Pros. The breakfast was well stocked and included a good assortment of items.
Cons. The front desk person at check in was abrasive. The room air conditioner was very loud. The carpet had a couple of very large stains. Overall, the hotel seems poorly maintained and in need of a thorough cleaning.
Cons. I was in single bed room and you can't have your leg touch to toilet to close the bathroom door. It is that small. No got water consistency. Bathroom lock didn't work. Night shift clerk saw me figure out how to open the lobby door but didn't bother to get up our signal at least. He preferred to stay on the phone. I won't recommend Hyatt in Dallas area.
Pros. I loved how large our room was it was like a living room area and then the bedroom. Large couch bed for my children. With king sized bed for adults! Water pressure in shower was great and had enough hot water for all 4 people. Slept great in bed it was very comfortable!
Cons. There wasn’t a plug for phone beside one side of the bed and we had to turn ac up to 80 because it was super cold they had it on 63 when we came in. Other than that it was great’
