9.2 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed everything about the facility and all of the staff was great with the exception of one person and that was Ashley she was very rude I asked for a later check out before I arrived and got an email saying back showing that the hotel received it and checkout was between 1:00 and 2:00 I was going to check out at 1 anyway due to my large family just needed a little extra time. Make a long story short I get a call at 12:00 asking when we’re we leaving and by 12:15 another call saying if I wasn’t out by 12:30 I was going to be changed another night. I was so upset when I got to the desk I was told they don’t do late checkouts. I just wanted to know why I got an email like I was good to go for a late check out . Overall I enjoyed my stay and had a good time.
Cons: Ashley front desk clerk during checkout!

Pros: Good location with pleasant staff. Comfortable beds and great breakfast!
Cons: Not at all!
5.4 Okay
Cons: I was very disappointed. The advertisement on booking.com said there was a "living room" and "bedroom". The picture with the advertisement showed 2 rooms. However, the hotel only had one room which included 2 queen-size beds and 1 queen-size sofa bed. We were 4 boys and me, their mom. I wanted my own room to sleep in. That's why I paid the extra money for a 2 room suite. With this room set up we could have gotten a room with 2 queen-size beds and a roll-away which would have cost me $74.00 less than what I paid. I request that booking.com pay me the $74.00 difference for the inaccurate advertising. Please call me at (513) 509-4350. Linda
7.5 Good
Pros: Overall, the facilities were relatively clean and the clerk at check-in was welcoming.
Cons: The ice machine was either off or not working. There was garbage in the ice tray in our room. There was a party on the patio below our room until almost 3:00 am on the day I had to drive for six hours. Not ideal!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean new rooms.

Pros: Loved the pet station in lobby! Staff very friendly and helped with a work fax. Very professional. Breakfast bar was nice. Liked the bags offered for grab and go when we emerge in a hurry! Coffee, always good!

6.3 Good
Pros: Very close to MSU’s campus
Cons: The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the ac unit was too loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel!!! I would stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly. I loved the rooms and thought even the lobby was great. The other people who stayed with me agreed that the rooms were incredibly nice also.I would recommend anyone stay there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a very well run establishment. Exceeded my expectations in all regards. I will look for Residence Inns in the future.
Cons: No issues whatsoever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This facility appears new. The studio was perfect and could fit three comfortably for a short stay. The design of the space was super. Even though the space was small it felt very airy and comfortable. This will be my go-to location for MSU visits with my daughter. Although I did not use the kitchen I could see using it in the future to provide a home cooked meal to my 'baby'.
Cons: Two small things. I started to buy an individual sized pack of chips (same as one would get at Subway) and the charge was $3. I think that is too much. Also, a light was out in my room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious, well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. The location was fantastic, right near the MSU campus, where we were going to a wedding. Very accommodating for four-legged family members, with potty stations on the grass areas to the south of the hotel.
Cons: The breakfast was already relatively picked over at 8 am, and the breakfast ran from 7-9:30. We made suitable breakfasts from what was left, but we over heard another guest asking why more food wasn't available. The answer for that item was there would not be any more restock. If they were out of the item, they should have pulled the container and utensils that were designated to that station.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the suite setup with king bed and separation with couch and kitchen area.
Cons: don't touch "my food" that I purchased!
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Really bad coffee in the breakfast area. And powdered eggs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Apartment like hotel room with upscale feel
Cons: We had to leave...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: By far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Our room was huge and the price was fantastic. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent
Cons: Clean and beautiful
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Did not eat too much breakfast, and it was just one morning. It seemed fairly typical: coffee, juice, some fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. Coffee was available anytime even outside of normal breakfast setup. Breakfast area was nice, roomy, not too noisy. We would stay here again.
Cons: Nothing except it was a bit pricey. We stayed two nights with a rate of about $225 per night for three rooms. Of course, it was a Michigan State football weekend, so that could have upped the per night stay for Friday and Saturday nights. Not unexpected but a still a bit pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent breakfast area, lots of choices
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the wonderful greeting from Hanna, quietness, and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: Just make sure that the vacuum thoroughly goes under the bed (there were food crumbles that were visible when I bend down to put on my shoes).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice spacious room. Clean and pleasing layout. Very comfortable. Well worth the money. All staff members that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Convenient parking. We will definitely be going back.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. I stayed there almost a year ago when I was in town for a funeral. I liked it so much that I came out a day early to visit a friend and his wife (I usually stay in their spare bedroom) just to stay at the hotel. Bar staff is great! Very professional and friendly!
Cons: Two issues: 1) There was leftover food from the previous occupant(s). Housekeeping obviously did not check/clean the fridge. 2) Although it is a beautiful hotel in a nice location, the price is a bit steep. Next time, I might have to find something that's equally as nice, but more reasonably priced.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The hotel is not worth nearly $200 a night with all those fees and taxes included. It appears this hotel is trying to squeeze every dime of your money by charging internet and parking. If you are booking this hotel through booking.com or other third party sources, be careful!

Pros: There was a sister at the front desk who was so beautiful I was mad i had a date to meet. Her eyes were crazy perfect they made me want to say as little as possible. Lol But more seriously later I watched some guests try to give the front desk a hard time. I over heard the conversation and he handled it so well it was a masterclass lesson on patience and hospitality. The staff was excellent.
Cons: I was on the ground floor and my view was the parking lot. Lol Its not that serious tho.

