Kenny, Mar 2019 - Red Roof PLUS+ Jacksonville - Southpoint
Pros (+) Great location.
Cons (-) Upon check in the front desk person was brash and didn't even welcome me. I stayed 5 days, on day two my bed was not made nor the room cleaned. Funny thing was they replaced one towel. Not totally happy with my stay, will stay within the area next time, just not here.

Cons (-) I have stayed a quite a few Red Roof Inns and this by far was the worst stay i have EVER had. To start the pictures and descriptions do not match what is actually presented at the property. The 1st room that I was given was on the ground floor. The window was right in the parking lot and the curtains were broken. This means that anyone driving through the parking lot or parking right in front of m...

Cons (-) When I had first come in the room there were dog fur and dander on the bed. I went to ask the front desk to change rooms but they had nothing left, so I asked them to clean it. When I came back there was a dog print on one of the twinned. This is unacceptable by any standard. Know that I saw the front desk, and she reassured me she cleaned the bed sheet.

Pros (+) Big room, good price.
Cons (-) Toilet kept running. Smoke detector began chirping at 5 am and front desk person told me there was nothing he could do. I had to climb on a chair at 530 and take the battery out. 0945 housekeeping banging on door to inquire if I was staying another night. Smelled horrible outside and so many people hanging out. Like a flop house. Manager apologized but no offer for a free night or any compensation...
