Staff very friendly, downstairs lounge area very nice. Bedding was very frayed, curtain pelmets coming off attachment, spa bath broken, unable to use bedside lamps unless wall lights switched on. obviously a wiring problem.
very friendly staff and good breakfast room was too small noise location and smoking (I asked for a non-smoking room)
First Room 221was grossly overheated and impossible to open window as a noisy air conditioning outlet from from kitchen ? was outside .Second room 208 was ok if a bit small and bathroom a bit tired
We had a problem with our room and they upgraded us to a better one with a 4 poster bed. Breakfast was poor.
nothing stikes me in particular water temperature was a bit too eco friendly.
the politeness of staff ie one of the bar staff devoted a lot of time to my 5yr old son made us both feel welcome. They chef cooked specially for us from a menu that finished at 1800. if i had to choose one thing prob breakfast could be a little better ie ask for brown toast recieved white orange juice ran out took a while for more to come. But i have to say everything else about hotel far outweighs these few things
Breakfast was OK Terrible service, when we got there the heating was off (All radiators were cold) despite being a very cold day. Once they finally put the boiler on, we then found out room's radiator was faulty. Finally the agreed to move us to a different room. The new room was smaller bed was not even a proper double bed, and very uncomfortable and the room was above the bar. Seems lke we were punished for complaining! Avoid!
The hotel appears to be very cosy and love all the different rooms where you relax, on my first visit we stayed in the executive room which was very pleasant for the price, the second visit we were given a very small room and we were disappointed with the bathroom, the radiator did not work and we were quickly moved to a much better room. Small room, bathroom in need of updating radiator not working
Very friendly staff. Excelent / handy location if visiting Windsor.
Nothing actually. The room was pretty ordinary. The furniture and fixtures were broken and not cleaned thoroughly. The room was not tidy. Certainly not worth the money I paid. I was served expired stuff for breakfast. This was the shocker.
Room of adequate size for a single. Comfortable chair. Poor level of lighting for reading. Couldn't turn down radiator so needed to keep fan on all night!
The location is superb, Stroks restaurent was fabulous, couldn't fault the hotel at all
The location is stunning, right on the Thames at the bridge that links Eton and Windsor. The staff were friendly and attentive. The facility is a little worn, but it's an historic hotel and we didn't mind.
nook rooms across the road fom the reception are very nice...ask when you reserve! breakfast could be better...
The location is perfect for central windsir;everytrhing is within easy walking distance.
The position of the hotel in Windsor and ease of getting everywhere
the staff was very helpfull the room was excellent they should had place like a balcony or something for people who are smokers
The curteous & helpfull staff.
cleanliness of the rooms and cooperative staff. Car Parking facilities or should I say lack of them.
Location Superb The pressure in the shower was the only fault. Otherwise it was perfect
Wow it was a fantastic hotel and such value.
Spa and pool facilities were excellent. Good breakfast. Nice location. We booked two executive rooms. One was very nice but the other was disappointing and in need of a makeover.
Proximity to Ascot races The size of the bedroom.. very small for 2 people. Also the bathroom did not have a bath.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is out of the way but castle can be easly reached by car. We like to walk so walked to castle which took about two hours.Breakfast was nice.
Friendly, attentive staff, who had local knowledge.A welcoming bar, with a good range of quality bar meals to support the restaurant.
Peaceful surroundings, good old fashioned service
staff and decor and spa very noisy.
Very friendly staff They did not give me the executive double room that I booed. Finally they charged me less as a normal double room
the beautiful location, the general ambiance of the hotel and the lovely breakast, also the convenience of easy parking the room was rather small and dark
On one of our two stays the room we wanted was not available, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate our request. On the second stay, we had an excellent breakfast; again, the restaurant staff were very attentive to our needs.
Entire staff was very professional . ...in fact I was recognized right away when checked in second time...room was always clean when you come back at night I am so sorry but there was nothing that I don't like
Nice hotel, expensive but very clean. Food was very expensive!!
Staff was helpful, hotel very quiet. Needs more electrical outlets
Front desk helpful and friendly. Altho entrance a little strange Restaurant good, staff except for manager were excellent . A bit full of himself, maybe a stressful day... It will be better when u finish all the building, rebuilding etc. A Hyatt we heard. Costs of travel to and from airport a bit much. Free shuttle is the way. Was surprise at prepayment Auth on card, weird.
V Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, easy to travel to and from hotel via free Heathrow bus transportation.
It was comfortable, well-equipped and easy to get to and from. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Restaurant was delicious although a little pricey. The only drawback is that parking is an ADDITIONAL 12 pounds for 24 hrs, the car park beneath the hotel is VERY cramped and there is no covered access or elevator to the hotel. In the case of inclement weather, make sure you have a brolly for the trip to the hotel lobby!
I enjoyed sleeping in a quiet room, also comfortable bed after long plane trip. The staff was very helpful with directions.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Nothing; we would stay there again on our next trip to the UK.
great location the front desk didn't inform us of the discount coupons they would issue us for reserving food service at the smith restaurant. As I was checking out a guest who was also checking out voiced his concern about also not be told about the coupons which would have saved us some money.
The staff were freindly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the facility was attractive, Smith's Restaurant was amazing for the full english breakfast and for a romantic dinner. The price was great, too! We would definitely stay here again.
Friendly and helpful except as below The steps up from the car park with a heavy case ( why no lift ? ) . Plus do not order eggs at breakfast because for the second time here I had to wait over 30 minutes for them
The room, bed and bathroom were good and comfortable. The location is excellent. The room was hot and noisy. The breakfast was cold.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - lovely bar area Room was very pokey and small and quite noisy
Most of the staff were vert friendly Night manager would not look up a phone number for me on the internet, something I would expect any hotel to be able to do.
Modernisation yet retains character Lack of parking or arrangement with parking company.i would suggest setting up an arrangement with victoria street multi storey which has overnight parking.i spent 2 hours getting to windsor and another 2 hours trying to find safe overnight parking.i dropped on victoria street by chance .
Excellent location easy for transport links and good shopping .Good selection of local restaurants and the castle trip well worth a visit. Noisy plumbing systems.
centrally located in Windsor, friendly atmosphere. Rooms were a bit cold. There was no service or bell-boy to help carry bags to room or to assist in in-room facilities
Extremely attractive hotel, beautiful food in the adjoining bistro (try the sausage and mash!). Excellent location right outside the castle walls, right on the High st for shops and bars. Beautiful, really tastefully decorated hotel. An absolute pleasure.. Reception was extremely small and crowded at times, and hotel lifts were under repair for duration of stay.
Very nice hotel for the price; was warned that the room would be small but was perfectly adequate for one person; really clean; digital tv provision; free wireless is fantastic No bath; only very basic t+c provision - no biscuits! and only breakfast room servcie
Staff was quite rude, except for the restaurant. Restaurant was great Very smelly hotel, no minibar, not even water bottle in the room. First night nobody could explain to me how to connect to the internet.
Central location. Full English breakfast was very poor - over heated and the worse scrambled egg I have ever tasted. I travel a great deal with business - over 50 countries worldwide. Staff were very average - need to be more polite and friendly.
excellent room and bathroom and well situated hotel in the heart of windsor with easy parking being a great bonus. overpriced hotel bar tarnished our evening as prices were a third higher than nearby bars and restaurants.
free upgrade! still not enough sound-proofing from flightpath
It was central to tha area where I wanted to be.
the location was excellent for everything we wanted to do and see in Windsor and the view from our four poster bed was amazing we looked straight out to the castle lack of staff on reception for checking in and out
Rooms were excellent. Comfy bed and lovely soft feather pillows. No faults at all. The location was great, close to station, Castle and shops Breakfast for the money was pretty poor, in as much as quality, although plenty of choice.
room and breakfast
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Location excellent for our trip to legoland as shuttle bus to legoland directly across the road. I found at evening time and early morning the noise of aircrafts flying overhead quite annoying. But would probarly be the same at any other hotel in windsor.
Proximity to the Castle was excellent. Being situated in the High Street was a bonus, especially for the complimentary car parking and access to the shopping area Our room was situated in the top floor of the annex with no elevator, which was an inconvenience, but the staff were there to pick up and deliver any heavy cases.
Thought the room was big and comftable Staff did not speak good english
Friendly efficient service. Central position in the town. Good breakfast service. Over heated. Needed to use the room air conditioning to counter this which was a waste of energy. Could not open the window because it was too noisy at night - a minor grip about a very enjoyable stay.
