Nothing The place smelled bad, its falling apart from the inside, the staff is completely uncaring and even though you call to make sure to verify information, they still manage to change it by the time you show up and change 20$ by the time you check in. The worst experience i have had in a hotel.
Good location Bad cleanliness
The room was huge and spacious. Garaged parking was a first for me in a hotel. A few things: 1. Water flow in wash basin was minimal (but was fine in shower) 2. Internet was not working (it worked for first day and didnt work for next two, even after repeated call to the owner). 3.Refrigerator was not in good shape
This motel is surrounded by citrus orchards and cattle confinement pens located on the outskirts this small rural town about 13 miles east of Tulare, California. Don't expect nothing fancy about it. Rooms are very simple but clean. There is only one heater for two bedroom. I was bitten by mosquitoes all night that left me with several red itchy burning and infected spots on my chest and back.
I liked that it had 2 beds in 2 seperate rooms. And had a refrigerator.
Private little apartments-older but really clean, felt like a had a little house
Motel was clean but spartan. Laminate floors are cleaner than crusty carpet. A/C worked great, bed was comfortable. Be sure to check out the historic murals in town. Friendly staff. Bathroom remodel looked to be poorly done. Room and carport have battle scars.
No water pressure and water was luke warm at best. Very very old motel and a real dump!
Located not too far from event I attended. In the shower area, no soap holder. Somewhat small shower stall and not handicap friendly.
The customer service was great here. They were friendly upon arrival and when our car broke down the staff asked if they could help us out somehow. They even helped us push our car onto the uhaul dolly we rented.
The hotel was in a great location, and room was pretty well taken care of; certainly much better than I thought it would be. The water pressure was almost non-existent, I was almost unable to shower or shave, but made it work. Other than that (and the little spiders in the shower) the place was absolutely 100% perfect, and better than I expected.
it was ok. Nice staff, clean room, and the garage was funny. the water was not really hot, but it was not so disturbing.
refrigerator, microwave, Dinning area, a lot of drawers very weak shower, water was cold, no room clean for the 2nd day
Very close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The staff was available for late arrival and was very friendly. I purchased it because it was a budget hotel, and it met my needs perfectly.
Cheap and fast What appeared to be hookers walking up and down the stairs from 11pm to 2 am dressed with very short skirts and yelling at men
location was fine , next to the freeway I reserve 6 NOT SMOKING rooms, what I get? 6 stinking rooms
Pool, privacy, quietness I had the do not disturb sign on my door and staff still entered my room
Nothing Horrible, creepy place .old, smelly and expensive . It doesn't worth more than $--- per night. the original price for this motel was $---- in the web site . We got it last minute and ON SALE. Better sleep in your car. Bad bad bad
Friendly staff. Big rooms. Breakfast was included but was very low end, and there is barely any space to have it, so most hosts take it upstairs to their rooms.
Nothing Hotel charged me extra $10 which I had to dispute and get back.
The manager was very nice and considerate. The hotel had a decent breakfast and was in a good location.

I got to the hotel an there were 4 squad cars and a crime investigation truck. The front lobby was taped off. The sheriff's deputy said it was a pretty rough part of town and they had been at the motel for another crime the previous night. That was enough to warrant cancelling my reservation and finding other lodging in the area.
