Location and cleanliness.

The staff were helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent. The evening meals were good and reasonably priced.

steam room didn`t work,7 euro for a bathing cap so you could go in the pool.

Very good quality/price relation. Hotel has a new area that we would advise, although the rooms are more expensive (also bigger in space). Spa and gym are pleasant and for free (except massages) and breakfast is good. Restaurant is nice (not cheap) but too quiet.

No covered parking and the one that exists is a bit small for the hotel size, but that's just a minor issue compared with all the good stuff you get.

1) Location. Situated right in front of the gate to the Shrine of Our lady of Fatima. (2) Comfort and cleanliness of room.

Our 2 night stay at the hotel was very nice. Satff were very accomodating especially Nicole who directed us to where we wanted to go. Breakfast is very good for the price I paid. With the experience we had, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It's just the smell of smoke in the lobby. If they can just isolate the smoking area, I think it would benifit everybody.

When we first opened the door to our room it smelled horrible.we thought it needed to be aired out so opened the windows this did not help We changed rooms twice before getting a rather nice room.One night was plenty

The hotel gave us a suite not only a bedroom. The personel was friendly and helping. Our reservation included the breakfast, we did not have to pay any extra. We have at our disposition the hotel own computer and internet.

I liked best the location, and the staff, they are very nice people.

I travel with my wife & friends for pilgrim purpose. This hotel is close to the church. The price is reasonable. The room is very comfort & clean. I'll recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel was very good quality situated in the middle of the natural park, so if you like nature, there's plenty to do. Climbing, horse riding, walking tours, beautiful caves.. The food was excellent. That kind of breakfast is hard to find.

Had dinner at their restaurant Palasius and it took an hour before food had been served. The second time time we had dinner again and it took 45 minutes for a simple meal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was particularly helpful. The gift shop in the hotel is the best in Fatima. Don't bother to go elsewhere.

Internet was very strange - you need to pay for it at the desk at .5 euros per hour. Get a lot of tickets at once, because you will get kicked off when your time runs out.

Mostly, it was the proximity to the Shrine of Fatima; otherwise I wasn't that impressed.

I was dissapoointed with the continental breakfast.

It was clean;had very modern facilities; well maintained and very close to the site of the visions and crated a wonderful ambience for our pilgrimage to Fatima.

The price and the location. Just near the main important places, without need to use the car.

At 10.30 there was not hot water. I needed to call to the reception. And before 10 am for 2 times the staff of the hotel wanted to clean it ... knocking in the door!

The staff were polite and friendly, also very helpful regarding directions. It was quiet and the room offered a number of facilities.

My only complaint would be that the breakfast could have offered more choice, for example fruit juice and the possibility of a boiled egg or scrambled eggs.

Room for 3 persons was small.

I thought the location to the Basilica was excellent. Rooms were fairly soundproof.

I thought that the prices were quite steep for what I received. The euro is worth much more than the Australian dollar so it made it very expensive for me. Had to go out to find meals for lunch and dinner and your prices were too expensive. The carpet was really old in my room too.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