Pros: Breakfast was good, the lady who worked Thursday and Friday ( 5- 16 and 17 ) was amazing! Very helpful, polite. I believe her name was Dawn??? Not sure on her name Brian and other staff members were very professional and helpful.
Cons: Well , on Friday night around 12:30 pm my boyfriend and I were sound a sleep and got woke up to very loud talking of adults in the hallway along with pounding on our door. This lasted approximately 25 minutes. We were in room 215. When it did not get better we called the front desk to ask them to take care of the situation. Not sure that really got resolved because we did not hear any employee come up and handle it. On Saturday night 1:30 pm we were woken up again to a intoxicated man again pounding on our door . My boyfriend opened our door and asked him to stop pounding on our door. The man said he just wanted in his room , ( this was one of the baseball parents that was also staying at the hotel . He room was 217 . My boyfriend told him to go downstairs and get a key. He went to his room door and was pounding on the door asking his wife to open the door. My boyfriend called the front desk - which the phone rang a long time and asked the person at front desk to help us again. Front desk lady told my boyfriend that she would come up and talk to him. Again that was not done. So mean less to say our stay was not really restful after a intense business class for two days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was centrally located and nearby to several restaurants, stores, and bus stop, and close by to a park. 9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was perfect - the perfect layout for a bachelor apartment. My kids were very impressed there was a whole kitchen tucked away in one corner and they loved the pull-out sofa in the couch. Much nicer than staying in a standard hotel room. The breakfast was good - a lot of variety available. The hot tub was nice.
Cons: The pool was cold. The sausages were spicy at breakfast. Considering those are my only complaints, I'd say this was a successful visit!

Pros: This is probably the nicest room I've ever experienced! The well equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your own food.
Cons: The doors on all of the rooms are spring loaded and make a lot of noise when they close. This doesn't help the guests fall asleep very easy, especially when there are late arrivals.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Website lies. It claims full kitchens in all rooms, they don't, Maine reason we choose it. Has a nice enough bar, too bad they don't have a liquor license. What they call a Suite, is just a slightly larger than normal hotel room with a much smaller bedroo

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious room
Cons: Remote for TV didnt work, one light in bathroom burned out, dishes in dishwasher and were not cleaned, open pack of dishwasher cleaner on counter by sink.
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: Terrible service. Nice rooms but not well-maintained. Checked in to a dirty room and bathroom, with sauce spills in the kitchen, crumbs and hair all over the floor, and dirty sheets. The staff were so rude about sorting this out. They kept repeating that they could not clean the room without me leaving during that time because it’s in their policy that cleaning staff can’t be in the room with the hotel guests so that they can “protect their staff”. First, what could I possibly do to be of any danger to their staff? Second, this suggests that they would typically have dangerous guests staying there who would’ve hurt their staff? They also have many safety instructions and no room safe to keep valuables, so you can never have your room cleaned unless you agree to be out of the room with all of your valuables there unattended. When their housekeeping staff finally showed up, they were making fun of having to come to the room - before even entering they started the conversation with “we heard you wanted crumb-cleaning service” and laughed to each other (when obviously the suite had so much more that needed to be sorted than just crumbs on the floor). The staff is completely unresponsive to guest requests or concerns. Each time I asked for anything that should’ve been done as a default without me even asking (e.g. replacing the broken coffee machine they had in my room), I would have to call several times and wait for so long before anyone showed up. It’s a shame how badly run the hotel is - the infrastructure and rooms are great and in a relatively lively area, but it’s all to waste because of how badly managed the place is both in terms of suite upkeep and in terms of staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was AMAZING
Cons: We didnt check in until after 10:30pm, I asked if you had late check out I was told no. It would've been nice to stay at least til noon or 1 at the latest.

Pros: Room was very comfortable and multi purposed. Stayed for a week and easily could've stayed longer. It had laundry facilities and breakfast was wonderful with similar yet different freshly cooked options each day. A highlight was Monday through Thursday social evenings. Staff was courteous and professional.
Cons: The location wasn't the best for walking or doing runs. However, check out the meadows park to the north about 1.5 miles on fairly busy country road and lots of trails. Walmart right next door and Boston's restaurant next door too.

6.3 Good
Pros: Room was very quiet and seemed to be fairly clean. Was nice to have a small kitchen to put a snack together late in the evening and a place to make a cup of coffee in the morning.
Cons: Price was a little high for booking so late in the evening, hours before checking in. Was hoping a discount would have been given as this room would have stated empty had we not made the reservation.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room was very nice, clean, odor free, pleasant , nice ktichenet, beautiful bathroom, and nice selection of channels on TV. Room was great.
Cons: Staff was vague on amenities. Never did find workout center. Understood breakfast buffet came with room price, but when I got there in the morning, I would have been charged $15 extra. A little embarrassing. Even the old Clarion down the street included breakfasts. Settled for $3 McDonald's. Called for a wake-up call, which I never got. I was arrogantly informed by staff and MSU alumni that were there, "that is what you get by booking with a 3rd party provider". This was a US Army function, honoring a CSM, and I don't think I'll be recommending this hotel again.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Overall a very nice place. was a quiet and safe.
Cons: The worse thing was the bathtub. Had to hold on to bars most of the time taking a shower as it was so very slippery. One day our room wasn't cleaned and beds not made.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a really cozy little apartment-style suite. I liked the bottled shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower to reduce waste of single-use items.
Cons: There wasn't a continental breakfast, which I didn't realize when I booked the room. Also they provided powdered creamer with the coffee. Not a big deal, but I prefer liquid.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location to MSU main campus which I was hoping for. Loved the suite/room. Price was very good. Will definately stay again soon.
Cons: I can't say there was anything I didn't like. If I would have had more time I would have gone to the pool or have taken in more local sites.

Cons: Need new mattresses in my room. Saggy and uncomfortable.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Room was filthy. Floor in bathroom and main room dirty.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was small, shabby, outdated and overpriced. There was a shrill alarm beeping every 5 seconds throughout the night. I called the front desk, but they did not offer a solution . We left at 3:30 am in search of another, quieter hotel. No refund given