Convenient location, right next to the station
Adjoining room complained of noise, we were only talking!! Need better sound insulation between rooms
The rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean. Staff was pretty nice and friendly. The hotel has no food. Besides the continental breakfast, there is nothing to eat, not even a vending machine, even though the "hotel services book" in the room said there was at least a vending machine. Furthermore, there is no fast food or restaurants nearby the hotel.
friendly and helpful staff. very clean.
It is a quiet and clean hotel. The staff are helpfull and polite.
Convenient for train station into London, easy parking Bar was poorly stocked, even ran out of lager!
Good clean bright and comfortable rooms Insufficient parking and bar tv not working
Very good rate and close proximity to rail station Breakfast room too small to accommodate large number of guests eating breakfast in morning.
Good gym/swimming pool etc, good location(just off the M4),comfortable room, friendly reception staff, quick check in/out Charges for car parking, not enough tea/coffee/milk in room, had to ask for more at reception desk took approx 1hr for replacements
size of the room... only the food was terrible, breakfast was a disaster and the dinner was not better.. I thought it was overpriced and it isn't really worth it..
The cleanliness was superb the cleaning staff an absolute delight, nothing too much trouble, the facilities especially the instant buffet for the children was excellent. The colouring facilities provided around the hotel in strategic places was brilliant to keep young ones happy, even in the restaurant. Pool excellent and easy for access with young ones and depth suitable too just 1metre.2 at it's deepest. Reception staff were an insult to the hotel. They were not speedy in any sense of the word, and rather lacking in smiles and helpfulness. At 7am myself and another guy were waiting to check out and the guy had to pick up the phone on the reception, telephone the porter's number, despite we could see them behind the door, just ignoring our presence. The information they gave was sparce, and often inaccurate, ie I was told that hotel patrons did not pay for parking, but then when I checked out was charged £6 per day for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The restaurant staff were equally unhelpful, exception was the young girl serving on the children's buffet who had a lot of patience and smiles. Just what was needed, and I would say that she was paid the minimum wage too for all that. The meals were certainly not value for money. £6 for three very thin pieces of gravaglax and the minimalistic two lettuce leaves were an insult to be called a starter and served on a huge plate too.!!!!!!!!! If you have a family there are good and bad points but you needed a very large wallet for the food.Yes I would recommend it but with provisos that you eat out or take your own food in!
I have mentioned this to the hotel direct, but the service at breakfast was a little odd regarding supply of tea and coffee. Instead of supplying a pot/cafetiere per table, guests had to ask a waiter for each cup. This felt awkward. Also, no milk was supplied on the table for the drink , so having got the waiter to pour a cup of coffee, guests have to then get up and go over to the central service point to use the jug of milk supplied for the cereals. This may seem a petty point, but it made the breakfast far less relaxing than it should have been.
the main bed was very comfortable and clean the matress on the sofa bed was too thin for older children
Handy location. I thought the swimming pool area and changing rooms needed updating.
Convenient for us to travel by train into Central London which meant we could leave our car at the hotel N/A
The breakfast was a complete farce There was not enough tables I had to eat in the bar There was also a wait for all items on the menu that arrived one at a time resulting in the first item selected being cold by the time the last item actualy getting from the kitchen
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The sound proofing of the rooms was very good. Hotel staff was friendly. My room included "continental" breakfast. This turned out to be a doggy bag to take up to the room. Also the internet in the room was extremely slow.
No mention of car park charges! If there was it should have been more prominent.
The room was excellent, had everything i needed, and very comfortable there wasnt anything i didnt like
Room was very well presented and comfortable Fitness room was small, and very disappointing
Ideal location for a night out in Windsor and for Heathrow early next morning. No - obviously doing alot of upgrading but we were given a very nice room away from all the work.
Very good value and close to where we were going and friendly staff Seats in room were well worn
it was very nicely run
Resturant and room service menu Room quality
Room service at 3am cleanliness of the bath
Polite helpful staff; lovely, clean, comfortable room. Cannot comment on other facilities; as only stayed one night.
