2019 Camry was a great car.$13/day to add a spouse as a driver is ridiculous. Every other car rental company that I’ve used does this for free. Will not be using Thrifty in the future on this basis.

Vehicle smelled like smoke. Vehicle not ready when arrived. Rude drop off.

The pickup was easy since there was no other customer in the office. The place was D E A D. That was good for me.The drop off process was very poor. There was no attendant. I was just told to leave the car in the lot and walk away. Someone would process it later and send me a receipt. But one day later I still do not have a receipt !!

The van ran good. We needed to keep it longer, it was very easy to call the 800 # and extent the time.The pick up & drop off process needs improvement. The people behind the desk seem indifferent and lazy. We had to write down the damage on the vehicle, which was dirty and hard to tell. Upon return, there was no one outside to accept the vehicle. When I went inside, I was asked to return the key to the vehicle & get the mileage. No one looked at the car

Staff was friendlyThe shuttle took 15min to come, it was nowhere in sight, while Avis and Hertz etc has 3 come by one after the other, barely picked me up right before 1am, it’s when they close, so i almost didn’t get my car. Stood in the cold for awhile. It wasn’t that unbearable but the fact that i saw everyone else’s shuttle come 3 times and my company closed at 1am and it was 12:52 when they picked me up. I would rather not use Thrifty’s again if i has a choice.

Drop-off was smooth. Car was clean and a good choice.The car was in need of an oil change the whole time, according to the display, as well as having the tire pressure low, which i had to look at the whole time, but no trouble, really. The computers were down at pick-up, which made the wait about an hour, but the agents were quite friendly and apologetic about the situation

Drop off was easy. Process was quick.Booked a "luxury" car. Upon arrival I was told they didn't have any cars in that category. Why let me book it then? I ended up with a Toyota Corolla....hardly luxury. They said on the plus side, I didn't get charged any extra. I should have been charged less in my opinion. Why pay for luxury but receive compact?
