Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable. Nice hotel. Breakfast was not free.
Pros (+) The Courtyard has excellent facilities. The staff is fantastic! Always friendly and responsive. I have conducted workshops there 4-6 times a year for the past 7 years and both the meeting rooms and the guest rooms have always been clean and very well maintained. Guest rooms are quiet and curtains maintain darkness for sleeping. Food is good.
Pros (+) Cleanliness of room plus comfortable beds & pillows
Cons (-) Shuttle service to downtown
Pros (+) It was clean and well furnished.
Cons (-) The location is a bit out there unless you don’t mind using the toll roads.
Cons (-) Neither Kayak, Expedia, or Marriott disclosed that there would be an extra $50 due at check in. The clerk wouldn't even check me in without it. Why didn't you tell me about this? I wouldn't have booked had I known.