Its location and ease of access to both motorway and to Windsor For some unknown reason, the booking form information that our reservation was 'inclusive of breakfast had not transferred and we had confusion each morning
Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet Breakfast outrageously expensive and I think designed to 'trap' those who are going on holiday as hotel near airport. Cannot see how price is justified and refused on principle to have breakfast at hotel.
Your map of the location was rubbish.
Insulation very poor I could here people talking in the room above us , also people running up and down the fire escape was disturbing.
Staff were helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurant. Food was very good with very pleasing service. No real ales in the bar.
Excellent breakfast and river views Forgot abouth noise from early rowers on river
Was very conveniently located in the center of Staines and especially the river view room created a nice atmosphere of being kind of countryside In my opinion prices are a bit overrated. And the room was quite hot.
We found it really easy to travel in to London without any hassle
Seating area with view of Thames
Beautifully clean and well presented river view rooms and public areas - contemporary but restful decor.
Location next to the Thames Quiet Parking facilities were poor. Hotel car park was used by local shoppers not guests.
Room overlooking Thames breakfast portion size not very generous - via room service
very convenient for visiting Windsor - evertthing within walking distance car parking was a little "tight" if you had a large/long car
Everything was just fine - a place to park, right in the town, nice room, good value Not really
location and the breakfast
Easy to travel to Windsor. Price that I paid for the room size. Noise from the planes from Heathrow Airport.
The atmosphere in the bar and the helpfulness of the staff and quality of food served in the bar.
The location of this hotel is brilliant. Just at the end of Eton high street which has lovely boutique shops and some great places to eat and drink. Just over the small bridge at the end of the high street brings you to the foot of Windsor castle and all it's shops and restaurants - great location if you don't want to be overlooking the shops but just a nice 4 - 5 min walk away. The rooms are very small and like little chalet cabins rather than hotel rooms. We were lucky enough to get room 23 which was up a small flight of stairs and was a slightly bigger room. The bed was lovely and comfy and a beautiful shower/bathroom with Molton Brown soaps etc... however it still needs a bit of updating. The tv was about 20 years old and is in the way of what could be a nice dressing area / suitcase storing. Two small niggles were the outside light was broken and also the headboard needs nailing down as every time you move it bangs on the wall...sounds trivial but drove my hubby mad during the night! All in all you're paying for the location and not the luxury!! Best tip...cafe over the road, amazing breakfast!
The staff were very helpful, although one receptionist did not appear well trained: I asked about internet (Wiffi) in the hotel and she assumed that I was just a person who had walked in off the street (because she had not been on the desk when I checked in). So she gave me erroneous information about the availability of internet at the hotel. The owners of this hotel need to provide the kinds of services that their website offers. I have had much better facilities at hotels that charge the same amount elsewhere in the London area. The internet in my room did not work --and the room I was first given was very small -- the only place to plug the kettle or a laptop in was above the head of the bed, which was against the wall, so you had to scramble across it on your knees. On the up side, the staff were friendly and helpful if not always well-infromed (see # 2 above).
friendly staff, facilities not used as very short stay. car parkind difficult in large car
Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and it was a convenient location Parking is terrible
The hotel was well located and convenient for Windsor town centre. I thought £170 was a lot to pay for a junior suite which was no bigger than a standard hotel room.
The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the staff were very professional, the room were well prepared and clean, and the brunch had fantastic choice. We will be staying again, as this was the perfect weekend getaway for us. The restaurant menu was very limited, a drinks vending machine in the accomodation block would have been nice, considering the distance to the bar and restaurant.
The location, The easiness to reach London by car, Parking, Proper rooms and facilities The room we were in was not sound proof
Clean, comfortable accomodation and everything works
It was very clean and comfortable. And it looked and felt very professional. There was no available information at all on surrounding activities or places, such as nearby restaurants or shops.
It was convenient for Ascot races The room was not very clean, there was a dirty wine glass left in the room and the bed looked like it had already been slept in.
The reception staff were very helpful and gave some useful advice The accomodation block was separate from the main hotel building
Not getting breakfast on first day, staff on duty did not know what they were doing, if I had only stayed one night it would have left a very bad impression.
