The suite was very good!
There could have been a restaurant and room service in the hotel
Very strange smell. Worn out rug and furnishings.
Liked having more room than just a bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was good, and free. Windows could open. Rooftop patio was nice. Staff was helpful. Location was just a couple of blocks from 16th street mall. Restaurants within walking distance.
Guess I've been spoiled by other Residence Inns. The smell was very disturbing even with windows open. Furniture was worn out and dated. Carpeting was bad. Kind of sketch area even for a downtown felt barely safe in the evening or very early morning which is a shame if you like to walk places, though it didn't stop us.
This was my first time staying at the property and I would stay there again. It was a comfortable stay, the room was clean and it was a good location.
The only issue I ran into was a delayed check-in but I was still in just before the 4 pm check-in time and there was an error programming my card causing me to have to go back downstairs to reprogram my card when I couldn't get into my room aft the first day.
Pretty decent overall
Great location within the city, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed.
My particular room was sandwiched between the elevators and the hotel gym-- lots of thuds from banging weights. Gym should not be adjacent to guest rooms, sharing a thin wall. Also, complimentary breakfast ended super-early-- should be 10:30, not 9:30.
Room was HUGE, gorgeous full kitchen, gorgeous lobby, free popcorn in rooms, amazing breakfast...one of the best hotels I've stayed at and i travel once a week on business around the country. This was for leisure but my boyfriend and I were very happy. Thank you!!!
Very Clean hotel - Convenient for Downtown activities - Very good breakfast Buffet
Couldn't apply my Marriott Rewards bacause I booked thru a 3rd party? Sofa bed couch was poor.
The rooms are nice, had a kitchen, very comfy beds and awesome breakfast
No swimming pool, have to use key to get to room, $27 to park car [horrible]
The REsidence Inn Denver City Center is in a fantastic location right near 16th st. It is perfect for a weekend / week in Denver because it has a fully functioning kitchen, which will save you LOTS of money on food if you do some grocery shopping cook in the room! It was clean and pretty spacious. Take advantage of deals on this hotel (otherwise it is too expensive in my opinion). I found a king 1 bedroom (not studio!) suite on Kayak for $103/night. Otherwise, this room is easily $150/night and up, which may not be worth it (you'll save money elsewhere).
Residence Inn by Marriott Denver City Center offers travelers a downtown location close to the Convention Center, as well as the charming 16th street mall which allows pedestrians, the Pepsi Center, the Denver Zoo, United States Mint At Denver, Botanic Gardens, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Coors Field, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, and more. The downtown Denver area is home to amazing restaurants and shops, small parks, and historic sites, too. The Airport is only 18 miles from the site.
As a high-quality location, the hotel offers visitors a modern fitness center, business services and meeting rooms, event spaces, guests enjoy a free breakfast daily, a convenience store, and all visitors are welcome to always barbecue outdoors. There is a full-service reception with concierge, pet-friendly policies, free Wi-Fi, airport shuttles, a care hire desk, and 24-hour front desk service.
The rooms are all suites and are designed to provide home-like comfort. All rooms have full-sized kitchens, entertainment systems with flat-screen TVs premium stations, direct-dial phones with long-distance options, ensuite baths with signature toiletries, 24-hour room service options, workstations with ergonomic chairs, hot beverage facilities, and daily housekeeping.
When it is a convenient location in the heart of the Mile High City, and it has to be full of amenities, solutions, and comforts, it is the Residence Inn by Marriott Denver City Center that fits the bill. Full of amenities and services, it is quiet and calm and ideal for a traveler of almost any kind.
