Pros. It was an enjoyable stay. Clean rooms comfy beds
Cons. The parade is tight if you drive a truck, manageable but very tight
Pros. Room was clean. Free beakfast.
Cons. Pool was small. No hot tub. Parking garage was a nightmare (all compact spots) and really full. Staff was rude. Next time I'll go to the Holiday Inn for nicer rooms, hot tube, and nice staff.
Pros. Very modern facilities, everything like new. Polite and friendly staff. Good layout. Secure underground parking.
Cons. Pillows were a bit soft and the comforter was fairly heavy, so the bed was not the most comfortable. No view from our room overlooking alleyway. Not enough parking spaces for all guests overnight.
Pros. The beds. Oh the fantastic beds. The bed linens are amazing too. Love the Neutrogena products as well. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We love the clean, warm, minimalist design.
Cons. The parking garage is awful. The spaces are way too small (and we had a compact). The hotel staff needs to monitor the garage better. Many guests were parking in two spots and effort I supposed to avoid door dings. This is extremely frustrating when all parking spots are taken. I counted at least three vehicles that had intentionally taken two spots over the course of a four day stay. Very thoughtless and rude. The staff needs to deal with these guests.
