Pros (+) Location and value
Cons (-) The location has appeared to be remodeled but not a real professional job. Also wasn't as clean as you would expect.

Eric, Nov 2017 - Quality Inn & Suites Jacksonville-Baymeadows
Pros (+) For a decent price, I was happy to find a hotel in a safe area, an elevator for upper floors, and a good breakfast. The In room refrigerator was nice to also have. There was a good selection of TV channels, and a LED reading light for each bed.
Cons (-) The hotel was pretty clean, but run down. One of the two ice makers didn't work, the floor 1 button in the elevator didn't light, causing confusion with some guests. My bed had a big crack in the drywall, where someone apparently fell into it. At breakfast, my wobbly table had paper towels stuffed under in place of missing feet.

Pros (+) It looked nice from the outside. Pool area looked nice
Cons (-) Did not feel safe. The people that were staying there were ghetto. The guys were all hanging off the balconies and watching me as I walked through and into my room. The door to my room on the inside looked like an animal had tried to escape but couldn't. I was too afraid to go to the pool area bc of all the guys around it watching it. And multiple times trough out the night I could hear the neighb...

Pros (+) Quality inn was a little bit more expensive then it's next-door neighbor is a Motel 6 and red roof Inn but was well worth the money. I tried to stay at the red roof Inn but it was so trashy with arguments and fights constantly and when I paid just 20 more dollars a night and moved over to the quality inn it was a whole different world. In this area you really do get what you pay for and they also ...
Cons (-) Funny enough the only thing that I can say I did not like was the fact that they wouldn't match the price for the red roof Inn but upon reflection I can see how that would've worked against me because all of the trash people would've moved over to the nice hotel.

Pros (+) Worst hotel I ever stayed at. I paid for 3 nights and left after 2 nights, non refundable. We had people banging at our door in the middle of the night. First night there we could hear a strong conversation between a pimp and prostitute that sounded like it got physical. 3 stars my assess.
Cons (-) Crack hotel with pimps and prostitute's. Worst hotel I ever booked, I am going to hear about this for a long time.

Pros (+) They seem to put some effort in at least providing clean beds. Everything else is dirty and grungy and scummy and disgusting.
Cons (-) Cigarette smells everywhere. Smelly air conditioning. Extremely poorly maintained property overall. Looks like something out of the bad side of town on a cop TV show.
