Location was great. Staff at the front desk were great and were generally willing to help where they could.
Cleanliness was on par with other similar hotel brands. During some of the heavier storms common for the area, the parking garage will flood with 3-4 inches of standing water (which was quite a bit unpleasant if you needed to grab your vehicle; think yucky grime). They only had one pump and would suggest that if this is a semi common occurrence, additional pumps ought to be used.
Location and price were great, as was Kelsey. She was fantastic!! Also, best breakfast I have ever enjoyed at a hotel... ever.
A lady that worked evenings was absolutely horrible. Smell in the bathroom was nasty. Sounds from other floors flushing was scary. I had to go to a separate floor and separate elevator to get a baggage trolley.
I'd go back in a heartbeat
The hotel was very nice, and the staff even nicer. They were extremely accommodating, ensuring that we were given a very quiet room, since we were travelling with 2 little children. The room was clean, and appeared to have been recently renovated/decorated. There was plenty of space for all of us (2 adults + 2 kids). You have the choice between the Bay (which has a little sandy beach behind the hotel), and the Ocean (which required you cross the street). The Pool is also very nice. Indoor though, so don't expect to gt a tan.
There was some major construction underway, but they did their best to reduce the impact to guests. It really only impacted the parking availability, but even that seemed to always work out. I can see how parking might get short on the weekends though.

For the price, I expected more luxury but it was just an average hotel. Clean and nice, but average. I liked the fact that it was pet friendly and enjoyed seeing all the fury guests. It is also a great location; close to the Bay and ocean and many nice restaurants.
Beware! They gave away our room...
Couldn't tell you. We never got that far. See below...
Despite the fact that the room was prepaid for 5 nights and I had made the reservation months before and I confirmed our reservation electronically and I called the day of check in to confirm our reservation, an hour before the time I had put in their computer that we would arrive, they called and told me they had no more rooms and had cancelled our reservation. I was told by the woman who handles accommodations at the tournament where my son was competing that hotels overbook assuming not everyone will show and reservations made at third party sites are the first ones they'll cancel.
Breakfast and the king bed was comfortable.
The air conitioning leaked the whole time and are floor was wet from it. Also parking was not that great.
Denise at the front desk was awesome! She was extremely friendly and polite and ensured that our check in was easy.
Rooms, pool, breakfast
Minimal parking for hotel guests
This hotel was perfect for our quick beach getaway with our two kids and the dog. They were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Pool and fitness center were nice, breakfast was definitely a cut above what you usually get and location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!!
For some reason, there is a seating area on the second floor; inconsiderate 20 somethings hang out there at night yelling, cursing, and generally being extremely loud until 3-4 in the morning - each night. No one from the hotel did a thing.
Everything but the parking
Comfy bed. Nice size room, very friendly staff, pool nice size.
Sad could not see the bay from room
