Pros:I liked that there was another rental company nearby.Cons:Place was closed at the hour booked. They had changed their hours and didn't update the website or Google maps. There was just a printed message with the new hours. Luckily was able to rent from a different company.Reviewed Mar 8 2021

Pros:Staff was awesome, vehicle was used previously by a heavy smoker and truck reeked of smoke. This is not a reflection of the local enterprise, it’s a smell that is very difficult to get out of the vehicle.Reviewed Jun 30 2020

Pros:Staff friendly, given free upgrade mostly because only vehicle available.Cons:Airplane arrived on time 9:28 pm, car rental closed at 9:00 pm even though we had a car reserved no one there. Had difficult time getting to hotel from airport & back in morning.Reviewed May 30 2018

Wrong vehicleCons:We reserved a minivan to transport 7 people, 3 of them in car seats, from Lacrosse to Minneapolis for a family wedding. When we went to pick it up they did not have a van. Gave us an explorer with 7 seats but no room for anything else. Had to have two people and most bags get a ride with someone else. Enterprise said we could switch out the vehicle in Minneapolis. I spent and hour on the phone trying to work that out. They would not bring us the vehicle so we had to drive 40 minutes to the airport and wait 45 minutes to get that switch done and then 40 minutes back.Reviewed Jul 31 2017
