9.5 Excellent
Pros: The quality of the room finishings was great; from the cutlery to the bathroom and appliances. Clean linen and firm mattresses. Lovely kitchenette that was exactly as per the pictures online. This was great value for money.
Cons: Not having a separate toilet from the shower was the only thing I didn't like, but that was by no means a deal-breaker. It was the perfect accommodation for a family
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Free parking rather than having to pay would have been nice

Pros: This is my seventh stay. this facilty is top knotch and is comparable with many of the so called 5 star facilities, it does not have a swimming pool - but hey who cares
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Second visit ... Nothing is better than a smiling face and warm welcome after a long tiring journey. That is exactly what we received at 11pm on arrival. The King size bed is a dream to sleep on and the room is perfect for our needs. The breakfast is always fabulous and was just what we needed to send us off on the next (last leg) of our long holiday. The hotel has an ambiance (friendly staff/pleasant surroundings/fit out/comfort etc) that is second to none.
Cons: Don't change a thing!!

Cons: Food & drink is quite expensive, albeit good quality
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and surrounding grounds are excellently kept. The staff were efficient and extremely courteous.
Cons: For a 5 Star hotel at this price point the TV in the room was small and wasn’t HD - disappointing trying to watch The Open with a blurred image. Also the ‘free’ internet was extremely slow in The Stable rooms.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Tranquil elegance and beauty in a 240 acre park
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Helpful , kindly &friendly staff , a very clean , tidy & beautiful place - children couldn't feel boring .
Cons: 1/They collected my luggage from the room without telling me. 2/Some children it's enough for them 30 minutes to ride a horse ,, Coworth park hotel doesn't give the two kids one hour divided between them. 3/kids club closed in the weekdays.

6.8 Good

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautiful, elegant and regal. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded on arrival as well as getting an early check in which was perfect as we were attending ascot and needed to get ready beforehand. The food in the barn was also amazing. The grounds are immaculate and the facilities excellent.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Our room was quite small compared to others in our party.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and welcoming. Super easy to get to from London and close to Heathrow airport. Relaxed casual dining options, along with a more formal experience, where the food was truly outstanding, imaginatively presented and delicious. Sizeable landscaped grounds for walks, tennis courts etc. Staff were extremely attentive and professional. All together a very pleasant couple of days.
Cons: As I was not travelling with small children, the place seemed at times dominated by youngsters and toddlers over the bank holiday weekend, which of course is no bad thing for young families. “The breakfast room service” arrived at the precise time requested, but lacked care and attention in both quality and presentation, compared with their other hotels, such as The Dorchester or hotel Eden in Rome. The gym and pool areas are nice, but not exceptional compared with other luxury hotels.

Pros: Fantastic hotel, clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast as delicious and worth every penny. Highly recommended.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect option if you need to have a rest before an early flight. Early breakfast, cosy room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was exceptional. My mushroom risotto was one of the best meals of our trip. The comments below are obviously meant for the did not like section. Sorry. Our room was very pleasant and new which was a lovely bonus. However, your bedding, that is the top sheet or duvet cover does not completely cover the bed. It barely meets the edges of the bed even before your guests get in to bed. My husband added a dressing gown and I a towel to ensure our backs were not open to draughts. We always remove the duvet as we find them too hot and thus were able to try the cover both ways in case one would prove wider but unfortunately not. The linen is obviously of an excellent quality but offers a very uncomfortable night by not being wide enough.
Cons: The above.

Pros: When I told the girl at check in that my family had checked in she gave me a room next to them! I appreciated that for sure!,
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was super clean and bed very comfortable. We checked in early and our room was not yet ready, but they were kind enough to give us a different room which was a kind of a downgrade, but we gladly accepted it as all we wanted was to go to sleep, after a night flight.
Cons: This comment is for Travelocity’s attention: the hotel would not recognize my Accor Hotel membership and would not credit my Accor account for this stay. Neither were they willing to give us access to the Club which is a courtesy they normally give Accor members. All of this was because we did not book directly with Accor, rather through Travelocity. We understand that this is Accor’s policy and not Travelocity’s fault, but, if you want to keep us as customer, can’t you work with the hotel chain to remedy this shortcoming?
10.0 Excellent

