For some reason, there was very little volume on the cabin announcements. You could not hear what the pilot or crew were saying.
Carmen was an absolute delight on the flight staff! Everyone was lovely and made it a very pleasant flight.

I don't know why the crew decided to board 15 minutes early without informing anyone not at the gate. Why would you have the app send a notification that we're boarding on time, instead board early, and then rush me to the gate. Then have me check my carry-on when I specifically packed my bag as to not do so.

Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
Overall Delta was amazing from automatically booking us on the next flight once we missed our connection due to a delay to the constant communication throughout the entire process. We will continue to fly Delta going forward more and pay a little more if needed.
Very disappointing that on an international business class flight they would not give me access to the lounge in Boston. They said it was because it was a codeshare flight. International business class should include lounge access regardless of codeshare.
They did not have free WIFI and I was not okay with that!

Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
I initially boarded in a very comfortable and large plane and was told there was a mechanical issue with a waste receptacle. We sat on the plan for a good few hours, then were told we can deplane and that we would take off shortly. Delays continued and four hours later my flight was cancelled, and I had to quickly rebook another. The flight I rebooked was also delayed, and I when we boarded, I wound up on a small plane in a middle seat for the 6-hour journey and it was extremely uncomfortable. No issues with the staff in any way, just the overall experience of the delays, cancellations, and downgrade in comfort on such a long flight. It is significantly impactful on how you feel post travel and I was exhausted and sore from the experience.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
Improve the food offerings and cabin seating. My wife would prefer to fly another airline, even with a connection for a more comfortable trip. A 737-8 should not be scheduled for a 6 hour segment, which turned into 7.5 hours due to the origin ground delay.
OK, I don’t expect much from coach class. Everything basically is pretty lousy. But at least I expect my bloody luggage to get from A to B. Tap Airlines lost my luggage and it has been more than 24 hours in Lisbon and they still have not located my luggage. On top of that, they are incredibly unhelpful. They feel actually dismissive. This lousy customer service.
Food was poorly timed and not good.. Hand held snacks, really. I kept asking for water and never got any. Service was rushed for a 7-hour flight.
The plane was FABULOUS. The crew were wonderful and the food more than I expected.
The food was dry and tasteless. Boarding process was ridiculous. Lounge is Lisbon was of very poor quality. The website is nearly unusable. Customer service was challenging. This was my first transatlantic business class flight with TAP. There will not be another.
Disappointing Compared to other airlines , this one was the most expensive. But not even close, in getting what you paid for.
TAP canceled connection and we had to wait 15 hours for another flight to Milan. There were plenty of. Seats on earlier but because we were Excellence Class the would not let us downgrade which we were willing to. Don’t understand their logic? Plenty of seats but we couldn’t / they wouldn’t make the change.

This was one of the worst flights I have ever taken in my entire life. First of all, I traveled Economy, but the seats were TINY and cramped. Not just for me; everyone around me was complaining of the same thing and said they could not get comfortable. Then there was the issue of the heat. For whatever reason the heat on the plane must have been turned to FULL BLAST, because even at 30,000 feet, it was SWEALTERING. Everyone was drench in sweat. Then, they were SO STINGY with the amount of drink they would give you. If you asked for water, it was in a tiny, paper cup (think bathroom cup) and they only filled it 3/4s of the way as if the cost came right out of the pockets of the air stewards. Everything was a money grab, you could tell! You had to pay for the WiFi, which was garbage slow, and the onboard entertainment was limited and stale. If I EVER fly TAP again, it will not be Economy class. What a disaster!
They blocked me from checking in online and they charged me lots of money
Everything was good with Tap Air Portugal. It was Logan Airport that was a problem. The fuel system was down and delayed my 10:40 boarding. I wasn't able to board my flight until 2:00 am...after that my flights were great.
Not have my bag forced to be checked when I had a carry on included on my ticket. Staff was very rude to me for asking why they were doing this. I was told there was no more room for carry ons but there was plenty of space in the overhead compartments
The crew was excellent. What I did not enjoy was the food. I have taken many international flights and this was on the low end. Otherwise the trip was fine.

As with most flights these days it was delayed by about 30 min.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
The flight was delay roughly 90 minutes. Once we arrived at O'Hare, we sat on the tarmac for another 90 minutes. I understand that O'Hare is under construction however they need to figure out a solution as every incoming flight I have been on has been delayed coming to a gate.
The WiFi was out gr entire flight. Had to Diane for almost 1 hour to wait for a gate to open up for plane to dock. Very bad experience.
It was a short flight so there were no entertainments nor super comfortable which is OKAY, just the review system doesnt allow for N/A which is why okay was put, but overall good! No delays and nice crew
We were stuck with no gate upon landing for 90 minutes. Unacceptable.
It was significantly delayed. Also the admirals club in Philadelphia airport near Gate B is absolutely filthy. Good was on the floor. Flies on the cheese. And the men’s restroom had pools of urine on the floor. I am not using that lounge again.
It was good overall. On my transition from Philadelphia to Boston,the gate information wasn't correct. When I went to check the gate information; I found out that my flight was boarding clear across the airport at another gate. Fortunately I rushed over there and made it on time while they were in the middle of boarding.
Bathroom ran out of TP and floor was wet. Crew seemed a bit unhappy, overnight flights may be harder.
Waited until boarding started before saying there was no overhead luggage space on the plane.
It was not British Air, we were put onto Air Portugal for our London to Lisbon leg.
Horrible leg room - coach seating with empty seat in middle on a 3 across seating. You buy business class for comfort which includes leg room. Absolutely no entertainment options either. Awful experience
The on flight entertainment system touch screen system and the USB charger did not work on multiple seats on least 4 seats an in different rows. The attendant tried to reset the system but was un successful. I couldn't change my phone to get my ticket for my next flight. This was an international flight I changed seats and the problem was the same. the flight attendant offered his power bank
Business class was nothing more than Economy with middle seat empty. Uncomfortable seat and leg room. A mom behind me had a 18 month/2 yr old on her lap, who had his feet on my back all the time- while middle seat remained empty. Pretty much not worth the fare. Very disappointed.
Once again I purchase a business class ticket and the seat is exactly the same as cattle class, the only difference being is that BA install a janky table over the middle seat so there is somewhere to place your complimentary drink, the tray table is just big enough for the small tray, so if you are not concerned about getting fed and watered on the plane or getting access to the BA lounge I would save your money and fly cattle, PS the cabin crew were exceptional in every way, shame about the equipment
When bussing people to/from the gate, don't pack everyone in like a can of sardines and don't send the bus on its way if the plane isn't ready. Waited for about 40 minutes packed in this bus...both ways!
A Perfect 2.5 hr flight. No amenities, but we did not expect any.
Delayed flight by 45 minutes. Need a refund to compensate for the subsequent itinerary changes
