10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, smelled nice, friendly staff
Cons: The beds were tall and hard to get into for kids/shorter people. WiFi password changes overnight on Saturday but no one told us- we got the new password but it would have been nice to have a heads up.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: For breakfast they offered more variety than most places, it smelled and looked clean absolutely everywhere, especially the pool area, i love that they give complimentary toiletries if you've forgotten to pack something, staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: well i dont like that there were 2 pending charges for only the one night, but they said one of them will drop off in a week. If i needed that money now, i'd have a huge problem with that. over all we had a good experience. was most pleased with how clean the hotel was
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, loved the comfy..loved the blanket covers etc. Loved the Breakfast..the lady was wonderful and cared about her job so much..she did it with pride..and that's rare these days. The front desk gentleman helped us with some much needed traveling directions. I requested a room on 1st floor..and that's what I got. Beautiful place..had a Japanese restaurant right on the property as well...and didn't have to travel to find dinner! One of the nicest, cleanest places I have ever stayed!!
Cons: I wish all hotel rooms had some small plug in night lights..1 for the room...1 for the bathroom....for those midnight trips.
6.0 Good

Pros: The hotel was modern, clean, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly, breakfast good with wide variety, 24/7 coffee and tea. We came to visit Bryan College for my daughter and the staff answered a lot of questions. Nancy the breakfast attendant was extraordinary, who was courteous warm and engaging. Her information about the college and town was great. If my daughter goes to Bryan, this will be our home away from home location.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly and courteous
Cons: Although we smoke, the carpet had burns in it-not all smokers are disrespectful or unsafe with their ashes; maybe change carpet to tile in smoking rooms. Only had 1 towel and 2 washcloths ;( for 2 people.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great overnight stay.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The location since we were there for NACA and everything was close but that we did.
Cons: Where is the keurig? Get with the times and the pool is shut down, should have at least been a discount or work with another hotel and get some sort of pass for those with children. And the tub had a ring! And could you serve breakfast until 10am?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great!! The pool was clean. And above all the staff were wonderful!!
Cons: The floor in the room could have been cleaner
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, very comfortable, maid service excellent, easy access, great location. Very quite at night.
Cons: Parking was somewhat a issue especially towing bass boat. But I suppose I could expect that since Chickamauga Lake is second hottest bass fishing in US.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very well rounded with lots of options.
Cons: The pool was wonderful. Very warm water. Lovely experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfy and bacon was crispy!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Coffee and fruits were ok. Also juice available. Some yougurt there was too. No gym.
Cons: Breakfast little too fatty and simple. Maybe typical American version. No vegtables available... Nothing to put on bread but butter.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I did not have breakfast but what was out on the counters looked fresh and good. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful, professional and kind. I wish i had her name so you would know who she was but she was terrific!
Cons: The room was advertised as non smoking but could still smell smoke especially in the bathroom.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, should be open until 10am, since check out is 11am. Pool water seemed warm, didn't get a chance to use it, our schedule didn't fit in. Bed was comfortable, needs one more blanket.
Cons: Bathroom is SERIOUSLY too small, wanted to use the guest computer, but it wasn't even there. Front desk clerk said it was out of commission, and it'd be there at night, nope. Not there the next morning either. No pool towels, forget using the shampoo or conditioner, can't squeeze it out of the bottle unless you're the incredible hulk. Bring your own.

Pros: The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable! This is a good place to stay and I travel often.
6.0 Good
Pros: For the price, it is a little better than what one would expect with the cost of lodging what it is these days. If you are like me, and start your day before daybreak, and leave your energy at the job site, amenities unavailable aren't missed.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Price
Cons: Dirty Wash rag hanging on shower curtain. Pillows on bed looked like someone was hanging out in there a little while before we arrived.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location worked well for Worlds Longest Garage Sale.
Cons: Bed sheets not clean on one bed. Sexual stain. Appeared not to have been changed, Spider on bedspread the next morning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to the lake and power outlet outside for the boat battery charger
Cons: Nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: Quite
Cons: Bathroom needed work on tub . No hand rail in tub.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Cheapest in the area.
Cons: Bed like a slab of concrete. Burn holes in comforter. Pillows suck. Fridge in room leaking water all over the floor. Ice machine not working.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing at all.
Cons: The room was disgusting. There was a nasty towel to soak up water leaking from commode. Floors were ridiculously dirty as well. Beds were terrible.
7.5 Good
7.5 Good
Pros: It was as expected
Cons: Everything was as expected
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly place was as clean as it could be.
Cons: When I arrived I was not given the room I booked and was told we couldn’t be accommodated for that room because they were booked solid. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the beds feel like cheap spring mattresses. There are no house keeping signs for the door so twice they opened the door while we were in bed in the morning, thank god for chain locks. They cleaned the room one day, took all the towels and didn’t bring in new ones I had to go find someone and get more. All in all I’ve stayed at nicer motels.
6.8 Good
Cons: I thought there would be a hair dryer and there wasn't and none available when I called the office
