I picked up the car at Paine airport and returned it at Sea-Tac. Pick up was so easy since the car rental is in the baggage claim area. Drop off at sea-Tac was also quick and easy but you do have to get walk a bit and then take a tram back to the actual airport. Still a quick process and friendly employees too.

The car they gave me was tucked back in behind a truck and between two other cars at the back of the lot. They hadn’t pulled it out for me, so I had to squeeze around and through the other vehicles to do the inspection. I thought that was strange, but other than that it was fine.

The only issue I had was I was given an electric car, which was fine, but when I inquired about charging it before I drop it off, I was told to not worry about charging it. I asked if I would get charged for not charging it (no pun intended) I was told I would not. But I ended up being charged money by Avis in SeaTac because I did not have the car charged, but I called, Avis in Everett and they reimbursed the monetary charge. Shout out to them!

our plane was delayed and car place closed at 11pm we arrived at 11:27. They only volunteered that we come pick up the car the next mornin! really. Luckily I had sent them a message telling them about delay before pick up time so we could cancel without penalty. We have received refund.

There was delay to pick up. Not clear with actual time of pickup. There was no one ask me if I returned the key. I have to FedEx the key to avoid being charged. And the person who looked at the gas was not correct.
