Pros. Office clerk was very kind and helpful!
Cons. We were put in the back of motel and the door we used was covered with mud two of us slipped on it not nice at all
Pros. I thought it would be a nice staycatoon and had a nice pool.
Cons. They had two groups of kids booked into the hotel. Would have been fine if they were staffed properly to handle that amount of guests. They were the absolute WORST group for that poor hotel. They left messes everywhere they went (especially the adults), disturbed other guests and their parent paid no attention to it. The hotel was so understaffed they couldn’t control the situation in the least and it made our overall stay miserable. The manager on duty did her best but even that wasn’t enough. If I she had had anytime I would have demanded a refund and gone home.

Pros. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, very clean, and modern furnishings.
Cons. Shuttle driver was supposed to be on call until midnight. When I called from the airport at 11:55 he had already gone home. I had to take an Uber which was a 10 minute wait, and $10 charge for a .9 mile trip.
Pros. The renovations to the hotel are beautiful. The rooms are big, beds are comfy, showers are great, and thankfully the front desk has free iced water with fruit infusion as well as ameinities you may need that you forgot on your travels. Free Breakfast is GREAT and the free airport shuttle is extremely nice, friendly, and fast. The free WIFI worked like a charm. Cable TV is outstanding! Loving my stay!
Cons. The front desk has a little store next to it and unfortunately they were scarce on items that someone may need. Especially if guests don’t feel well or don’t feel like walking or taking an Uber to the grocery store for milk. Who doesn’t eat cookies and milk at bedtime?!
Pros. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was okay but we were disappointed with the variety offered.
Cons. The pool and whirlpool were not labelled and we were unable to locate them. The pool area needed repairs and we could have used the whirlpool after the long drive and many hours in a classroom.
