Picked this location to stay while my child was in hospital. Booked very early in morning so I could get some sleep. When I showed up around 1 AM, front desk was closed, no attendant. Couldn’t get my room key. Had Expedia give me a refund. Had to stay someplace else 6 miles away.

Cons (-) Several roaches, sticky floors and counters, pubic hair in refrigerator, dirty bath mat, holes in wall, gap in door frame let light in and air out, mold smell blowing out from a/c, landscaping crew started at 6:52am, etc

Pros (+) Guy at front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating.
Cons (-) First room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned at all. Second room had hair all over the blanket and sheet, then found a dirty washcloth hanging in shower. Their housekeeping needs to be improved significantly. Trash in hallways looked gross.

Cons (-) Check in took 30 minutes. Facilities were old. Smoke smell in non-smoking area. Hotel just feels not clean. Loud guests during stay. Front staff was not helpful in directed me towards our room.

Have you ever arrived at the front reception desk at six pm and no one can be found for six to ten minutes and given a room with beer bottles empty wine bottles sheets on the floor towels on the floor, totally trashed. I return to the front desk and she was gone again, this time two other couples were standing there looking for her this was one on s...

Pros (+) The woman at the front Desk was very friendly and easy to talk to. The location is also great.
Cons (-) When we got there there were 2 cop cars in front of our room with multiple people outside. Throughout the night people hung outside their rooms being noisy. Seemed like a college dorm instead of a hotel.

Cons (-) The hotel room was disgusting! The sheets on the bed were dirty as well as the towels. We has to switch rooms at 9 o'clock at night because the shower did not work. The tub in the new room was so nasty that I took a shower with my flip flops on.
