Pros: Excellent room comparing to similar motels
Pros: Great price. Room was clean and functional; the bed was hard.
Pros: It is a reasonably well kept older property
Cons: The pillows were a little to firm for us and 2 more would be better
Pros: The owner was very friendly. The room was clean. Stayed 2 nights while we went to the canyons. It's a small room but very clean. Had directv a plus. Not any good places to eat you have to drive to Monticello. But if you're needing a place to stay passing through I recommend this place.. Cathy from Arkansas
Pros: Bed was ok.
Cons: Very dated rooms. Air conditioning was very filthy. The towels were horrible, they use so much softening agent that it's impossible to dry yourself with them. Long-pile carpet is filthy and clearly impossible to clean. Dove creek is dying, so fast that restaurants on google showing "open" are permanently closed. Simply nothing to do there.
Pros: Great location - convenient to both Utah Canyonland areas AND the various Colorado mountain activities. It's an older property, but being decently maintained by a friendly staff.
Pros: Clean and very friendly staff
Cons: The parking. I did not like having to park away from the room. And the drive and parking lot are not wheelchair friendly.
Cons: Eat before you get there or have some microwaveable chow in your cooler. Gas station across the street has some deli food but stops serving at 5:30. Hey—-it’s a tiny town.
Pros: Price and staff. Allowed me to show up after front desk was closed and was very convenient in my check in. Value for what I was paying based on location and price.
Cons: Location was far from my destination as very remote area. Facilities felt very run down and old, but that's the price you pay.
Pros: Location was convenient. Price. Carpet was clean.
Cons: Slow draining lavatory sink. Very dated furnishings. Chairs were stained. Air conditioner control was difficult for short person to reach . Breakfast was prepackaged honey bun.
Pros: This location was convenient to a family get-together location (AND numerous national and state parks).
