Pros: very nice accommodation. kitchen well equipped.
Pros: Very convenient location, very central on the peninsula. Great having laundry facilities in the rental. Amazing views, great to have my morning coffee at the table setup outside and take in the views.
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet room, spacious kitchen,
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
Pros: Very clean, location was brilliant for Snaefellsnes penninsula travel. I suggest to plan your foodshopping really well because it's pretty far away and they close early too. Appartment was clean, very cute kitchen and well equipped.
Cons: We visited for our honeymoon and it was negative shock that we are sharing appartment with another person for 3 nights. In reality there's numbers on the bedroom doors, so you can't spread all your travelling stuff around cause bedroom is waaay to small for 2 luggages and leaving them to shared livingroom-kitchen area is also not acceptable. Please try to make the explanations on booking.com better.
Pros: Location was beautiful. Easy to find
Cons: They had absolutely no groceries available. Not even milk. It’s hard to carry milk with you around. At least that could have been provided for tea coffee.
Pros: Convenient location Great facilities, very comfortable Very practical, everything was ready on arrival no checkin Very clean (actually brand new)
Cons: Not much of a view
Pros: Beautiful remote location on the West side of Iceland. Short drive to many scenic areas. We were upgraded to cottage which was beautiful and had all the amenities to cook. It was located on a sheep farm and we had a beautiful patio and could watch the sheep. Also there was a small river, the cottage had several nice views. Check in was easy.
Cons: The key did not work in the front door and we could not lock the side door, the lock was broken so we slept in an unlocked cottage. Seemed like a safe area, We never got to meet our host. Pretty remote which was great, however most restaurants were over 45 minutes away so eat before you come
Pros: The two bedroom standalone house was amazing. It smelled like new construction and was very clean. The house had everything we possibly needed, including washer, drying rack, and kitchen supplies. The house was spacious for a group of four and we had time to spread out and relax.
Cons: I was told the wrong house number. Aside from that snafu, everything else was perfect.
Pros: Lava Water Accommodation is in a quiet area. Here we had a clean room and comfortable beds.
Cons: I'm not a big fan of self-check-in, no one is welcomed at this location. I got late enough, in the rain and there was nobody heading for my room. I called the owner and although he lived in the same house where we were to be accommodated, he did not come out to meet us. The room is very small and although the location name contains the word "Water," the shower pressure was totally unsatisfactory. On the door of our room we had a note with my name and with the request not to open the windows that there are insects that sting here. OK, but then why there are no window nets?
Pros: The is a fairly new facility and the apartment is big with the biggest washroom we have ever seen during our whole trip
