Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Many reviews also highlighted the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, as well as the friendly and attentive staff in several instances. However, some guests experienced significant service issues, such as problems with room reservations, delayed check-ins, and lack of amenities like towels or toiletries. Parking was also a recurring concern, with limited on-site spaces and the need to use off-site lots. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service and parking could be improved.
