The location is terrible. It's not a good area and no ware to eat. Homeless around. The place was dirty and the sheets were from the 80's. I will never stay there again.

Pros (+) Location to freeway was nice. Easy to check in and check out.
Cons (-) Smell of smoke with you walk in that permeates the entire first floor. Breakfast was not ideal. Everything tasted days old. Even the cereal was stale. Also the chair situated right by the front door is a little strange. I would have expected more for the cost considering there are hotels a few miles down the road similarly priced but offer far more.

Pros (+) Stayed here for years. Great location and good value. Always met our needs. Disappointed this time to find it was getting run-down. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Staff said north wing is always that way, and we should ask for south wing. Comfortable bed and big parking area in back for trailers, but we don't plan to stay here again.
Cons (-) Dirty, smelly,

Pros (+) The location was great. We were there for a concert so we were within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and drinking establishments. The price was also very good in comparison to the other hotels located in the same area. Although the staff was absent from the front desk most of the time, they were friendly when they were present.
Cons (-) The online purchase for the room stated we were getting a "queen" size bed but it clearly was a double. The air conditioner seemed outdated and it was so hot in our room, neither one of us could sleep. Our stay was in early April (in Montana), so it's not like it was the middle of summer and hard to keep cool. The stairwell that we had to use to get to the second floor was terrifying. The smells, ...

Pros (+) Location Parking, usually Very little hassle Staff were kind and helpful
Cons (-) No light switch near main entry of room - when I arrived at 1am I had to feel around in the dark for a lamp Bathroom light switch had a sticky residue on it; same sticky residue was on the side of the TP roll, luckily there was a backup AC turned on (very loudly) but didn't work, and room was quite warm despite being 60s outside during the day and 40s at night But it was very cheap. It wasn't a ri...
