Cons:
I booked a car rental through kayak and went to pick up the car and Enterprise was closed. I couldn't get a hold of anyone through customer service or anything. Apparently Kayak doesn't keep up to date with hours at Enterprise, I was very upset and was stuck with no car after driving all the way there.U-Save

The woman with whom I dealt was a delight. Couldn't have been nicer.Cons:
The rental counter at the Springfield train/bus station was not staffed. I called the number and located someone, who advised that they were short staffed. She appeared and was just delightful. But I was a bit delayed by her absence from the counter. Otherwise, the experience was great.10.0 Wonderful

Easy access, easy drop off. The car was jus what I needed to not have to take two cars to the beach for one day. Price was great. I would totally recommend Sixt again and would use them again.8.0 Very good

I went to Congress St in Springfield, MA to pick up the car I reserved and they did not have a car for me and the guy at the desk said, "Too bad!" -After three phone calls with not much help I was told I had to travel 45 minutes to another location and they wanted to charge me $40.00 more than my initial reservation. Finally things got resolved at the Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, CT location, but I would not ever recommend Springfield Budget. Friends don't let friends rent from Budget! Avoid at all cost!!!7.2 Good