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel & grounds fantastic breakfast buffet
Cons: Bar tender didn’t offer options for gins & tonics just served them, rather sarcastic to his colleague
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent in every way the accommodation the food location looking forward to our next visit
Cons: We liked everything can’t think of anything negative to say
6.8 Good
Pros: The location was stunning and the building is very striking. The new facilities - the leisure centre and the lovely outside bar and restaurant met all expectations. My granddaughter was married there and the banqueting staff were attentive and professional in what they did. The bar man was knowledgable and had excellent skills
Cons: The room, especially the bathroom was tired and sadly in need of refurbishment. The carpets throughout seems to be a throw back to the 70s. This seemed to be a hotel resting on its laurels of past glory. My daughter wanted to stay there as her children were bridesmaid and page boy but they were not offered family accommodation - not even adjacent rooms. The rooms could easily have taken an extra bed and the beds were large so the youngest could have shared. This complete lack of caring tarnished what was a family celebration.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place and wonderful staff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The waffle in the breakfast is very good.
Cons: There is no communication between housekeeping team and front desk. I have informed the front desk the time I would like to check out, but housekeeping still bugged me a few times to check whether I had checked out or not.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds and helpful staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, so much choice, location was perfect, facilities very good, staff friendly and efficient, overall one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in the UK.
Cons: If we had to be picky and i mean very picky, in the leisure club there was not any cups for the water fountain and the water fountain itself needs replacing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located for trips into Windsor and easily accessible to Heathrow. Great food outlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The grounds are a delight on the banks of the Thames.
Cons: The hotel has slightly deteriorated since our last visit.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The Oakley is incredible! The room was the perfect style to match the hotel, the bed was very comfortable, and the sandwiches are amazing! It is beautiful to walk around the property both at night and during the day. The whole hotel is gorgeous!
Cons: I can't find anything bad about this place!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff in the entire place were very friendly. The hotel was comfortable. My mother who has mobility issues was arriving separately from us and as such we had asked for her to receive support, a ground floor room, etc., all was taken care of. The response to mails was fast and courteous. The location was very convenient from heathrow. Getting to Windsor was 10 min drive and the hotel arranged a taxi with no problems. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities great.
Cons: The dinning room food does not match the price/quality. The rooms will need to be updated a bit as they are starting to look old. The mattress on the bed was quite hard, an extra top layer would be good and the pillows should be replaced as they are hard and not comfortable at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is great!
The Swan Hotel - Staines-upon-Thames

8.9 Excellent (1,026 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at The Swan Hotel in Staines, you'll be on a river, a 3-minute drive from Thorpe Park and 8 minutes from Wentworth Golf Club. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and wonderful situated
Cons: Maybe room service but then it's not a big deal to be honest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and service was excellent.
Cons: Room was rather crapped and the bathroom was tiny.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location & overall a lovely place to stay, we’d definitely go again..
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly
Cons: The room was very warm, there was a fan but quite noisy
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms, sitting by the Thames, the staff
Cons: The water in the cold tap was hot and we couldn’t switch bathroom towel rail off so it was hot. We did not ask for help though
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very homely and spotlessly clean. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Was lovely sitting outside watching boats go by on The Thames.
Cons: There wasn’t anything!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed, pleasant restaurant with good menu
Cons: I had booked a deluxe room at extra cost, but although quite large it overlooked the road rather than the river, which defeated the point of staying at the Swan, where the main attraction is its river location. The room also had an unpleasant smell. We spoke to the staff about this and they were understanding and moved us to a smaller, non deluxe room, but with a lovely river view and clean smelling! This was okay but it meant we had paid for a deluxe room for nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Had a room overlooking the river Great views
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little hotel along the river with friendly helpful staff.
7.0 Good
Pros: The Swan is in the perfect location for proximity to Heathrow in a lovely position on the Thames. The room was adequately sized with a very comfortable bed and large en-suite bathroom. My main complaint would be that the temperature in the room was too hot to comfortably sleep ( in Summer) and we needed to keep the window open and the fan in all night. It would have been helpful to have a top sheet on the bed instead of just a comforter.
Cons: Air con in the room would have made for a better nights sleep

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely everything. The location is great. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and very well equipped. The food was delicious served in a beautiful dining room, there is also a nice garden area with plenty of outdoor seating ideal to sit outside and enjoy a pre-dinner drink.
Cons: Nothing, everything was great. All rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped, can't say one negative thing about our stay.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The country atmosphere and style. Excellent and helpful staff. Great meeting locals and other guests
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Stylish rooms cleanliness location great breakfast menu and also being able to come and go as you pleased
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the pub, restaurant, hotel. Beautiful place, great food and very friendly staff. Thoroughly recommend!
Cons: One of the staff on breakfast had a rotten cold. Not a little cold but a stinker of a cold so she was coughing and splurging over everything. It was a-bit off putting. If I had been that Ill working in that field, I would of thought it best for all concerned not to have worked until she felt better and not spread germs. Apart from that it was perfect. Beautiful place, great food and very friendly staff.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice place to stay before my flight in the morning And has shops right next door which was handy
Cons: It served all my needs nothing really bad to say about it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location couldn’t be better, we were able to walk back after dropping off our rental car. The bed is very comfortable & we found the room v quiet
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Self check in was really easy. Smart TV was with Netflix was a good plus.
Cons: No air conditioning, but they provided a fan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, bus stop over the road for Heathrow and the city. Very clean, newly renovated rooms. Friendly staff in twice a day to replace towels etc. Tea, coffee and daily bottled water. Great place next door for breakfast.
Cons: Nothing!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It has a great location for flight or bus transport with multiple free airport bus connection. The room is clean with basic necessities provided. It is definitely good for value.
Cons: (1) We are given check in instruction by email and was found to have my room occupied by another big rude guy. I showed him my Checkin information and he just neglected and walk away stating that “This is my room!” I have to call the host to verify and was told that I was given wrong room by mistake. The manager came probably half an hour later to check that we are OK. (2) With such a low price, this is actually a shared apartment. Though I am not quite sure how many people one room can accommodate, there are probably 5 or 6 people sharing the room next to ours. They left their door open, going in and out and to their washroom, getting dressed and makeup. The noise only disappeared at 11pm when they all left for party. There was no management staff in situ actually.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is very handy for the arrivals/departures. It can be approached by the free shuttle bus 24/7. Several restaurants are around (at least, I saw the list in the room), the small food store is next door. The room is quite wide, clean, it was not noisy at night hours. The kitchen is really well equipped and spotlessly clean. All instructions are written on walls, and if you have questions, the hosts answered by email promptly. The hosts were in contact several days in advance, there was a little turbulence with the possible change of the location, but my reasonings were well accommodated and accepted.
Cons: The only thing which turned every positive feature down was my sudden allergy that most probably was a reaction to the extensive air freshener in the room or a perfumed powder used for the linen washing, I was literally not able to sleep all night. As a suggestion, maybe it is worth to use hypoallergenic washing powder and air freshener (or may not to use the last one as all). The smell of clean linen is universal and fits everyone ;)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: it was roomy and quiet. They had some incense in the hall that I could sense when I first arrived, but I opened the windows and all was fine. I couldn't get the wifi to work, but I suspect the problem was with my Canadian network. t
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to the airport. Simple check-in and checkout. Clean and w access kitchen facilities. Good WiFi.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We booked only one night before flying out the next morning, but this was the kind of room we could have stayed in for a week! Very cozy, bed was comfortable and it was SPOTLESS! No joke, I wear my flip flops in every shower of every place I stay. But I didn’t need them there, which is a huge deal! The owners were not there to welcome us but everything was explained before arriving by email and it was super clear. The manager knocked at our door later that evening to check on us and she was lovely. Place is easy to find, quiet, and close to the bus stop where you take the free bus to the airport (a 5 min. walk). The kitchen is also spotless but you can find nice curries next door also. Oh, and we LOVED the TV!!!
Cons: Nothing we can think of!

