Pros (+) Due to obstacles along our NY to NC trip, Baymont dltered our reservation several times with no penalty. Upon arrival they took care of all our needs. It was like coming home to family. The room was beautiful and clean. Staff was kind and helpful, especially Athena, the best concierge ever! We had been driving all night, and she put us in a quiet room in the back, away from trafic. Thank you all!
