent frontier park. I appreciated the early check in and the late check out that was offered. The room had lots of fluffy towels, a great shower, and fantastic bedding. Thank you!
Cons: Glass doors to the hotel room wing needed cleaning (fingerprints). My room desk lamp shade was broken. These issues are minor, but worth mentioning, but would not keep me from staying at this lovely place again.
7.3 Good
Pros: Really nice room, good complimentary internet, fine restaurant
Cons: Due to few guests a couple of days there was no breakfast buffet, but instead a la carte breakfast, which was simpler, but more expensive ..
7.0 Good
Pros: The property was clean and room was comfortable, albeit small.
Cons: The parking is limited.
5.3 Okay
Pros: easy access to two major highways; the included breakfast was good - service in the breakfast room was efficient and friendly for the most part
Cons: the overwhelming impression of this hotel is that it catered to conference goers - it had no personality whatsoever. Even checking in you felt you should have a name tag - and should know where to go - it was far from welcoming. We stayed there two days ago and can barely recall the room. it was a good basic hotel - we expected much more for the price.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at this hotel for the Taylor Swift concert. The lobby was themed with Taylor Swift music and had a Taylor Swift photo booth section. I feel bad for any gues not attending the concert because fans were everywhere before and after the concert. I stayed with my Sister, Mom, and two kids. We all fit into a double bedroom with a roll-out bed. Also, I upgraded our room to a view of Levi’s Stadium which was amazing! The pool is great. The bar is delicious. Plus FREE parking!!
Cons: I wish the rooms had a sofa bed and mini fridge. They do not! Also, complimentary breakfast would be nice.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The design of the hotel is amazing! I love the modern feel and everything feels new.
Cons: Downside was I came on a day where teenagers called "future business laws of America" were staying for the weekend. They were loud and obnoxious in the hallways, elevators, and at the pool. It seemed like I could never get away from them!

9.7 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised with this place, it looks like apartment from the street but inside it very nicely decorated clean and spacious I loved the pool and free breakfast
6.0 Good
Pros: Free wifi, comfy bed, decent shower. Convenient and free parking, close to some great restaurants.
Cons: Crap TV channels, no on site food/beverage services, small room, overpriced, horrible breakfast, construction on my outside wall early morning,
9.1 Excellent
Pros: There are great people working at Wild Palms Hotel!
6.2 Good
Cons: Chintzy Internet that requires reauthenticating every day. Location is not convenient to highways.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Much of the property is under construction...plastic and sawdust everywhere, and workers start very early in the morning. If this was disclosed during booking it would have helped set my expectations of the place. The shower handle was broken off and there was hair in the drain. They are clearly focused on the renovation, not their current guests.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: Central location, good parking
Cons: A little noisy (room was near the pool). Blinds did not close properly and there was landscape lighting outside
6.2 Good
Pros: Nice and pleasant staff
Cons: - The place is not quiet, loud noise when the neighbor starts water (which woke me up VERY early) - Basic breakfast, expected more.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stayed in three different hotels during this trip. Paid a third the price of the fancy business hotels and had a better experience with friendlier staff and rooms that were on par for a mid-range hotel. Room was clean with a warm décor - felt less like a cookie-cutter hotel room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Little touches like pool towel service (soft rich absorbent!) and text confirmations.
Cons: Not really a high end or charming boutique hotel, just a well run chain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Despite being in an outer corner room on a very busy intersection, it was extremely quite in our room. We did hear sirens a few times but nothing too bad. Our room was very clean and comfortable with pleasant decor. The breakfast was plenitful and with a fair amount of options. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again as well as recommend it.
Cons: Only a slight nit pick, but I would suggest maybe updating the down comforter in the room we stayed (3257) or others possibly. Ours definitely had seen better days and was a lot more worn out than what I would expect from a Joie de Vivre hotel. Do something to fill the gap at the bottom of the door to the room, it's too big allowing air come in and a bit of noise from the hallway.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, nice room, good location for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere

6.2 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet heating/cooling system.
Cons: Internet stalled occasionally. Freezer portion of refrigerator barely worked and needed defrosting. Highway access mediocre. Only one treadmill. Closed captioning on television did not work.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Terrific and diverse breakfast compared to other hotels at this level. Very quiet. Upscale deco and room appointments, but functional. Particularly like that the room was reader and personal electronics-centric, with nice built-in AC outlets on both sides of the bed stand in addition to adjustable reading lights on the outside of each bed's headboard, so that the person sleeping on the outside to the center lamp could also have light to read or whatever without having to employ a headlamp. Very nice upscale shower and bathroom with the minor caveat listed in critiques. Green flush options always nice to see.
Cons: Adjusting the shower head away from yourself while the water heats up was a a little less than optimal and would have been impossible from anyone much shorter than about 5'4" (average height for American women). The valve that switches the water from the main head to the handheld head was way up there out of obvious view.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a typical buffet for this class of hotel with cold and hot foods that met my needs. Quick check-in and check-out Good value for the price
Cons: Booked two rooms online but the rooms were charged different rates. The manager on watch could not correct the charge. The Front Desk immediately corrected the charge the next morning. Room was dim especially by the desk. The desk lamp was too focused. Needed a broader beamed lamp by the desk. Did not have an easy chair to watch TV. Watched from the bed.

Pros: Location is great. Facilities are great. Good desk and internet work environment. Uber drivers all around this area all the time. I like that the price already had everything in it (internet, breakfast, parking, etc.)
Cons: It can get really expensive in this area. Same hotel in Dallas, LA, etc. is less expensive but demand in the area is high. It is a good price compared to what else is around it. Not a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. Short ride to get to better places to eat.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable to sleep on.
Cons: The room costed more than i would have liked to pay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and amazing hotel. The amenities were good as well. The rio was a nice size and I had a view of Levi Stadium.
Cons: When I came back to the hotel at about 11pm there were no parking places. I believe outsiders were at the bar or guests had their friends visiting. When you are paying for a hotel room it's annoying not being able to park in the parking lot.
