Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, free shuttle service to and from airport.
Cons (-) Room did not feel clean, rust and broken wall everywhere. Shower had mold, toilet wasn’t clean.

Pros (+) The price was good. We have been coming up to that area for the past 6 months for my husband's treatment at the Mayo Clinic but staying at the Hampton Inn off Butler which is twice the price. The TV was fairly new and worked well.
Cons (-) At check in the owner/check-in person was surly, barely answered our questions about the nearest fast food restaurants.Our room was on the ground floor in an alleyway going to the pool with a view of a wall. When I pulled the stained bedspread back on the bed I found a large black hair on the sheets which had black dirt marks and were so thin you could see the mattress through them. In the bathroo...

Pros (+) Relatively cheap. Got decent scores.
Cons (-) Shower did not work. I did not discover this until morning when I was in a hurry to meet a schedule. I improvised, bathing using the sink. When I reported this to the front desk clerk, she made no offer to reduce my bill or make it right. This kind of feedback is my recourse.

Pros (+) Absolutely nothing.
Cons (-) The room was dirty, smelled bad, the bed had a huge dip in it. I was awoken several times by children running around screaming, their parents were yelling loudly at them. This went on for over an hour. The location is extremely sketchy, at one point I witnessed a man changing his clothes out in the open. The proximity to the airport didn't make up for how truly awful this hotel was.

Pros (+) the rooms were nice and the beds were super comfy
Cons (-) people outside were talking loudly till 3am, there were bugs, people were standing right outside out room knocking and trying to open our door, and the phone wouldn't stop ringing like someone was calling really late at night. very sketchy neighborhood. don't stay alone.

Pros (+) For the price it was a decent hotel, with good amenities, in a good area, close by restaurants. The staff was very nice.
Cons (-) Twice I found vomit outside on the walkways that wasn't cleaned up for quite some time and there were men drinking in the pool. I felt uncomfortable taking my son for a swim around that. I'm not a fan of men when they are drunk. I wish there was a no alcohol at the pool policy.
