Pros: We were group of 3 and we really had great experience during our stay. The owner provide transportation from / to bus or train station. Actually we had a little bit trouble with our reservation at first but the owner was really helpful and kind to find best solution. The hotel manager also very warm and nice. He helped us with free ride to find restaurant, supermarket and even bank. We got free fresh coconut as our welcome drink. Their breakfast menu (pork rice soup) is a must to try. The hotel also provided some bicycles for us to look around. We booked our floating market tour through hotel. We would definitely come back again next time.
Cons: Language barrier between us and the hotel manager. If u need to ask something better contact the direct number to the owner.
Pros: nice staff, great breakfast. We arrived after midnight, the owner was waiting for us. Thanks for everything.
Pros: Cleaned bed
Cons: Officer at front
Pros: We didn't enter.
Cons: As soon as we were close to the facility, going through the trash, far from the road, without any meals, with two children, we simply escaped from there.
Pros: The family feel. The amazing home cooked dinner. The amazing views.
Cons: A little far from restaurants.
Pros: The staff is really helpful and the surrounding full of nature. I like the village vibes also.
Pros: Liked everything about the resort...
Cons: MIssed Lunch or Dinner options
Pros: Delicious rice porridge with fresh coconut juice, watermelon, banana, and sweet mangoes for breakfast. Staffs were very polite and friendly. Nice bedroom. Good environment. Had boats to sail inside the resort and bicycles for guests.
Cons: Bathroom floor at the sink was quite slippery. A sink was also clogged. Since the resort was located in the coconut farm, there were ants inside the bedroom and some were on the bed.
Pros: The resort is located beside a small canal and on a coconut farm, which looks very tropical and idyllic. The manager Mr. Preecha is very friendly, he greeted me with a fresh coconut and drove me to the floating market in the morning. It was a really nice stay there!
Pros: Nice welcoming host. Prepared a fresh cold coconut as welcome drink.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room is under average. Speeding boats on the water channels around the area are quite annoying.

Pros: The owners are so very friendly and helpfully we arrived late because of traffic but the owners still cooked us a very taste meal which I thought was very good of them. The morning they arrange a long tail boat to takes us around for 5 hours sightseeing which was great.
Pros: We planned to stay one night initially but decided to extended by one more night after 5 minutes of our arrival, as this place is a "Heaven". Everything was just perfect. Natth and his wife are best host we have ever met. Thank you Natth for your exceptional hospitality, you have made our trip to Thailand very special. We would definitely recommend this place for everybody.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain.
Pros: The property is beautiful and located conveniently to many activities. Our hosts (Natth and Mam)were exceptionally attentive and wonderful people. They arranged transportation from Bangkok and a long tail boat to the floating market for us. They also provided us with a wonderful tour of the local area. Natth (proprietor) is a very talented water colorist with many illustrations and paintings on display. We were able to purchase two exceptional water colors at very reasonable prices. Mam is a very good Thai cook, so we arranged to take a Thai cooking class from her.
Pros: The owners are lovely people, very kind, welcoming, generous and helpful
Cons: Electric shower could have been hotter
Pros: The owner and his wife are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. My room is right next to a canal and clean.
Cons: Many tourist boats passing during day time. It's quite loud, but this is OK for me. Other than that this neighborhood is quiet.
Pros: The staffs are very nice. They are willing to help and repected your privacy.
Cons: The room doesn't have microwave, hair dryer and kettle.
Pros: The owners were lovely. The accomodation was simply the best, right on the edge of the canal with longboats passing all day long, everyone waving and it was such enjoyment sitting outside watching the day go by. Nat was a wonderful host, couldn't do enough for us, helped with transport, spoke to our next destination to ensure all was ok, he was fantastic. Mam, his wife, was equally lovely! Night time was so peaceful and we slept amazingly well. Nat organised a longboat tk pick us up outside our room and take us to the Floating Market and then the temple, four of us for a total of just 1000 baht (£30) for two hours! Great fun! Then he arranged for us to go to the Amphawa Night Market too, this was unbelievable and so enjoyable! Do not spend the time weighing up your options, if you want peace and quiet, chilled out vibe with the hustle and bustle of daytime canal activity, then this is the place for you! We all loved our time here!
Cons: We loved everything about this stay!
Pros: The owner was very friendly and the breakfast that was provided tasted really good.
Cons: The road to the hotel was slightly confusing, but manageable with help from GPS

Pros: If you would like to stay in a traditional Thai Community in a beautifully restored Klong house then this is where you should be. We found Ma’a Damnoen by chance and were so happy we did. Pat runs an excellent Band B,we loved every part of our 3days from buying food from the boats on the Klong, travelling down it to the Floating Market, meeting the neighbours and relishing Pats company, she goes out of her way for people to have a nice experience. Our stay finished with a wonderful memory of being up at sunrise to give an offering to the monk as he walked by. Highly recommended
Cons: Having to leave
Pros: Feel like home. The owner is very caring. The place takes you back to the old time that you missed. Amazing. Thank you Pat for a wonderful stay you given us. Jan

Pros: My stay was beyond expectation. The rooms were huge, new, and clean. The exterior and interior were modern. Bath rooms were roomy and were functioned for disabilities. Staffs were super friendly. Free boat was a plus. Breakfast was okay.
Cons: There were limited soap & shampoo. You may need to bring your own staffs there. No blow dryer here.
Pros: The place is situated in the coconut plantation area, so it's truly serene and refreshing. The lady owner is the best, friendly and helpful. The garden is well maintained and nicely decorated. There are many relaxing spots such as canal-side hammock, swing & shady bench.
Cons: You need a car to get here and also GPS or Google Map. There should have been a dinning table in the room as the room is big enough to put one. Actually there is a set at the balcony but some days are too many mosquitoes to dine outdoor.
Pros: comfortable and nice place to stay!
Cons: the resort may be to deep in the alley for those who want to commute easily or do not have personal car/bike.

Cons: we took family room which was spacious but aircond broke down suddenly in the middle of the night hence we had to switch to twins room which wasnt value for price as we had extra pay double the value for these rooms. bed in these rooms are not comfortable at all