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent and staff were very helpful
Cons: In the room although we liked the TVs cabinet the doors didn't open up wide enough so if you were walking past, you needed to be careful not to bump head on door. The cleaner walked into room this morning at 10.20 without knocking!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We attended the Left Bank restaurant buffet. The food was absolutely delicious as usual! We decided to reserve an hour at the Hot Tub for the first time which completely exceeded our expectations would 100% recommend everyone to book a time there.
Cons: Bar staff were very slow coming over to our table and asking us for any drinks or food.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was good but expensive at £18.95
Cons: The price of the breakfast
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I think I was checked in by a guy called Daniel who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities are lovely, clean and welcoming. Particularly, the outdoor space is beautiful, the deckchairs to just chill out in are wonderful. When I've stayed in places like this before all the space has had the overwhelming feeling of needed to buy something from a bar or restaurant before you could enjoy the space, but it's not like this here. You can relax, wander and just chill out. I went on a lovely walk, fuelled by a lovely summer cocktail at the bar. Staines is just up the road with some good restaurants (cheap and cheerful is the theme). I didn't go into Egham but imagine the range is comprehensive!
Cons: It's a little on the pricey side, if I were to go again I'd definitely be looking for a deal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good buffet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A superb location alongside the Thames and a fantastic place to enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Saturday morning. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and the reception was very efficient.
Cons: The room would benefit from an upgrade and it was disappointing to learn it was an additional £10 to use the outdoor swimming pool.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast , lunch and dinner, excellent customer service. Lovely riverside location. Will come again
Cons: Air conditioning in room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wide selection of excellent food
4.5 Okay
Pros: Views of the river
Cons: Room very loud air conditioner, close proximity to M25 under estimated how much you would hear the road noise while outside by the river

Pros: Madam/Sir, Manager/ Administrator of Hotel Hyatt Place Heathrow Airport, The Grove, Bath Road, Hillingdon, I am your guest since last four/ five years, whenever, I visited London I always stay in your Hotel, unfortunately, on 31 July 2019 I became disappointed from slightly bad behavior of bar staff on 32 July 2019 evening in the hotel Lobby Bar, when I was sitting and enjoining joyful atmosphere of lobby bar with my own test of wine which I often use here without hesitation and objection but barman came in front of me and raised objection here you cannot use your own wine, you may use/buy hotel bar only however u may go out. (Further I may explain that there is no any other comfortable sitting place in hotel so have no other option sit only in Lobby Area.) This incident not only became surprisingly but It is insult of any guest. Regarding this issue I sent complaint an email which has been gone vain. Unfortunately no any solution southout. Cons: Dust everywhere, curtains on window were dirty, bedlinen did not feel quite fresh.
7.5 Good
Pros: The cleanest hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in! However, the rooms were minuscule, more than one night could never have been an option.
Cons: The cramped room was really difficult to negotiate for two adults! The shower was great but even with the door shut, water went all over the floor and towels had to be used to absorb it safely.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Well presented room with double bed and en-suite shower. Comfy bed. Can eat in the conservatory and watch the aeroplanes come in to the airport. Only stayed one night but was pleasantly surprised. Approx 10 minutes to the station. Parking at the rear via a gate. Polite staff. Would definitely stay again.
