Pros: One gentlemen was very kind in trying to help me find another vehicle.
Cons: I was told by an employee that "Presidentical" members get priority and all vehicles were gone. This would have been fine; however, my name was on a clipboard, they knew I was coming, I could have and should have been notified prior. Then I was told to call surrounding Hertz locations, this gentlemen did nothing to help. I was not helped until another employee came in and saw that I was clearly upset.

Pros: The location is very crowded, and the signage at the facility could use some work so that newcomers understand where to go and what to do with their personal vehicles. The staff was effective, but they could certainly use some training on how to make the customer feel a little more welcome.

Cons: I arrived at the location, only to be told there were no cars available and maybe there would be one in an hour. The very unapologetic and unhelpful employee did nothing to soothe my concern. He didn't offer any suggestions on how I could change things to accommodate their mistake. I was basically SOL. When I called about in about 30/45 minutes to check on the status of my refund, I was told all reservations had been pushed to the next day. I told them that didn't work for me since I was leaving in the morning. They finally accommodated me with a vehicle that smelled bad, didn't seem to run properly and seemed like the alignment was off. In summary, maybe the entire Hertz company isn't bad, but corporate should take a hard look at this location and how it is run!!!
Pros: The pick up and drop off availability was very convenient. The employee who picked me up was so pleasant, caring, and sweet. I was initially very excited about the experience thanks to her kindness.
Cons: The manager's demeanor with the whole experience left so much to be desired. The car was a hassle to rent once I got there and then there were unexpected fees tacked on once I rented the car. When I finally got the car I wondered why all of the windows were rolled down on an 80 degree day... Not to mention the fact that part of the door handle and side view mirror were MISSING! After running my first errand in the car and parking it with the windows rolled up, I finally figured out why all of the windows were rolled down when I was given the keys- the car reeked of marijuana. I then noticed the food and grease stains on the seats and had I not been in a rush to get on the road to visit my family for my birthday, I would have taken the car right back to enterprise. Along the drive I kept having to clear several alerts as they continued to pop up- one alert that one of the car's parking lights was burned out and the other alert notifying me that one of the car's daytime running lights were out. (Both of these issues were obviously present when I picked up the car.) Additionally, due to part of the handle of the door missing, the driver door often malfunctioned and wouldn't lock, unlock, or open.
Honestly, I have never in my life left a negative review but the car's condition and service were both horrible and really deterred me from every renting from Enterprise again.

Unreliable and poor service
Cons: After making the online reservation, I called to confirm my pick up time. I was told that there were no available cars. He said that you can make a reservation anytime online but that doesn't mean that they have cars. They also could not tell me when a car would be available. I will never rent with Enterprise again.

Cons: After getting oked online, they called us at 8:30AM on the day we were to pick it up to tell us not only that they didn't have the pickup we ordered, but they were completely out of vehicles.
My question is how did my order go through? Why was there still vehicles at this location STILL online? Why was it still on YOUR site?

Pros: Decided to check out Kayak for a last minute car rental and found the best possible deal. Great price and great selections made this a positive experience all the way around.

Not what I was quoted!!!
Pros: The car I was giving drove ok. Not really a fan of Ford cars.
The price I was quoted and guaranteed online under the Kayak website turned out to be much, much more in price when I got to the budget location. Not something you what to here/learned when you're on a financial budget. Then I was giving a clipboard with my paper work to do my own inspection of the car without a attendant/employee present. And finally was told because I used a debit card I needed a pay stub, utility bill, or bank statement in order to rent the car. Not something people walk around in their purse with everyday. Wasn't told this online either. Will go back to Enterprise Rental.

Cons: It was a horrible occasion.
I made this reservation on December 6, for a full size car and to be pickup on December 22.
In the morning of the pickup day, I called the rental location to make sure that they had my car.
After 15 mnts of waiting, since at first my reservation could not be found, they told me that since I made reservation using a third party - Kayak my reservation was for whatever car they have available.
They offered me a compact car, which could fit my necessity.
I had to go to other company (Avis) and get exactly what a needed. Even though I had to pay more for it.
Pros: Car was comfortable. No hassle at pick up. Car drove well. The employee at pick up was very sweet and helpful. Easy to get to pick up location.
Cons: Interior of car smelled awful and never really got better. No other option for stereo besides boring and one dimensional XM radio. Really would've appreciated being able to plug my device in without having to download app. When I droppped off the car there ended up being hidden fees and charges during the rental that I was not informed of until after my card was charged. I was also charged for extra rental hours even though I brought the car back on the date I was supposed to before the location closed. The car also had terrible gas mileage and I was forced to spend a lot more on gas than I should have. All in all it was a shady and unprofessional experience. At least now I know to stay away from Thrifty locations. The employee I dealt with at drop off was rude as well.

Pros: Late to show up for two customers to pick up cars. The car initially offered was small. Got a larger Hyundai but not cleaned, particularly windows. It worked well enough until I replaced a wrecked car.