Hadn't appreciated how big the site was prior to arriving - type of establishment could have been clearer
The photos did not give an accurate representation of the hotel, unfortunately I was very disappointed, the accommodation looked and felt like halls of residence with very dated communal decor, although the room itself was clean. The price seemed to be on offer - discounted from £129 to £59, and yet this is the price offered by the hotel directly. This created the illusion of a luxurious hotel, which is simply not the case. Very disappointing.
The grounds of the hotel and the location The accomodation felt like student accomodation as the venue is a government training school, also the maid sevice did not attend to the room on one day of the stay.
conveinience, Quiet no
every thing it was perfect for a quick getaway for the weekend lack of parking
Amenities Too expensive
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The showers were very difficult to use and we had to change rooms because the shower couldn't have pressure and heat at the same time (something about being too far from the main pipes).
Room was exceptionally clean with excellent facilities. location was good for Windsor. Reception and room staff excellent. Would book again despite bad experience in restaurant. The service in the restaurant was very poor. Starters and mains were brought to the table together and after we requested main be taken back, we then waited 15 minutes before in was returned after starter was finished. Restaurant was not busy . However, waiter was very apologetic and did not charge us for the meal.
Friendly staff, gym was good. SPA was not that good.
the bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious and clean
Marriott room standards as expected Restaurant staff were extremely slow (it was busy for Ascot) but not full. Waited 20 minutes on wine to the table. As a Marriott rewards customer I have had better experiences with regards to Marriott service
Comfort and cleanliness of room. Staff very attentive. First impression on arrival in reception, staff efficient and friendly queue dealt with efficiently. Room well equiped and bed plenty of pillows and clean.
Check in was clean and efficient. The place appears at first glance to be running very well. Getting a meal was a fiasco. The restaurant staff informed me that the kitchen was running a "little" slow only she forgot to add the inverted commas. The standard of food when we finally got it (had to threaten to leave) was very poor. The up side was I didn't get billed for the meal but I would have gone out if the hotel had been honest and said they were not able to serve from the a la carte menu that evening.
Room facilities Noise in corridors at night
stairs along corridors inconvenient for rolling suitcases - make all into ramps?
Pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast this time. Convenient for us,and we usually try to saty here when we visit the area. We booked two rooms, but they were miles apart. Good rooms with one or two minor problems.
Loved the spa area could have stayed in it all day.
Food was first class The marraige solemnisation room was aweful.Bare walls. Staff need to communicate more with each other.
Over all, a pleasant break. Very helpful staff. I think the price of the meals is a tad on the high side for what was on offer,a very limited menu. Prior to the meal bread was offered, however, only one piece given, also one small bowl of oil and balsamic vinegar to be shared by four people.Limited number of disabled parking, the space available was permanently taken by people without a disabled badge.Disabled parking should be strictly enforced, this is something I feel very strongly about.
I am a regular at the hotel so do like the hotel overall Thew room is too far way from reception
Proximity to Ascot is great - 30 min walk. Restaurant was good, if a bit on the expensive side. Pool nice. pool / spa too busy with not enough staff of facilities to cope. Room fine but a little tired.
The area no
Comfortable, clean, with an attentive staff. Having to get both car exit and personal exit codes each day vs. Having them for multiple days
don't like that hotel 'reserves' a certain amount on credit card for extras upfront, before consumption happened
It was totally fine for an overnight stay at an airport hotel. The pull out couch was actually more comfortable than the beds themselves. The air-con did not work in our room and they gave us a small fan to rectify the situation. The front desk staff was also very helpful on the phone, but never followed through with the requests we made.
The staff were very good. Public areas ofthe hotel a bit tatty but the rooms excelent.
The staff in reception is really rough, especially some guy from indian or middle east, ask the staff to let me join the novotel club for 3 times, but he did not anything and lie to me.
clean, modern and comfortable
The staff were polite, helpful, and unobtrusive. Also they were well turned out. The evening meal could have been better, however the full breakfast was excellent
Good service and a decent room. Free wifi. Overall, I was there for 2 days before I left England so it served its purpose. Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm. I got there around 3:30 and still had to wait about 15 minutes before getting my key.
Comfortable, clean hotel. No real complaint about the hotel itself but it could be better signposted from heathrow/M4 and the junction
The food at the restaurant was excellent - a fantastic meal.
Location adjacent to M4 -good for connection to London but tube connection better than bus routes. High taxi fares in the locality because of this High taxi fares-charged £28 for 7 mile trip.
