Cons:
Newer vehicles this van had a few issues with almost 50000 miles it ran a little rough in the mountains. Wipers were bad and needed changed. Had several dings in it. Service at pick up and drop off was super slow!!6.0 Okay

Cons:
I had to rush back to get the car dropped off by 6 or I would be charged until next business hours. When I booked my rental it never said anything about being charged even after I dropped the car off. Will never rent from you guys again because of this policy.Avis

Super friendly staff.Cons:
The only thing that could have made it better, is if the rental was free. It was super fast to check in, get the rental and be on our way. The staff was fantastic!Hertz

Never again would I go through them, rude staff, dirty car, no gas when I got it, staff was very disrespectful. They told me I had to pay a fee if I didn’t return the car with the proper amount of gas.Cons:

I didn’t care for the poor condition of the car I was given, but that was not the fault of the employees at the Lima, OH condition but rather that of the Kalamazoo, MI location. They should have had the car removed from service until repairs could take place.10.0 Wonderful
