Our most modern hotel apartment is located at the centre of rapid expanding city with direct access to the highway network, and the main city landmarks like Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road, Bank Street, Burjuman Shopping Centre, Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach. Xclusive Hotel Apartments combines a contemporary blend of convenience and luxury while offering an outstanding range of facilities and personalized service. Our guests enjoy the accessibility of state-of-the-art rooms, daily services, WiFi Internet access, butler services, kitchen, non-smoking floor, airport transfers and much more. The hotel also boasts an excellent Gym and a well maintained swimming pool with sundeck. Xclusive is the perfect address for tourists and business executives alike. Travel time (by car) to certain locations in the city is as follows: 3 min. to Dubai Creek / 2 min. from Bur Juman Centre / 6 min. from the Dubai World Trade Centre / 12 min. from Deira City Centre / 10 min. from the Gold Souk / 15 min. from Dubai International Airport / 30 min. from the Jebel Ali Free Zone Please note we will experience refurbishment work from 14th July 2012 in the lobby area on ground level and apartments floor wise starting from lower floor upwards.
