Staff was very accommodating, food was good, surroundings were well kept and clean. The view of the mountains was spectacular. We would definitely go back.

The best thing about staying at Hotel Santacroce Meeting was that it was like staying with family.The owners of the hotel could not be anymore accomodating.The entire staff was very pleasent and friendly ,especially Francesco.I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.The food at this hotel was fantasic!!!!!! The rooms were very clean and spacious.I cannot say enough about the staff ,everyone from the front desk to the people who made sure our room was clean and tidy every day.The pool area was were my my wife and I spent most of our time.It was a good size inground pool which had jacuzzi jets .The pool surrondings were gorgeous. There were tables surrounding the pool with very large umbrellas and tables.thank-you del casoni none

A great hotel and a wonderful family running it.Caring and very thoughtful from the beginning to the end !Lovely room. That we couldn't stay longer !!!

We loved the ambiance of the place. Also, we thought the staff members did their best to satisfy all of our needs even though there was a language barrier. The restaurant manager, who could speak English, went out of his way to provide us with detailed maps to find our way to a remote village as well as our way back to Rome. We had trouble locating the hotel due to the adddress given on their site. We actually traveled to the town of Gamberale, which was a long trek up the mountain only to find out that we had to travel back down it. This misleading information should be corrected on their site. Also, I wish that the breakfast buffet offered more fresh fruit on the second morning.