Extremely polite and service-oriented staff. Convenient location. Good value. Flexibility in accomodating a family of four in one room, a rarity in Europe.
Convenient for our touring itinery.
Location of hotel, which allowed quiet ambient atmosphere during the short stay
Convenient location and parking Unacceptable noise in room. Chaos in dining room at breakfast
hotel was perfect location for our weekend at tool show at kempton park race course Noise from guests who do not consider others when coming in at all hours, woken up several times, last was at 4.15am leaving me very tired next day,
I really liked the pool and fitness area, the general ambiance of the hotel was really good too.
restuaraunt was very good quality and very reasinable prices the condition of the bathroom was not very good, i would have complained had i paid full price for the room
Hello! sadly only two things, it was easy to find and the food although costly tasted good. I cannot say much as there is not enough time! but lets start with the first thing when you book and confirm your rooms months before you arrive you expect to have the right room 3 doubles and one twin room, not 3 twins one double room? thats the good part of a bad stay!
Friendly staff, good breakfast I was a bit unlucky with a noisy air ventilation which couldn't be switched off. Have stayed here before without complaints.
The room was clean and well presented, and it was nice to have comfortable pillows. The staff were friendly , efficient ,and helpful ,the younge dark skinned lady on reception especially. At breakfasr on the first morning, the bacon, eggs, and mushrooms were cold, to the point of being a health hazard. I only ate toast the following morning.
Service was good and room spacious and clean
Room nice a cool on a very hot day, Restaurant Excellent. Food to a very high standard Bath was dirty, thats all
location, excellent for windsor horse show.
The environment is excellent
The grounds Did not like the Beauty Salon, Booked my wife for a 40 min massage on her Wedding Anniversery and only got 20 mins. Absolute rip off.
The staff they were very friendy and efficient. We requsted breakfast for 04:00 and this was no issue. Bar and restaurant staff were also excellent. No everything was very good
fantastic building with unique history in lovely surroundings would have been nice if the room had been heated prior to our check in as it was freezing and explain how it worked
Amazing building with lots of history, we had no idea over 200 movies had been filmed there! Also, we hadn't realised the famous village of Bray was five minutes away, worth a mention on your website. Fabulous location right on the banks of the River Thames.
emptying bottle bins at 6.30am!
Excellent quality in a beautiful setting with very good facilities.
The view of the river from the room, and being able to check in a little early
The Oakley is incredible! The room was the perfect style to match the hotel, the bed was very comfortable, and the sandwiches are amazing! It is beautiful to walk around the property both at night and during the day. The whole hotel is gorgeous! I can't find anything bad about this place!
The room was spacious and well appointed Vegetarian selection was limited
Staff very professional, polite, helpful at all times. Standard of cleanliness of hotel and rooms excellent. The whole 'ambiance' of the hotel was wonderful! No bad points!
superb location. 1st class service by all of the staff. good value for money.
The conditions of room and toilet are good. Really close to Tube station Free Internet in the room but the given password not work Fire alarm "falsely" rang in early morning
Rooms excellent, Parking expensive @ £15pn and not mentioned on the Internet. Breakfast n£10 also expensive. Many hotel fail to offer a quick start breakfast like you would have at home - Toast and go. Many travellers don't want a large English especially by the end of the week. Perhaps worthy of consideration
The hotel was within walking distance (4omins) of Twickenham Rugby stadium which is where we wanted to be. Due to the wrong booking (family rooms cannot have an extra bed), the staff were keen to find us accommodation in another room. Hotel in pleasant enough area, basic and clean. We booked a family room and asked for an extra bed in the comments part of the booking (for 4 of us) - the website showed all rooms could be booked with 1 extra bed added. However this is not the case - family rooms for 3 cannot have an extra bed added. Fortunately there was a room free on the ground floor (with bathroom facilities for disabled) which they gave us. This had 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. Unfortunately, no heating so room was quite cool.
Enjoyed the bar very much. The rooms are superb. The staff excellent.Great value for money.
friendly, helpful staff poor bar/restaraunt. Beds very soft/uncomfortable
Fantastic room good hotel all that you could need. Pre Charge of Credit card no receipt offered or given Front rooms in the hotel could be noisy from street side.
