Good morning I am highly disappointed with this hotel. I couldn’t make it to dubai because Dubai authorities cancelled all flights to and from Dubai. The hotel wanted to take advantage and charge me one night for cancellation. This is totally unfair and it seems the hotel living in different planet. Regards
