We arrived early and were able to park and go to lunch until check in. We were advised that our rooms could be ready as early as 2pm. We waiting until closer to 6pm to check in (check in was at 4pm). Our rooms were not available at 6pm. Our friends got their room upgraded and vouchers for free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience, but we received nothing. Very « meh ». Very strange physical layout in which you walk and walk to get anywhere. Most basic breakfast ever. Not « boutique » by any means.

Truly a dump. Air conditioning controls didn’t work, there was water damage in my room with visible mold, damaged furnishings, gated garage that still felt unsafe and would never let you out without calling the front desk… the list goes on and on. Should not be a Hilton, and in fact, may not be fit for occupancy. Choose the Hampton down the street, Marriott next door, or Hyatt across the river.

Cons (-) I was incredibly disappointed by the over all state of the hotel, withholding two things. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff were all wonderful, but everything else was like a “pig in lipstick.” Walking down the hallway, from the elevator, my husband and I walked into a cloud of smoke - cigarette and marijuana. One of our lights didn’t work in our room. The air conditioner unit was just covered ...
